Our stay here was just perfect! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, the location is brilliant, it was easy to explore the north of the island. The house was so clean and beautifully presented, the pool was great! Maria was the most fantastic host and always on hand if needed. I would love visit again!

Good Location, near at the sea and comfortable house

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Nikki. Tout est conforme à la description. La vue est fantastique, grande piscine, tranquillité. La route pour y accéder est très sinueuse, mais nous étions prévenus avec la description et les commentaires. La communication est très facile par messagerie, avec une grande réactivité. An amazing location, the view is stunning, quiet, the house is very nice, perfect for a family of 4. Everything was very clean, bathrooms are really nice, very comfortable, you have everything that you need for a good week. The kids loved the pool. Beds are comfortable, terrasse is great to enjoy the weather and the view even if it’s not summer. A very good place to enjoy Kerkyra. It is recommended to have a car, even there is a regular bus in front of the house but you will need to walk to the different beaches. The host answers every question within few time, and welcomes us very nicely. We can only recommend!

Belle maison moderne, bien équipée, avec terrasse et piscine donnant sur la mer et les collines boisées. Un endroit calme à proximité de belles plages éloignées du tourisme de masse. Vous y serez accueillis avec soin et gentillesse par des hôtes très sympathiques. Fortement recommandé !

We had a wonderful stay at the villa - pristinely clean, and with spectacular views of the sea - the photos don’t do it justice! We enjoyed exploring the local area, in particular Porto Timoni beach, canal d’amour in Sidari and further afield to Kalami. A most relaxing holiday with plenty to explore and a fabulous host who tended to everything we needed - we also arrived late and there was a welcome package of food and wine, which was very much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to visit again one day

Thanks for a great stay. The maisonette was lovely, great view and good size for a holiday apartment. It was very well kept and there was even a clean and new towels half way through the week! A better shower would be nice but it’s adequate. Pool small but excellent condition. Only shared with one other apartment and beach very close. The nearby beach area is small which was perfect for us. Several activities available - including boat trips, snorkelling, scuba diving. Would recommend a visit to Aqualand on your way to/from the airport, our kids loved it. We managed fine without a car, we took a few taxis back from the beach (ask at Maria’s snack shack). The walk is steep on the way back and very hot in the middle of the day but only 15mins on a quiet road. Would recommend Angela’s pool maisonette for a great holiday!

Die Unterkunft ist günstig gelegen, sehr ruhig und etwas abseits von dem restlichen Trubel in Ksamil. Perfekte Lage und wunderbare Unterkunft - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Limos ist ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich liebevoll um seine Gäste kümmert. Wir waren sehr gern hier und kommen auch sehr gern wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, geschmackvoll und liebevoll sogar mit frischen Blumen eingerichtet.

Wir haben uns in den Cottage House von Alex von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Alex und seine Freundin sind sehr gastfreundlich und waren für uns bei fragen immer ansprechbar. Ruhige Lage optimal zum runterkommen . Mit dem Auto sind die schönsten Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar. .

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

We had a very nice stay in Ksamil. Leonard and his family are very kind and helpful. We needed to go to a doctor and they drove us there or they would get us a taxi. The house was clean and spacious. It is a calm neighbourhood but if you walk 10-15 minutes you get to a lot of beaches, bars, shops, restaurants…(our favourite was “grill and chill”). We really recommend this place if you want a nice, peaceful stay in Ksamil that is not to far from everything.

Außergewöhnlich viel Platz, toller Garten, super liebe Hosts, sehr gastfreundlich, süße liebe Katze, wir konnten auch umsonst waschen. Der Preis mehr als fair! Gerne wieder :)

Die Unterkunft war genial! Auf ca. 180 m Höhe inmitten einer Olivenplantage mit einer wunderbaren Sicht über die große Bucht bis nach Korfu Stadt. Das Haus, der Pool, alles Bestens. Die Ausstattung ist top und würde ich als gehoben bezeichnen. Von den direkten Nachbarn im (baugleichen) Nachbarhaus sieht man so gut wie nichts, man ist absolut ungestört und ungesehen. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist machbar, man sollte sich aber auf Steigungen von ca. 25% gefasst machen. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt einfach den Berg runter (5 min mit dem Auto). Genauso zahlreiche Tavernen, bei diesen haben wir nach Google Maps Bewertungen ausgesucht und lagen immer sehr gut. Ein kleiner Strand (ca. 30m, Kies) gibt es in 7 min mit dem Auto. Ein großer Strand gibt es in 10 min mit dem Auto (ebenfalls Kies). Als Begrüßung gab es paar Snacks, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Super nette Vermieterinnen! Alles in allem eine sehr erholsame Woche!

C’était parfait ! L’appartement est propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. L’emplacement est idéal, au centre de Ksamil. La place de parking est un gros avantage. Merci à Debora pour ce séjour !

Blerina was the best host I ever had, and I have been to many airbnbs in the past. Flexible and very friendly in her quick responses. Also proactive in different situations. With no doubt you should book this place

Lovely and peaceful little cottage. The walk to the beach and restaurants isn't bad (a bit longer on the way back up the hill), so it's definitely doable if you don't have a vehicle. Check in about what kitchen items they have on hand, since the cottage is more on the rustic side but very clean and nice. Dinos and his family were wonderful — they make you feel at home and are super helpful and responsive.

Es ist viel Platz in der großen, modernen, komfortablen und sauberen Wohnung in einem Haus mit schönem Garten. Die Wohnung hat 3 Balkone. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Es war angenehm ruhig zum Schlafen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück. Vielen Dank

Abseits der typischen Touristen Pfade liegt dieses wunderschöne Häuschen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und konnten richtig abschalten. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung :)

Petite maison sympa et bien agencée. Chaque chambre avec petite terrasse agréable. Cuisine bien équipée mais sans lave-vaisselle. 2 salles de bain dont 1 très petite . Excellente communication avec George qui nous a conseillé et aidé tout au long du séjour . Voiture fortement conseillée, quelques belles plages à proximité, bons restaurants également .

We had a lovely stay at Stamatis’ place. He was always helpful and communicated very kind and reliable. As we came late for the season, most of the local restaurants and cafes were closed already. We enjoyed the beautiful nature and surroundings though and can definitely recommend to stay with Stamatis at any time of the year. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Thanks Stamatis!
