This apartment is new or recently remodeled--appliances and fixtures still have manufacturers' tags on them. Location is great--just three blocks from the beach and near some good restaurants. Not in the center of town, but cabs here are cheap and easy to find. Host Duy was helpful and easy to get along with.

The villa was huge and located on the rice fields near Cua Dai Road, and easy bike ride to Old Town and the local market. Nana was very responsive and helpful, which made our stay easier and more enjoyable. Like many villas in Hoi An, it needs a little maintenance after the rainy season, but nothing that affected our stay. The beds were super comfy and the surrounding neighbourhood is quiet. There's a beauty salon at the front of the property (this villa is set back from it) offering fabulous hot stone massages. Overall a good value stay for a family, especially if you're after something spacious with cooking facilities.

Wir haben die Wohnung eine Stunde vor dem Aufenthalt gebucht. Schnelle Kommunikation und der Check-In haben super geklappt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und konnten gut schlafen. Zwischendurch wurde sich nach uns erkundigt und ob wir etwas brauchen. Ganz liebe Gastgeber, die sich toll kümmern. Die Küche, die Waschmaschine und der Boden sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat uns allerdings nicht gestört. Wir waren mit 2 Babys dort und alles hat geklappt. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, in unmittelbarer Umgebung viele Restaurants und Märkte und und es ist überhaupt nicht laut. TOP, können wir sehr empfehlen.

Excellent communication from outset. Ha arranged a transfer from Da Nang Airport which worked perfectly and very affordable. Excellent accommodation right on the beach. Also the breakfast was excellent. Great cleaning service. Quiet at night. No security concerns. Al in all I would highly recommend this stay. Thank you

Phuong went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay as a family. His place is very peaceful and perfect for a family. Our kids loved swimming in the ocean and the pool. The beach is very quiet and private (not at all like the tourist beaches in Danong). Would come again! Thank you Phuong for everything you did for our family.

We've stayed here for more than a month and we loved everything about it! The owner was very responsive; the location is very close to the beach and many good restaurants/cafes... The apartment is quite spacious for a couple, internet is fast and stable, weekly cleaning service is included. We've also been provided with a free taxi trip from AND to the airport, which we appreciated a lot.

Amazing hosts! They helped us with everything, from booking car rides to Ba Na tickets, even getting us food when it rained. The place is very nice and so close to the beach

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

Hoa went above and beyond in hosting my family of 7 adults and 8 children under 12, including a baby . From purchasing extra life jackets , daily fruit platters , and a padlock for the gate . We had the whole villa to ourselves which was amazing and great to be all together. The kids loved the pool, swimming constantly. There was an assistant Ngo who spoke great English and was wonderful in her recommendations and assistance to local Attractions including ordering a large bus most days to transport us out all together . Ngo also owns the Lucky Beach Restaurant around the corner , her cooking ability and presentation is amazing with delicious food presented. The area is in a lovely friendly neighbourhood with some great local restaurants all in walking distance . Staying here gives a great cultural experience living with the locals and not tucked up away in a resort . Value for money was excellent. Beds were a bit hard for westerners . We can most definitely recommend to others.

Tuyet’s villa was perfect for our 5 days stay for 2 families. Tuyet arranged our transit from the airport and we were greeted on arrival. The villa was spotless and cleaned daily. The quiet location is ideal with a short walk to the beach and great quality local restaurants (100m away). Pool was very refreshing. Easy Grab taxi ride to Hoi An in 10 minutes. Little extra touches like ice in the freezer, daily fresh fruit and a water filter were an unexpected bonus. Would definitely recommend and return next time.

Отличный комплекс с апартаментами. Есть ресепшн, поэтому заселяться и выселяться легко. У нас была комфортная квартира с гостиной, кухней и спальней. Было всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кровать удобная, мягкая, быстрый вайфай для работы, горячая вода. Также нам предлагали уборку раз в два дня. На крыше был небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Единственное, если у вас нет машины или мопеда, то район не очень подходящий. Близко до пляжа, но далеко до интересных ресторанов и кафе.

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. The old town is only a 20 min cycle/ 5 min Grab away. If I could give 10*’s i would. Thank you Mei from Keith, Kirsty, Caroline and Zach

We had a wonderful stay . Jenny, the host was super helpful. We had breakfast and lunch, both next-door and across the street as well as down the street at a local bakery, so the location is great. About a 15 minute Grab ride to old town which we did almost every night. We had laundry done, which was done within 12 hours by someone host provided Definitely recommend

Than was a great host! She was always responsive to queries, and also helpful with providing early check in. The house was as shown in pictures and as described. Views were great from the home. All amenities were provided and we were able to stay very comfortably for 4 days. Location of the property is just wonderful. Near to everything you would need for a wonderful stay.

Second time in this apartments. Perfect choice as always! Good location, close to the sea and restaurants. Clean flat. Sounds from nearest school can be loud sometimes. They can make like pop concerts at 7:30am 😄 But it’s not often) I think also pressure of hot water should be regulated a little. You need to wait a lot hot water to come. Very good choice if you plan to stay in Danang! Thank you

2주 정도 머물렀는데 다낭을 즐기기 위한 완벽한 숙소였다^^ 10명까지 머무를수 있는 숙소지만 친구와 가족이 번갈아가며 보통 2인~3인이 머물렀다 근처에 휼륭한 쌀국수집과 카페가 있으며 바로 앞에 마트가 있으며 특히 청소 서비스는 5성급 호텔이 부럽지 않을 전도였다 낸녀에도 기회가 되면 꼭 방문할 예정이다 정말 추천하고 싶은 숙소이다

Janet and Jack are wonderful hosts. They were accommodating in every possible way, from arranging transportation, to finding medications, to shopping, and local suggestions. They arranged for some meals to be delivered but I mostly did my own cooking. It was mostly grey and stormy during my stay, unusual for this time of year, but I was here specifically to write without too many distractions so it was perfect for me. I could sit on the deck most days and watch and hear the waves. The village murals are delightful if you want to take a short walk from the house. There are a few local places in the village for snacks or basic hardware but anything else required a short taxi ride to the nearest city, Tam Ky. Janet helped me find fabric and some other items in Hoi An and we had great morning coffee and lunch there. All in all, a great place to stay in winter if you want peace and quiet and love to be right next to the views and sounds of the surf.

My extended family - 8 people from ages 4 - 76 stayed at the Villa over Christmas and New Year’s. It was perfect for our large group. Leading up to arrival communication with the host was excellent. While at the villas on site staff helped us to arrange many things including tours and laundry. They were so friendly and attentive. The location is walkable to so many restaurants, spas and the beach. Make sure to check out early morning local market and Mom’s Restaurant up the way was a favourite for us.

This place was a perfect definition of luxury studio. Everything was very well cleaned and prepared for us. The staffs are also very accommodating and super friendly. The kitchen was our favorite because it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need!! ☺️☺️ 10/10 recommendation for this place. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back again.

Hiew and his lovely wife are super hosts! They were very hospitable and accommodating, we felt very welcome. The food was delicious and the villa comfortable. We rented the villa with 3 families with teenage kids which was perfect. The bicycles that belong to the villa were great for getting to and from the beach quickly where there are plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops/bars. The old part of Hoi An is just a 10-15 minute taxi ride away and Hiew was always happy to call a car for us. We look forward to staying at Tropical Sands Villa again!
