We were in town for a tournament and liked staying at this AirBnB. It was modern and up to date, cozy and neatly organized. The beds were comfortable and fluffy, and there were plenty of towels to last the entire weekend. Communication with the host was a breeze and accommodating. If we’re ever in town again, we will definitely rent out this AirBnB again.

The perfect place for a weekend getaway, close to everything we wanted to do & was the perfect size! There was a nice cozy feel that made it feel like home!

Laura was one of the best hosts I’ve had on AirBnB!! The cleaners missed a few spots, and when we told Laura, she responded quickly and really made us feel valued as guests. Truly one of the kindest and most proactive hosts we’ve worked with. We would definitely stay again. And the place itself was very cute and perfect for our weekend trip!

For my first time in West Virginia and South Charleston, this was one of the best choices to stay in. Eveything I needed the apartment had. I loved it! Simple, neat and well stocked. Would definitely recommend for someone who doesn't know the area and appreciates the beautiful vegetation.

Exceptionally, amazingly clean, very comfortable beds and bedding, and nicely decorated without clutter (hurrah!). We especially appreciated the new Kurig and having a dishwasher! Wes and Julie provided timely communication, and we appreciated the very detailed and easy-to-understand instructions on accessing the unit. If you love the West Virginia topography and culture as we do, the narrow drive will not be a surprise or worry at all! Plus, there is tons of room for parking and turning around and everyone is quite friendly so navigation was a breeze!

The house was immaculate and perfectly located for my daughter's soccer tournament at Shawnee. The house feels very historic and has a great front porch.

My friend and I were in town for a bowling tournament. The house was in right spot for us. The interior was spacious and well designed. The colors gave a homey vibes. The beds were comfortable. I loved the extras such as snack/water and espresso machine. The “river balcony” overview was a bonus. This place was a great deal overall.

Very nice place to stay!! The kids room was especially exciting for my little girl! Another added benefit was the doggie door! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re going to be in the Charleston area!!

We had a wonderful stay. Nile was a great host and the house was clean and cute. We were close enough to enjoy Charleston and even get some restaurant food delivered, but in a quiet, beautiful area that felt very safe and homey. If we ever come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Nile!

Incredible condo right in the heart of Charleston. Beautiful, spacious property with custom finishings and high-end amenities you don’t find often. The condo was clean, had plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries. Kristin is a great host, very proactive and easy to reach. She left a hand-written note at arrival welcoming me to the condo along with a welcome pack of snacks and drinks including a dozen freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies! The condo was above and beyond my expectations and located very close to all the restaurants and nightlife. A parking pass for the unit’s parking garage was included and there is also metered on-street parking in front of the building. Access to the building, the building’s elevator and the condo are all pin/key pad protected so the building is very safe and secure. I would gladly stay here again and urge you to give it a try the next time you consider a trip to Charleston. Spacious enough to accommodate 2-3 couples or a large family easily.

Second time staying and just as wonderful! Dean’s place is a home away from home. I can’t say enough about the kitchen, a chef’s dream for sure! If you are ever in Charleston, I highly recommend staying here!

Easy location to walk to downtown Charleston, very clean and spacious, easy check-in instructions. Would stay here again.

Place was very nice. The queen bed was way to firm for our liking.. my husband and I switched rooms with the kids because of it. Had trouble with the door code when checking in.. there is no service so we had to drive up the road to get service to communicate with Nick. At which time he was very helpful and got us right in.
