“Tea by the Sea” was a great location for us and was very comfortable. We felt right at home and greatly appreciated Janet’s responsiveness to any questions we had. She went out of her way to ensure that our stay was just right!

Great for a small family or a group of friends. Lots of space to spread out. The home was spotless. The ocean views were beautiful, and there was beach access as well Would highly recommend

Our family stayed at Jane’s cottage for two months and had a wonderful time. The house is very well set up for long term stays and has great amenities. We enjoyed going on daily walks both around the neighborhood and at the park nearby. We would recommend Jane’s place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and serene place to stay in Parksville.

Salish Peaks Escape is a stunning retreat tucked away in a peaceful, picturesque neighborhood. The home is spacious, impeccably maintained, and equipped with top-notch amenities. The kitchen and appliances were in excellent condition, making meal prep a breeze. One of the most memorable experiences was enjoying the sunrise and sunset from the patio—made even more magical by visits from a friendly family of deer. If you're looking for a serene, rejuvenating getaway surrounded by nature, I highly recommend this beautiful escape.

This was a great location for our Vancouver island adventures. Pretty central to what we wanted to do. Cathedral Grove was close enough for us to visit multiple times, and the trip over to the Pacific coast was about what we wanted. Great hosts, were very quick to respond, and extremely helpful. House was great for our family, good amount of space, and lots of activities to do on rest days. Would stay here again if we ever come back to explore the area more.

Hosts were very responsive and accommodative. House was very clean and has ample space to host guests. There are multiple spaces to dine. Location is very ideal and located very nearer to dining places and ferry. We couldn’t utilize much backyard and pool due to winters but backyard overall looked fun. Would recommend the place!

This was one of the best stays in our lives. The place, the views, the feelings was something out of ordinary. We loved the place from the very first moment we found it on the Internet and loved it even more when we arrived there. I would definitely recommend this place and would really like to go back there as soon as we plan another vacation.

Christina Jean's Inn-let was the perfect place as a base for us to explore the surrounding area. Beautiful sunset views near the Inlet, made for peaceful evenings. thank you so much, it was a lovely stay.

Randy and Barb were great hosts they checked in on us to ensure we were not in need of anything. Their unit is absolutely beautiful, situated in a great location in the resort - we could utilize the beach and the walking trail easily. The unit was equipped fully and the extra touches were very thoughtful. We can’t wait to return to this Unit! The resort amenities are great and we utilized them and much more!

This condo was so great! I could live here. It had pretty much anything you could need for a short or long stay. The full kitchen was nice with the full size, 6 person table. There were several condiments, tea and coffee left in the kitchen to use. The bathrooms and beds were beautiful. Even the hide-a-bed was fairly comfortable. The pool, hot tub and gym were in a different building so we only used them once. The beach and walking path were right outside the door. The walk is definitely worth it, even if you don’t have a lot of time. Other than the shoreline, Nanoose Bay is within an hour of many hikes, waterfalls and hidden gems to explore. We didn’t find a bakery or grocery store within walking distance. The closest would be Parksville which is not far. But you do have to drive or set out for a long walk. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!

The Strands was a beautiful place to do a little sister trip with our little babies. It was peaceful and it was so nice being so close to the beach and the amenities of the resort available. The unit itself was amazing. It was so well decorated and beautifully designed. Everything was very well thought out and we felt really comfortable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone!

The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was well labelled and Andrea even had “kid” dishes so it suited us perfectly. There is a dishwasher which was great:. The place was tidy and clean. We had meals outside and enjoyed the view from the patio. The kids enjoyed the small outdoor pool which was heated. There is access to a marina from the property but no beach. Andrea was very communicative and responsive. She answered questions about the unit when needed and was helpful to provide local recommendations for beaches and things to do. We arrived late at night in the pitch dark but Andrea’s instructions to find the unit were helpful and much needed as there were no signs indicating any unit numbers that we could see. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Andrea’s apartment to anyone exploring Halfmoon Bay!

A well-equipped and spacious suite in a great location just a couple of minutes south of the Parksville strip. The whole resort appears to be kept in excellent condition. Beds are comfortable, and there's plenty of cosy furniture in the dining and living area. As always, I brought a few cooking utensils from home, things that are often not supplied at b&b's. Didn't need any of them; the kitchen is efficiently laid out and very nicely equipped. Andrea's instructions were clear and helpful, and her polite requests for check-out procedures very reasonable. We were 3 adults and one 7-year old. We all had a wonderful stay.
