Esperienza ottima. Eravamo in quattro adulti e due bambini e siamo stati comodi, giardino tenuto benissimo con tutti i comfort (griglia, doccia esterna e lettini). Appartamento pulito e spazioso, a circa un quarto d’ora da tutte le spiagge attorno a Villasimius. Lisa disponibilissima e premurosa, ci ha dato ottimi consigli e si è preoccupata più volte di come stesse andando il nostro soggiorno. Decisamente consigliato

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Wir hatten super schöne Ferien in Villasimius. Lorenzo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr über das Willkommens Geschenk gefreut. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Wir werden gerne wieder einmal in dieser Ferienwohnung sein.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Alessandros Haus! Alessandro hat uns vorab schon viele tolle Tipps zukommen lassen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft mit sardischen Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Check-In und Out verliefen unkompliziert. Wir waren von der Lage, dem Blick und der Ausstattung des Hauses absolut begeistert. Das Haus ist 8 Gehminuten vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt - auch hier! Alessandro hat uns Liegen und Schirme zur Verfügung gestellt, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, wenn man etwas benötigt. Wir hatten kurzzeitig ein Problem mit dem Bewässerungssystem, nach kurzer Kontaktaufnahme mit Alessandro sind 5 Minuten später Gärtner eingetroffen die das Ganze behoben haben. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Danke für diese unglaublich tolle Zeit 🌞❤️

La casa di Marcello ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza in relax e di godere della bellezza delle spiagge vicinissime sia a piedi che in auto. La casa è funzionale, pulita e il doppio servizi è molto comodo per le famiglie. A pochi passi si trovano ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, farmacia, ecc. I consigli di Marcello sono stati di grande aiuto.

I enjoyed my stay! Very clean and cozy place near the airport, although it was difficult to find a taxi at night, luckily Michael recommended a friend who could give us a ride! I absolutely loved the apartment, and Michael was very responsible, caring, and favourable! In addition, the fridge had been stocked with products left for us to enjoy, such as beer, wine, and water bottles. Absolutely fantastic!

Really enjoyed our stay at Gabrielle’s House - very privat und calm with many things to discover nearby:)

Alice our host was very welcoming and helpful. The villa is extremely good value for money, views are amazing, and the pool is heated to perfection, in fact 'awesome'!!! Good wifi, tap water that is great to drink and everything you could need. 2 minute walk to lovely beach and beach bar open even in February! Thank you Alice from all of us!

Ospiti squisiti e alloggio perfetto, moderno, ben arredato e pulitissimo. In più ci è stato fornito il materiale per la colazione. Non posso che raccomandarlo. A presto !

Marta is a kind, responsive and flexible host. She made our vacation one of our favouries! The rooms are furnished well, and spare blankets and pillows are provided. The terrace was a great place to eat and/or gaze at the stars. There are many great cafés nearby the apartment. We recommend eating Sardegna's unique dessert at Saseada, and Leada is a lovely cafe with a relaxing atmosphere. Marta's apartment is set in a calm, beatiful place. Thank you, Marta, for our comfortable stay!

The apartment corresponded well to its description and had a wonderful view. Excellent location, shop around the corner and a top hamburger restaurant downstairs. It was easy to get to the center by bus. It was easy to get in touch with the owner. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Ubytovanie malú pre nás skvelú polohu. Bolo v tichej lokalite. Obchody boli v pešej vzdialenosti aj pláž. Parkovanie v garáži alebo na ulici veľmi jednoduché. Kuchyňa výborne vybavená, bolo tam všetko čo sme potrebovali. Majiteľ nám všetko vysvetlil a dal veľa typov na výlety a reštaurácie. Centrum mesta veľmi jednoducho dostupné aj MHD. Zastávka autobusu pešo 7 min. Pacilo sa mi ako separujú odpad. Cítili sme sa bezpečne a príjemne.

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

Leonida is a fantastic host - very friendly and super responsive. The location of the Airbnb is fantastic - surrounded by bars and restaurants - and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Cagliari. There is generally a lot of street noise (which didn't bother me, but if you need silence for sleep, this isn't ideal) but the apartment is perfect, clean & had everything I needed for my stay. would love to come back some day.

Bilocale ampio e arredato come "una vera casa" con mobili di buona qualità. Adatto anche a soggiorni di più lunga durata. Elisabetta è un ottima padrona di casa, puntuale e attenta alle esigenze dei sui ospiti. Lo terrò di certo in considerazione per una prossima occasione.

Due volte al mese sono in questa gran bella isola , con i miei 2 bambini ,ho avuto la possibilità di soggiornare in molte strutture tra Cagliari città e aree circostanti ma qui ho trovato la differenza , appartamento al 4 piano con ascensore , luminoso, ampio,pulito e dotato di tutto ,dalle stoviglie, coperte ,asciugamano ……..al parcheggio interno condominio , molto comodo e per nulla scontato, visto che si è ospiti in una zona ricca di tutti i servizi , da farmacia ristoranti bar pizzerie gelateria, supermercati….………attraversata da una delle arterie più importanti di Quartu sant Elena che ti conduce al mare in pochi minuti .Lo consiglio a tutti da famiglie con bambini a giovani coppie o ragazzi . Un grazie particolare al sig. Carlo che mi ha accolto e da subito messo a mio agio persona gentile , sempre disponibile e attenta.un grande grazie a presto.

Прекрасна,чиста квартира для короткочасного перебування і ознайомлення з містом.Розташована в самому центрі в історичній будівлі з великою терасою з видом на порт.Однозначно рекомендую бажаючим зупининится в Cagliari.

Valentina's apartment is lovely and spacious, just as pictured. Decent amenities as advertised, plenty of parking, quiet area with a supermarket in walking distance as well as the beach not too far. The center is just a short 10 minute drive. Bed was comfortable, smart TV, A/C for the warmer days, and a machine dryer were a nice bonus. Valentina kindly provided some nice recommendations of things to do when we had a couple of rainy days, which was helpful! Overall, we recommend this apartment when staying in Cagliari!

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern fünf Tage in Christians Unterkunft verbracht. Die Kommunikation verlief von Anfang an reibungslos, und er war stets erreichbar für alle unsere Fragen. Die am Hang gelegene Anlage war jetzt Ende Oktober extrem ruhig und wir hatten den traumhaft schönen Privatstrand beinahe für uns. Der Strand ist ein fantastischer Kilometer langer, weißer Sandstrand, den man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Eine Strandbar ist in der Nähe und verschiedene Restaurants und ein Supermarkt ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für alles, die Unterkunft ist in jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben im Oktober eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Es hatte sogar Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, so dass man bei Nacht die Fenster offen lassen konnte. Die Terrasse hatte Morgensonne und wenn man Glück hatte, konnte man Papageien in den Bäumen beobachten. Die Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch das Zentrum von Villasimius ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bei Problemen war Allessandro sofort zur Stelle. Wir sind in der Nacht mit dem Auto angekommen und haben mit den Anweisungen die Wohnung sehr leicht gefunden. Es war alles super, Danke Allessandro

Grazioso appartamento non rende abbastanza quello che è in realtà, in casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui potevamo aver bisogno, posizione ottima sia per la vicinanza alle spiagge che al centro. Claudia gentilissima ci ha consigliato sia per il noleggio che per le spiaggie migliori, consigliatissimo

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.

L'appartamento è spazioso per essere un monolocale e dotato di tutti i comfort per ogni stagione. La struttura è molto bella ed è dotata anche di un bel terrazzo con una splendida vista sulla città. L'accesso avviene proprio attraverso tale terrazzo tramite due porte chiuse con chiave e una vetrata scorrevole dal tendaggio suggestivo che accompagna nel locale. Si trova in posizione perfetta anche per chi viaggiasse in auto, è a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto (circa una decina). La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e veramente disponibile.
