Everything in the home is brand new and beautiful. The furniture, appliances, and accents are all well coordinated and comfortable. Check in and access communication was easy to understand and follow. The home is an easy to walk to the mall and Charleston Civic Center. I would consider this a perfect choice for any activities at the Charleston Civic Center, or other venues in that area. I will definitely consider this house for my next trip.

We were in Don’s house for 5 months and he was an outstanding host. We kept extending our stay and he was always accommodating and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about him.

This is a superb place to stay! If you are debating between a hotel and this air bnb, book this place. You won't be disappointed. For starters, it was spotlessly clean. Way cleaner than almost any other place we've ever stayed. Billinda is an excellent host. We felt like we were staying with family instead of a stranger. The home is very close to the Charleston convention center and also Charleston Town Center. Very convenient location. Ideal for lots of situations-business travelers, girls getaway, stopover on a longer trip, or like us as a family needing a place for a peaceful and restful getaway. Billinda is very welcoming to children. There are fun family games and kid-friendly antiques. Plus so much more room than a hotel. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep. She also has plenty of extra blankets for each bed. It seemed like she had thought of every detail to help us feel welcome and comfortable. If in the area again, we would totally stay here again. Highly recommend!

Had great communication from the start. Even had Christmas decorations up which made it feel more homely. Overall extremely pleased with our stay.

A very unique place to stay in a cabinized shipping container. We loved getting a night away from the kids and having some peace to unwind at this space!

Beautiful space. Beautiful view. Host was very friendly and helpful in finding the place. Bed was a little uncomfortable but the space was so nice. Would stay here again.

Our family was in the area to ride Hatfield McCoy’s Ivy Branch Trail System and this house was perfect for our family of 8, but could sleep 12! Lots of room for parking several trucks with trailers. Bub was very fast to answer when we had a question. We would stay again if in the area!

Cute apartment! I stayed there in the winter, but the proximity to the river would be great in warm weather. I appreciated having access to extra towels. The corner shower may be challenging for people with a big frame.

The stay was overall very good and we would recommend this property. The location was beautiful and secluded. The caretaker was warm and welcoming. Instructions on how to access the property were prompt and detailed. The garage apartment smelled very good and was exceptionally clean. It is set up more like a studio. The entryway is where the first bed is located with laundry and bathroom. The second bed is located in the main studio area. The laundry was very helpful with detergent available. If you have pets, please kennel them as there are pet deterrents behind the couch that could be dangerous. Overall it is a 5/5 rating and we have shared the listing with family for when they stay in the area.

Loved this place! Myrna responds quickly and helped walk us through scheduling. The rental is very private and has an awesome view! The rental was very clean and had everything we needed! Will be booking for future trips!

Valerie’s place was beyond perfect!!! It was clean and beautiful. Her directions made the home easy to find. We had everything we could have ever needed to make our stay comfortable. Our dogs were thrilled to have a wide open space to run and play. While secluded, it close to towns with stores and restaurants. This place is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat that isn’t too far from town. We hope to come back in the future!!

My 2 sons and I and a few friends stayed @ The Overlook to celebrate my sons 18th birthday. We are Gallia County residents and didn't have the time to go far from home, but still wanted to get away and disconnect for a while. Everything about our experience was perfect. Chris & Rebecca allowed flexibility on the check in time so we could decorate and get things set up. The cabin was spotless and designed beautifully, the check in/out was quick & easy. The beds were very comfortable. The location is very private, even with guests in the cabin next door. Our favorites about our stay were hanging out around the firepit, sitting on the deck in the morning looking over the river, and having breakfast by campire at the picnic table. We didnt make it down to the river due to the temp being a little bit colder than anticipated but we would love to return in the Summer. Breakfast was delicious, thanks Gena! Chris & Rebecca were so friendly and answered any questions promptly. Highly recommend

We had a phenomenal stay at the Eagle's Nest. We arrived after dark and were so grateful for the motion lights that lit everything up perfectly for us to get unpacked. We enjoyed the hot tub right away! It was well placed, pristine, and HOT! In the morning we headed outside for exploring right away. So much to see (be aware - the trails are mostly hills!) The dogs loved hiking & we loved riding the ATVs. At night we had a fire under the old barn and the stars were incredible. Our son liked it better than Florida, South Carolina, even Hawaii!! The cabin was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. We had a blast. Only thing I would change in the future (because there will be more visits) is booking more days!

The solitude was awesome and refreshing. The home was amazing. The view and quiet was a welcome change to where I usually stay during work. I will be inquiring about this property next year.
