Il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Appartamento molto carino, pulito e fresco. In pochi minuti in scooter o in auto si raggiungono bellissime spiagge. Preziosissima Cristina che è stata sempre molto disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa e coccolati dall'inizio alla fine, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è andata davvero oltre ogni aspettativa esaudendo tutte le nostre richieste con gentilezza e cordialità. Potete andarci a occhi chiusi!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso la casa di Loredana, e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. Fin dal momento della prenotazione, Loredana si è dimostrata una host estremamente disponibile e attenta. Ha risposto rapidamente a tutte le mie domande, fornendo dettagli utili e consigli preziosi sulla zona. La casa era esattamente come descritta, se non meglio. Gli spazi erano puliti, accoglienti e arredati con gusto. Loredana ha curato ogni dettaglio, rendendo l'ambiente confortevole e piacevole. Inoltre, ho trovato tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno, dagli utensili da cucina ai prodotti di cortesia in bagno, segno di un’attenzione particolare per gli ospiti. La posizione della casa è perfetta, situata in un quartiere tranquillo ma vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni. Loredana ci ha fornito ottimi suggerimenti su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più memorabile.

Eine wundervolle Wohnung mit einem einmaligen Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Salvatore und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Alles lief einwandfrei ab. Die Wohnung befindet sich unter dem Zuhause vom Gastgeber. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Zimmer, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Zwei Informationen sind aber sehr wichtig: Aufgrund der Moskitos, ist ein Moskitonetz notwendig. Auch wenn an den Fenstern welche angebracht sind, schlängeln sie sich immer hinein, sobald die Tür geöffnet wird. Die Küche ist nicht abgetrennt, sodass sich beim Kochen die Gerüche im gesamten Raum verteilen. Eine Abzugshaube ist angebracht, leider reicht sie nicht aus. Lüften ist nicht möglich, aufgrund der Moskitos. Für diese Umstände kann NIEMAND etwas, aber wissen sollte man das als Gast auf jeden Fall. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr ruhig und wenig Verkehr. DANKE für die tolle Zeit.

L'acceuil à été ponctuel, décontracté et chaleureux. La maison correspondait parfaitement à l'annonce et est finalement plus grande que sur les photos. Très propre, elle était parfaite pour nos 8 personnes. Nous sommes allés à pied, à la plage, au restaurant, faire les courses. On peux se passer de voiture car tout est à proximité. Très bien située, on arrive facilement à Cagliari, Pula ou Chia, Roberta, toujours souriante et amicale, à répondu très rapidement à nos demandes d'explications. Maison que nous recommendons sans réserves.

Par où commencer… Nicoletta est très accueillante, avec des très bon conseils. Merci beaucoup Nicoletta pour cette semaine incroyable ! Ensuite à l’arrivé, un accueil très chaleureux par les 2 petits chiens c’était merveilleux!! Et le logement était parfait rien à dire pour se reposer c’était le logement parfait, complètement dépaysant vu sur les flamands rose et des chevaux si adorable 😍 Excellent séjour c’était parfait !

Eine großzügige Villa, ruhig gelegen in wunderschöner bergiger Natur (also auch schonmal bellende Hunde, gackernde Hühner...). Fantastische Aussicht von der Terrasse, ein ziemlich großer Pool (Achtung, tief, nichts für zu kleine Kinder), viel Platz auf dem Aussengelände für Volleyball, Tischtennis etc., gepflegter Garten mit Palmen, wirklich schön. Alles sehr sauber, geniales Esszimmer, in dem auch bei größter Hitze immer ein frischer Wind weht. 3km zum nächsten Laden, Nora-Strand ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, zum superschönen Strand in Chia 30 Minuten. Vermieter sehr sympathisch und immer erreichbar bei Fragen.

La casa-vacanze ideale! Alloggio ristrutturato da pochi mesi, in condizioni di pulizia ed ordine impeccabili, accessoriato di tutto e di più. Zanzariere, lavatrice, barbecue, docce esterne, ombrellone e poltroncine da mare... Spazi esterni strategici per attrezzature, possibilità di scelta tra sole ed ombra, e posto auto protetto (un plus!..). Posizione perfetta per le meravigliose spiagge del sud-est della Sardegna a poche decine di minuti, ma anche con deliziose calette raggiungibili in 3-4 minuti ed una splendida spiaggia (Genn' e mari) a 150 metri da casa con disponibilità di noleggio lettini e chiosco per bibite e spuntini; oltre a delizioso ristorantino per romantiche cene sul mare, ed a soli 50 metri da casa fornitissimo market, bar-pasticceria-giornalaio, bancomat, pescheria e, per finire, un ristorante con ricco menù (ed ottime pizze...) super-consigliato. Ma il vero top si sono rivelati sia Matteo che i suoi genitori e la loro accoglienza speciale. Imperdibile!!

We loved our stay in Torre Delle Stelle. The apartment is super nice located, right next to the sea... you can sleep with the sound of the waves and the view from the terrace ist stunning! Just a 20 min walk from the apartment you can find a beautiful beach where it's not so windy (in our time) and the area is quiet and nice. We visited during off season, so most of the houses were empty, but we always felt safe and happy here :) The next supermarket is a little drive away (25 min to Villasimius), but you get paid with the most amazing views... Paolo made our stay definitely better, because he was so welcoming, trying to make everything possible, gave us good recommendations, what to do etc. and was always available... thank you Paolo, for your great efforts!! all in all we would 100 % come back and enjoyed the quiet and cozy time there!

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

Wir haben uns sofort unglaublich wohl gefühlt in Deboras geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtetem Haus. Debora hat uns sogar einen guten Rotwein und Wasser zur Begrüßung hingestellt.Danke dafür! Auch die wunderbaren Außenanlagen luden ein am Haus zu verweilen.Jede Terrasse ist liebevoll gestaltet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir waren jeden Morgen in der schönen gemütlichen Bucht schwimmen, haben Brötchen im tollen Supermarkt geholt( er gleicht eher einer Feinkosthandlung) um dann auf der schönen Terrasse zu frühstücken. Und das alles fussläufig. Am Nachmittag ging’s dann nochmal an den Strand incl.Strandbarbesuch. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und werden das Rauschen des Meeres vermissen, welches wir vom Haus aus hören konnten. Eine Empfehlung!!

En fantastisk takterass med utsikt över hamn och stad. Lägenheten passade oss perfekt och vi kommer absolut tillbaka till denna pärla.

Die Kommunikation mit Sergio war immer sehr schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Neu und liebevoll dekoriert. Wir liebten das Fisch Design überall ! Schlafzimmer / Kinderzimmer und Bad sind relativ klein. Küche nagelneu und gut ausgestattet. Die Außendusche ist super, wir haben nie innen geduscht 😃 Der Garten ist großzügig und die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse vor und hinter dem Haus sind prima. Ruhige Wohngegend zwischen Meer und Ort. Für uns was alles perfekt ! Danke Sergio !

Ho alloggiato una notte in questa casetta super accogliente, poiché mi trovavo in transito per un viaggio di lavoro. L’ho scelta principalmente per la possibilità di avere un posto auto privato, dettaglio molto importante per il mio spostamento. Sono stato accolto in maniera eccellente fin da subito: mi sono state fornite tutte le informazioni utili per trascorrere al meglio la notte. La casa è molto accogliente e la pulizia impeccabile. Una cosa che mi ha colpito particolarmente, facendomi sentire davvero “a casa”, è stata la decorazione pasquale: semplice, graziosa e curata nei dettagli. Sicuramente, se mi ritroverò a passare da quelle parti, saprò chi contattare! Grazie mille!🫶🏻❤️🌷🤗

Beautiful, modern and clean apartment with stunning views from everywhere (garden, bedroom, living room,…). Antonella and her husband were very sympathetic and helpful. We felt right at home. We cooked in the very well equipped kitchen and enjoyed quiet BBQ dinners on the Terrasse/garden with sunset and views on the lighthouse. Our kids enjoyed it as well and loved the provided toys. Thank you very much! Our vacations couldn’t have been better! Looking forward to staying with you again!

Wir haben drei Tage bei Andrea verbracht - der Empfang war toll, wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und herumgeführt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben viele Treppenstufen vom Boden entfernt - das hat uns nicht gestört. Tolles Rooftop mit Aussicht auf Cagliari, modern eingerichtet, alles da, tolle Beleuchtung. Haben die Sonne genossen und sogar die herrliche Außendusche zur Abkühlung genutzt. Badezimmer top. die Gastgeber kümmern sich herzlich, haben während unseres Aufenthalts auch neue Gläser und einen FireTV Stick besorgt. Können das nur weiterempfehlen! Parkplätze gab's im April um den Häuserblock herum genug.

Thank you. We enjoyed our quiet night at your place in Cagliari. There was a lovely small market nearby and we enjoyed the beautiful 15-20 walk down to a livelier part of town for dinner and back up late that night. A quiet place to sleep in the richness of the walled village was exactly what our family wanted. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Christina. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei allen Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um Cagliari zu erkunden. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

What a wonderful place! I just spent an unforgettable stay in this apartment that I can only describe as a little paradise. The cleanliness was impeccable - every corner sparkled and you could notice the attention to detail. The location is simply breathtaking! Waking up every morning with that view made the vacation even more special. The fact that the beach was within walking distance was an incredible advantage - just a short and pleasant stroll to feel the sand under your feet. The apartment has been renovated with exquisite taste, perfectly combining modern elements with the original character of the space. The furniture, appliances, and finishes were all high quality and made the environment very welcoming. But what truly made the stay special was the host - available, kind, and always ready to help with any need! Super Lage, gute Ausstattung, bis hin zur Alexa. Franco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alles gezeigt und hat sofort geantwortet, wenn etwas war. Das Badezimmer muss noch etwas optimiert werden, darum wollte man sich kümmern. Innerhalb des Hauses war es recht ruhig und wir haben uns da wohl und sicher gefühlt! Können die Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo war eine wunderbare Erlebnis. Sie waren sehr nette Leute und Hilfsbereit. Die saubere und ordentliche Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine 4-köpfige Familie brauchen. Super geräumige Küche und Wohnbereich mit allem was man zum Kochen brauchen. Auch private Parkplätze abseits der Straße bei Bedarf nutzen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Strand und ein Geschäfte, sowie Restaurant, Apotheke, MD Supermarkt und usw. Wenn sie ein wenig weiter fahren, haben sie die schönsten Strände mit türkisfarbenem Wasser finden. Einen Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo kann ich nur weitere empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Airbnb war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus war groß, makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – wir hatten wirklich alles, was wir brauchten. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der private Pool, in dem wir viele entspannte Stunden verbracht haben. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis für unsere Tochter waren die fünf niedlichen und freundlichen Hunde, die ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück lebten. Sie liebte es, Zeit mit ihnen zu verbringen! Die Hunde hatten jedoch keinen Zutritt zum Haus oder zum Garten, was für uns auch sehr angenehm war. Wir können dieses Airbnb jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub im Süden Sardiniens verbringen möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

I booked this really nice place for a one week holiday with my boyfriend. Ilaria´s place is really clean and we felt like home immediately, she´s really nice and always helped us when we needed! I can suggest this place 100% :) It is in Quartu, a small town directly near Cagliari which is extremely close to the beach. You can actually walk to the beach in 10-15 Minutes! And on the way to the beach you can see the Flamingos who are now not afraid of people anymore and come really close. There are otherwise supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies and a few restaurants nearby. I suggest to go to Locanda Caddeo for a delicious aperitivo and to Frontemare for dinner. I suggest to book this place if you have a car, so you can move freely and explore the beatiful beaches on the way to Villasimius (like Baccu Mandara, Porto Sa Ruxi, Giunco, Punta Molentis) which are easier to reach starting from Quartu than from Cagliari. Cagliari is approx 15 Minutes away with the car or 30 Minutes with the bus.

Absolutely stunning location in a beautiful surrounding. The house is spacious and well furnished. The swimming pool is huge with a pretty garden. Riccardo and his wife are great hosts, could not ask for better people. Warm, friendly, communicative, helpful. Can't wait to go back again as one week is definitely not enough to explore the South of Sardinia. 5 stars all round.
