Another great stay at the Ranch House. The house has every comfort and we really appreciated that the house and hot tub were at ideal temps on the cold November day we checked in. The staff is beyond nice. Apologizing for doing routine landscaping which was not disruptive at all, and giving us info on the trails located on the property. I also love the attention to detail. For example, the bird feeders in front of the house were filled and the trails are nicely marked so you don't get lost. Thank you Chelsea for a wonderful time.

The house was absolutely beautiful and everything we were looking for for our girls weekend. The heat did stop working and Jonathan was quick to respond and send out their maintenance guy, Rich. All in all great experience!

Sharyn’s house is very beautiful. A great place to get away and just relax. The house was set up perfect to bring the kids, as well as friends/family. All ages had something to do in this house. Sharyn was super responsive and always willing to help if we ever needed. Amazing place and we are very glad we went to this house. Thank you again!

The house and property were absolutely beautiful. We had so much fun hiking the area, going in the canoe on the lake and using the hot tub. The house was very clean and the host was very fast to respond to messages. The kitchen was very well stocked with necessities. Loved the attention the detail in the decor. They do have well water so you may have to plan accordingly if you are not used to drinking well water. Also the host does request your email after booking and sends a 7 page, detailed contract that requires signing within 48 hours in order to keep your booking. I’m assuming they must have had some very bad experiences with guests previously and with such a nice property I can see why they would want to keep it nice. Overall very nice cabin for a nice relaxing weekend!

This is our third stay and it’s always so incredible, third time! This tiny home overlooking the scenic Mahoning River has become the place my husband and I go to unwind. The mere thought brings my BP down. ME really put a lot of thought into this build, tiny but not lacking anything, high end appointments too.

What an amazing experience! I always love trying out new spots and locations and believe me...this one did not disappoint! The entire property is so peaceful and beautifully designed! It feels like you are in a different state, and if your just looking for a spot to chill out and take it easy, this is the place! The attention to detail from interior design, amenities, and odd and end things blew my mind. It was worth every penny and I will definitely be returning to this spot!

We absolutely love this place. The grounds are beautiful and secluded. It was close to all the different wineries and far enough to be away from everyone. Definitely on our list of places to revisit.

We had a great visit. Loved our cabin and we were close to great restaurants and wineries. Loved it so much we sent link to our son and his girlfriend as a potential wedding venue for them down the road.

The cabin was beautiful and peaceful. Super clean, had everything we needed. The location was great we went for bike week. It was great to go back to the cabin at night and not hear the loud sounds of bikes all night. The owners were very responsive. I set the fire alarm off with my blow dryer and I messaged them right away to let them know everything was OK and they got back to me within seconds. I would highly recommend staying here. You can see the beautiful lake from the view of the porch and can even walk down a beautifully constructed set of steps to get closer to the scenery. would absolutely stay again.

This place is a dream! The cabin was better than described. We wanted for nothing! Checking in was seamless. We enjoyed lazy days of reading and fishing and hanging out with our 7 month old and our pup. Winnie left us fully stocked—even firewood for the wood burning stove which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was more than enough to keep us super toasty during our stay. The river and surrounding area was perfect for hiking (plan to use a baby carrier rather than a stroller). The cabin is cozy and spacious too. The kitchen was well stocked and was perfect for cooking a big pot of chili to feast on. There were ample art supplies, books, and games. We sincerely hope that Winnie will have us back again as we can see this cabin becoming a family favorite.

what an awesome view going down the driveway to the cabin. Quiet,cozy and relaxing. Fishing was great. Small mouth bass and bluegill was what I was catching. We seen wild turkeys and deer and lots of different birds. Host was great in keeping in touch with us and the cabin was stocked up very well. We will definitely be going back! Thanks appreciate it! This is my second stay at Molly’s cabin —- highly recommend! The cabin is clean, safe, and in a beautiful location. Molly is a great host! (There was bad winter weather during my stay. Molly proactively communicated with me throughout my whole stay, making accommodations with check-in and check-out.) Again, highly recommended staying here!

It was very homey if you are use to living on a lot of land. Very quiet for living next to a high way. Everything was easy to find in the home. They had a little binder with information about surrounding areas. Love how they have a guest book and being able to see all the other people that stayed there.

We have stayed in the past and plan on making it a regular stop when in town to visit family. Great brewery and restaurant about 5 minutes down the street and enjoyed a fire in the back when we returned.

Travis is a great host. Anytime we go to that area we will try to stay at his place.

Beautiful, private cabin with a great view of French Creek. The place was super clean and the hot tub, wood burning stove, and pool table made the stay even better. 100% would stay here again!

Wonderful place with an excellent host! An unmatched value for sure.👍🏻👍🏻 It is a distance to a full-fledged grocery or beverage store so I would suggest to arrive with special necessities that you may require.

We stayed at the cabin for a bachelorette weekend and had the best time. There was a lot of space for the six of us. Coffee on the screen in porch each morning was the perfect way to start the day. We had a few questions and Lindsay was prompt, kind, and helpful. While some of the girls relaxed, we walked next door to the winery. We also used Sunset Transportation for a wine tour and to take us to and from the strip Saturday evening. It was the perfect girls weekend getaway, we plan on doing it again next year.

What a great place to stay! Very cozy, decorated for Christmas which made it perfect. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. What a wonderful stay we had, will definitely return in the future.

We loved the clean and private house on a quiet street. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor space is awesome for hanging out. We enjoyed the nearby coffee and pie shop in downtown Linesville. The house is a short drive to some great BBQ, hiking, and the lake. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and provided good recommendations for local food. We'd be happy to stay here again!

Had a great stay at this cozy cabin! The cabin is warm and very inviting. It was exactly what we were looking for in a low key winter getaway. It’s spacious, authentically decorated and had everything you could need. They really went the extra mile to add small touches. Had a wonderful relaxing weekend!
