We absolutely loved our stay at this location. Ashley was incredibly helpful and responsive. You cannot be the serenity and the views of this location. We went to the market, got fresh oysters and had a feast right off of the dock. We saw bald eagles above us, and they had a nest in the trees off to the side of the cove. It was very peaceful and quiet, you really don't hear any other human beings. I loved going for a cold plunge off of the edge of the dock. There's a few things that I do have to note. If you are disabled, if you are older, if you have kids, just know that the driveway down to the location is incredibly steep. It is a work out getting up and down there with luggage. They do have stairs but once again, it's going to be a work out going up / down so if you are disabled, this might not be for you. We were unable to use the driveway for our vehicles, so just know that you also need to park up at the roundabout and walk down into the property. There than that, amazing stay

My family of four stayed at Nyna's to attend a wedding over the Labour Day long weekend and enjoy some relaxation time at Rathtrevor Beach. The cabin had an absolutely perfect location for our purposes. It is an easy 20-minute walk to the beach, but we also drove to Rathtrevor whenever the kids insisted on bringing an excessive number of toys to play in the sand. The cabin itself was exactly as described and pictured. We were not entirely sure of our check-in time due to needing to pick up supplies on our way to the cabin, but Nyna still stuck around to welcome us in person upon our arrival and give us a personal tour of the place. She was an extremely responsive and helpful host. We would highly recommend her place to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Thank you, Nyna!

Beautiful Airbnb in a really good location. Sauna was super nice with the cold weather and the beach has a beautiful view. Close by to a bunch of nice restaurants, stores, and hikes

The cottage was great for our family of 5! Equipped with beach towels, toys, and even a mini cooler - this makes beach going easy. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the beds and sofa beds were all comfy! Thanks so much for a great stay!

What a wonderful spot! We will return 100%. It was so clear that this cabin was intentionally put together with love and not just thrown together. The linens and furniture were really nice quality. The animals were absolutely lovely. The property was beautifully maintained. The signage and directions were very clear. The hot tub was perfect temperature.

Gayle and Lee were amazing hosts!! We were greeted by the hosts at check-in and they had already set-up for us the woodstove fire place. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and spotless floors. What really stood out to us was all of the personal touches from the freshly baked sourdough bread with butter and jam to a folder full of recommendations to build your own personalized itinerary. Unfortunately on the night of check-in my partner got the stomach flu. We informed the hosts and they leaped into action to help us in every way possible. They provided us with medication and disinfection to prevent myself from getting sick as well. They also graciously offered us an extra complimentary night for my partner to rest. We can't wait to come back!!

This was our first time going to Ucluelet for a little weekend getaway, and the ocean facing cabin was everything we hoped for plus so much more. It was clean and organized, and beautiful! The location is absolutely stunning, with amazing views of the ocean, and privately located, but within 5 minutes from town or little walks with many restaurants and much else to do.

The cabin was as advertised. Rooms clean and kitchen/sitting area comfortable. Great little deck. Neighborhood quiet and a quick walk to the beach. Douglas was friendly and let us park our bikes in his garage. Definitely recommend checking out this cute cabin and we hope to be back again.

Raquel was an amazing host! She is so friendly and very easy to communicate with. I felt like home at her place. It’s such a beautiful and peaceful location, perfect for those who love nature, ocean and lots of hiking. Everything is within a walking distance from the place. I managed without a car and I absolutely loved it. I’ll definitely come back. It was one of the best airbnb experiences for me! I highly recommend to rent this place if you are single, or a couple travelling with your lovely pet companion.

Gorgeous setting and lovely place! We loved our first visit to Galiano island. We went on really nice hikes and enjoyed looking at tidal pools. From the house we enjoyed seeing sheep, deer running by and walking down to the water. Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cute cabin. What a special spot! We enjoyed exploring the inlet with the canoe provided and exploring some of the local hikes. Be sure to try to the local Mexican Restaurant. We loved the seclusion and quiet this cabin provided with easy access to any groceries or other amenities we might need.

We really enjoyed our stay - thank you so much. We had friends stay in another unit and it was easy to visit but also have down time. Our two kids are older and enjoyed the loft space. Our dog was right at home. Overall the space was cozy and clean - with everything we needed.

We had an amazing first Airbnb experience at Jay’s cottage in Ucluelet! The space was lovely—tastefully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect setting to reconnect with our two teens and soak in the laid-back vibe of Ucluelet, BC. Jay’s directions were spot on, and the place was exactly as described. Thoughtful touches, like the vinyl stickers with the cottage logo, added a personal and professional touch. I’ve put two on our daily travel mugs (they even survived the dishwasher!), and every time I see them, I smile. We loved that the cabin was the last unit in the lane, making it feel more secluded. Surrounded by nature, it felt wonderfully cozy, especially when the weather was rough outside. Things we really appreciated: extra bedding & towels, oil/vinegar/salt/pepper/sugar, coffee and filters, a full-sized fridge, toiletries in each bathroom, and heat being turned on before we arrived - such a thoughtful touch! The Funky Bunky is a lovely little cabin, very quiet and private. There’s amenities to make the stay smooth and simple, and the river right next to us was very pleasant to watch and listen to. Carol and Danny were very gracious hosts, very responsive and had everything we needed. Will be back again

Brian and Shannon are some of the best hosts I've ever met. They have exceptional hospitality, are super cool and are realizing such a stunning vision of their property. Hosting a pizza night was an unexpected treat and got to meet other guests. It is a slice of heaven. From the sauna and cold plunge to the hot tub and fire pit and bbq to the wonderful setting nestled in trees this place exceeded expectations. I biked from Vancouver with the Sunshine Coast connector for one cheat leg. It's not that hard to get to and loved having my bike to explore. Go to Emily's lake for a trail run. Also as a solo female traveller I felt very safe. Recommend and hope to be back.

We absolutely loved staying at the farm! Lisa is very welcoming and the animals are irresistible. The yurt was charming and peaceful and the amenities were perfect for our stay. We loved visiting with the donkeys (Stanley & Ollie), goats, and cows (Evangeline & Lulu) while strolling through the farm, take in the fresh air, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It was as perfect a getaway as we could have hope for. Thank you!

We have a 15month old puppy! She was completely welcome at Darren’s. The property is surrounded by woods, making dog walks a truly lovely experience. The property is 15 mins from everything in Parksville so easy peasy in that regard. We loved our visit!

A quiet, charming cabin tucked into the woods, with a wonderful and attentive host. A great spot to decompress and enjoy some quiet time. The frogs were very vocal at night, which was a treat to fall asleep to. I highly recommend this sweet cabin for a little getaway to unwind.

Mara’s is a truly exquisite place to stay. Words almost cannot convey how pampered you feel as you experience some of the most beautiful surroundings that nature has to offer. Kim was an amazing host… Proactive, took time to write us so that we would look and listen for the whales, right out in front of the house, asked after our arrival plans and consulted on making sure the ferry would get us there at the time we wanted to arrive. The house is beautifully furnished and is just as it appears in the photos. We felt very cozy and pampered, freed up to enable us to stay in or go out and explore the wildlife.

Perfect get away for my fiancé and I! Very private area surrounded by a beautiful forest and a great view of the cove. Vlado was very responsive and helpful, even recommended places to grocery shop in the area and an amazing Mexican restaurant! Great cabin with modern amenities including a bath. Looking forward to visiting again.
