We have stayed with Julia several times now. The apartment and studio are consistently clean, comfortable, quiet and private. So easy to come and go. If you are staying in North Salem, this is an excellent choice.

Joseph was very responsive when we had some special requests, he made us feel right at home! Location was super close and walkable to all our event locations. Would rent again.

Responsiveness was top notch…as if he were near by, ready to help whenever needed.

This was our second time staying at the hummingbird suites, and we had a lovely experience once again! Jeff is a thorough, proactive host when it comes to communication, and his accommodations are beautiful, cozy, and pristinely organized. Luxurious is definitely an accurate description! We can’t wait to visit again.

Maddy is the BEST HOST EVER!! She was super responsive and accommodated all my requests. Above all, she is the kindest and sweetest person :) I wish I could have extended my stay. The location is phenomenal, walking distance to everything in the town. You can see the mountains from their driveway. The space itself is super cozy, clean and spacious. Hope to stay again soon.

We had a great stay at Samara's apartment/cottage over Christmas. The location was perfect since we were visiting with family in Cold Spring, and it was wonderful to have a quiet and beautiful spot as home base. We're grateful to have hosts with pet-friendly accommodations, being able to bring our 2 dogs makes travel possible, and this location was perfect for them. The space was clean, quiet and we felt very at home there. It's a thrill to walk into a location and smell nothing - as in, not musty, not smelling like strong cleaning products - just neutral, fresh air. The bed was so cozy and comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Samara was very responsive to a few questions I had before we made our reservation, and was easy to text with when we were staying there. We look forward to our next visit!

We had a fantastic stay at Joseph’s home. He was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs, making us feel very welcome. The house was perfect for our weekend getaway, and everything we needed was just a short walk away. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beyond outstanding! Stayed at several Airbnb's, this was by far the best. It's a working horse farm where it's beyond beautiful to see the horses outside every window waking up. The bedding d setup are beyond comfortable. I have several medical issues and this was the first time I was able to get true "rest" since Adriana set up her place in such a comfortable manner with beyond excellent attention to detail.

Loved the place! We only came for 2 days so , we chilled at home for 1 day to play board games by ourselves. It was pretty spacious and we enjoyed our stay .

My husband, dog, and I stayed at Melanie's place for 6 weeks while we were waiting to close on our new home. The house was incredible, very clean, and fully stocked with anything that you could need during your stay. The property was quiet and wonderful for our dog to enjoy her outside time. Melanie was very communicative during our stay - she had her cleaning crew come twice and was on top of any necessary snow removal while we were there. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be to stay there in the nicer months of the year! The location was fantastic as well, close to the main road but not too close that the noise of the cars would be bothersome. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Melanie's place if they are coming to the area. Truly a home away from home!

Lovely and clean home. We only stayed one night but the house was cozy, spacious, clean, and well-kept. The host was friendly and responsive as well. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area!

This home was great! We booked kind of last minute for Thanksgiving. Robert was great to work with! His home is so unique, modern, and clean. Parking was a bit tricky but he is very upfront in the listing. All the extras and the home in general make up for it! Highly recommend this home! We can’t wait to see the back patio done! Go ARMY beat navy!!

Paula’s place was beautiful! We loved the quick responses, great communication, and easy check in. The winters views of the lake were great and the restaurant recommendations were a great touch. Highly recommend and would love to come back in the summer time!

We stayed at Patrick’s place to attend an Army football game. Everything was perfect and easy. It’s really close to campus/post. It’s a nice little town and close to Cold Spring where we had lunch on Friday. Thanks for a great weekend.
