I travel very often and I can say it was one my best experience. I came with 2 friends mainly to work so we stayed a lot at the apartment and it was very pleasant. It's very spacious, it's clean, and very convenient, there is everything you need. And if you want to go to the beach or clubs it's not far or by feet like 35 min or by car, like 10 min. You won't find an apartment like this in the center of Cagliari. And concerning the host she was absolutely perfect, very nice, very kind, if you have any question or need you can ask her without any problem. If one day I come back I will take this spacious airbnb even if I come alone :)

Mi sono trovato bene nella casa di Giorgio. Ottima posizione strategica per una zona comoda ai servizi e tranquilla. Si, non e' nuovissima ma sono sicuro che con le migliorie gia' programmate la casa diventera' davvero ideale, perche' Giorgio e' gia' un ottimo host. Esperienza piacevole.

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos. Bien équipé. Literie propre et confortable. Logement calme. Climatisation appréciable. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Carolina, elle a toujours été réactive et arrangeante pour nos demandes. Seul tout petit bémol, lors de notre séjour nous n’avions pas accès au wifi à cause d’un problème de box mais cela n’a pas eu un réel impact sur notre séjour. Sinon tout était très bien, je recommande ! Grazie mille Carolina 🙂

La maison et le jardin de Cristina sont très bien entretenus. Les chiens sont très bien élevés et ont fait la joie des enfants. Il y a de belles plages à proximité. Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour faciliter les déplacements à la plage.

We have an amazing 7 days stay at Charlotte’s beautiful villa. Charlotte is super friendly and helpful. We rent a car and drive from the airport to Charlotte’s villa at a quiet neighbourhood with ease. The villa is as described, very clean and has all the things you needed for the stay! The best part of course is the ping pong table for the children! 👏. Charlotte is super helpful giving us all the tips on where to eat and what to see. Super host! We will love to come back again. And will definitely recommend this villa for people visiting Sardinia. You have done a great job with the villa Charlotte 👍

Schöne und saubere Wohnung in Top Lage.Toller Ausblick vom Balkon / vista mare inklusive😊. Nette Kommunikation.Alles Nötige vorhanden. Die Größe war für uns (Familie mit 6 Personen ) optimal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well presented. Some lovely finishing touches the red and white wine on the table on arrival and some water and juices in the fridge. The host was available to direct us to the property and check-in was very flexible as we arrived early. He explained everything we needed to know on arrival. Everything you might need to self-cater was available although we ate out on an evening or had a takeaway meal on the balcony. The bathroom had everything required a good shower and plenty of hot water. In the kitchen, we made use of the coffee machine, washing machine, and water filter. The beds were really comfy and our daughter chose to spend her nights on the mezzanine floor giving her some private space. Lounge area had a large pull-out sofa bed but we left it as a sofa so ample seating space and indoor table and chairs for 4. Balcony with table and chairs for 2 and clothes racks for drying. The decor was beautiful.

We had a great stay at the apartment! The communication was really fast and they always asked if everything is fine and if we need something. It’s located in a really cute neighborhood and only a 5min walk away from a lot of restaurants. The apartment was really clean and modern and totally worth it the money. Unfortunately one evening we discovered a cockroach in the shower so be a bit aware of your stuff and luggage but it’s a general thing in Cagliari so we definitely would come back for another stay in this apartment!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Azurella war wunderschön! Der Strandzugang zum quasi privaten Meer war super, die Außendusche war der Hit und bei tollem Wetter muss man die Unterkunft eigentlich gar nicht mehr verlassen. Wer Lust auf einen ruhigen Strandurlaub hat, ist hier genau richtig. Alles wichtige war aber trotzdem gut und schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles, wir hatte eine tolle Zeit!

Wir waren vier Wochen, von Mitte Oktober bis Mitte November, in Federico’s Haus. Im liebevoll eingerichteten Haus fühlten wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Wir genossen jeden Morgen den wunderschönen Garten für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück. Besonders möchten wir die Grosszügigkeit und das Vertrauen von Federico uns gegenüber erwähnen. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns, zeigte uns das Haus und den Garten, überreichte uns einen tollen Geschenkkorb mit Sardischen Spezialitäten und erklärte uns die wichtigen Funktionen im Haus. Wir waren schon in vielen Airbnb Häusern und Wohnungen, fanden aber noch nie so viele private Kunstgegenstände und Bilder vor. Sehr grosszügig war, dass wir unser Elektroauto kostenlos an der Wallbox im Garten mit dem vor Ort produzierten Sonnenstrom laden durften. Federico war immer sofort erreichbar und löste auftretende kleine Probleme umgehend oder erklärte uns, was zu tun war. Wir können das Haus von Federico nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand mit super netten Vermietern. Da wir mit kleinen Kindern angereist sind wurde extra die Bettensituation auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst und sogar jede Menge Spielzeug extra bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation war auf italienisch unkompliziert (es gibt ja Übersetzungsapps). In den Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben die zwei Badezimmer sehr geschätzt, da wir mit zwei Parteien unterwegs waren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr modernes und sauberes Apartment mit allen nötigen Ausstattungen. Die beste Dusche die ich je in Südeuropa genutzt habe! 😁

Wij hebben een fijne week gehad op Sardinië, vriendelijke behulpzame host, reageerde snel op vragen. Het appartement heeft geen woonkamer binnen, maar wel een groot terras.

Luca este o gazdă de 5*, a fost la dispoziția noastră la orice oră din zi și din noapte. Ne-a întâmpinat cu dulciuri tipice pe masă și apă și băuturi răcoritoare în frigider. Apartamentul este curat, are aer condiționat în toate camerele și este bine dotat (nouă nu ne-a lipsit nimic). Foarte practic: un market “Euro Spin” la doi pași. Balcoanele nu le-am putut folosi din cauza vremii, dar nu mi s-au părut prea relaxante din cauza zgomotului străzii. Per total, noua ne-a plăcut. Mulțumim, Luca!

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez daniele. Le logement est très grand, fonctionnel et qui plus est très propre. Quant à daniele il est très réactif et très amical. Nous recommandons vivement !

Cecilia et son mari sont des hôtes très accueillants, bienveillants, disponibles et très gentils. Leur logement est magnifique, à deux pas d’une très belle plage. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli, comme des amis, avec de très gentilles attentions. Nous y retournerons sûrement et recommandons à 100% ce merveilleux endroit. Merci à vous 2.
