Otium's place was amazing! I highly recommended. We had some trouble getting inside but after you figure that out you are good to go. There is a charge of $25 pool and gate key you have to pay and is not refundable. I also was also not aware of the extra $145 cleaning fee they charge, but other than that you won't be disappointed. I love the quietness the place provides, all the amenities it has and the ocean view every morning with the nice breeze was just perfect :)

Peppers place was the perfect spot for a getaway we truly enjoyed our stay everything nearby was delicious! So close to the ferry and great beaches. He was super kind met us upon arrival to make sure we were able to get in the gate ok. And was so kind when we requested visits from his sweet puppy who would drop by on occasion for snacks the home was spacious and well kept and it’s for sure a great spot to call home while you’re visiting!

The place was beautiful with a view of the ocean from the balcony or the up top terrace. Short drive to the ferry. The directions to the place were dated but we were able to find it. It’s up several flights of stairs which were no problem for us but thought it of value for anyone staying where that might be an issue. There were limited towels so plan to wash. There is a Walgreens and Walmart nearby. They charge for bags so save your bags if you feel you will make more than 1 trip to the store. We were absolutely pleased with our stay and can understand why Cristobal is a super-host!

Pena Mar is lovely and the condo was perfect for our family of 5. Gladys met us at the condo to welcome us and give us the keys. She was sweet and helpful and we felt we could call her if we needed anything. We will be back!

This place is modern and cozy. Perfect place to rest up for your next day of adventures. Would come back!

Desde el primer momento, nos sentimos bienvenidos gracias a la amabilidad y atención de los anfitriones, quienes demostraron un gran compromiso con la comodidad de sus huéspedes. El espacio estaba impecablemente limpio y organizado, con un ambiente muy acogedor. Se nota el esmero en cada detalle, desde el buen olor del lugar hasta la disposición de los muebles, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera realmente placentera. La nevera y el microondas funcionaban perfectamente, lo que nos facilitó mucho la estadía. Algo a tener en cuenta es que, la ubicación, si tienes un Iphone puede dar un poco de problemas, por lo que se recomienda tener paciencia y seguir bien las indicaciones. Sin embargo, una vez llegas, el esfuerzo vale completamente la pena. Definitivamente, es un lugar al que volveríamos sin dudarlo. Si buscas comodidad, limpieza y buenos anfitriones, este es el sitio ideal. ¡Gracias por una estancia tan agradable!

Evy was such an amazing host. She was very communicative prior to and after our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and peaceful as described. The back patio was the best part offering a comfortable seating area with all you need to relax and enjoy the country breeze. The home has some extras when it comes to essentials and even though we didn't use any of the games, it is well equipped with that too. This is a must for anyone who enjoys peace and tranquility and a clean home. I will definitely recommend and look forward to future stays. Thank you

First of location was great and close to main road , market, etc. Secondly, the place was just as described and pictured. Clean linens and plenty of room to store luggage. Overall stay was very pleasant and neighborhood was very quiet and friendly :) I do wish they had a couple more skillets and un expired condiments and coffee. Not that it was a big deal or a deal breaker but it would of been nice to have that available. Anyway I would highly recommend staying here. There’s also a little stand that sells Piringuas down the street which has homemade flavors and you might enjoy!

My wife and I stayed for a week. It's an easy walk to seven seas beach as well as numerous restaurants. I highly recommend Kalizo, El Pescador and La EstacionThe property is gated which made it feel extra private. The house was cozy with all the amenities you could need, if it wasn't for the view or the weather I would think I was at home. James was very helpful, quick to respond if we had any questions and very generous to offer such a beautiful place to be enjoyed by others.

This house really captures the essence of PR! Great location and very close to ferry to Vieques and Culebra. Very responsive host.

What a lovely slice of paradise. Located in such a beautiful city, this house is close to plenty. No matter what adventures you plan to go on, this stay is ideal for those excursions. Alisha is a wonderful host that lays out instructions and accommodations incredibly well while having top notch communication. The house is cozy, with TVs, AC, and fans in each room. There are games there and other forms of entertainment. All the appliances are well kept. I appreciate that she includes earplugs and a sound machine since some animals in the neighborhood like to sing their songs at times. The neighbors are all nice and the neighborhood is fairly quiet and peaceful. You can just sense a lot of love in the area. The neighbor directly across the street is one of the kindest humans I’ve met in PR. Everything about this place enhanced my birthday trip and took a lot of stress out of the “where are we staying” and “how are we going to afford it” that usually comes with a trip to PR. 10/10!!

So glad we picked Edwin & Julia's beautiful property as our base of operations while exploring the eastern part of Puerto Rico! Our three young children loved the picturesque, clean pools at the resort so much that the numerous, gorgeous nearby beaches were almost an afterthought. We walked to our boat and snorkeling tours at the nearby marinas. We met friendly locals while playing basketball at the resort and while using the gym. We saved money by utilizing the spacious kitchen for meals in between adventures. The shower was very spacious, and the hot water was a welcomed way to relax after our long days in the sun (and our stay in Old San Juan made us realize hot water can't be taken for granted). We would stay here again in a heartbeat for our next trip to Puerto Rico!

The apartment is perfect for a couple. Its just been remodel with new appliances. The best part is the view ,"WHOA", worlds can't say enough.

Loved the view from the balcony. Parking was easy and the area was very peaceful. Extremely helpful and very responsive. We had no issues at all. Thank you. Would stay here again.

Liz's place was exactly how she described and centrally located in Fajardo. It is not a walking neighborhood. The grocery store is about a 5 min drive. The Condo is near one of the biggest Marina's in Fajardo - several boats leave out of the marina for snorkeling trips. The bio luminescent is also close; about a 10 min drive. Seven Seas is also super close (5 min drive) and Luquillo Beach is probably a 15-20 min drive. There are a couple decent restaurants nearby; we really enjoyed OKEAH Modern Kitchen. The area surrounding the condo was quiet and the water view from the deck was just what we wanted. It is well stocked with spices for cooking and the space was roomy enough for our family of 4. The pools are also great and were not crowded. I highly recommend Liz's place!
