This is a truly magical space. Our group of friends created forever memories over our annual weekend gathering this year. Words and pictures don’t do it justice. The chorus of the frogs from the cedar tub was fantastic. Thank Mathew!!

Amaris is very responsive and helpful and her house is so spacious, clean and well maintained. My kids loved being able to take bubble baths in the oversized tubs and so did I🙂 We also loved the roof top deck and the view was so beautiful especially at night with all the city lights. The beds and comforters were so cozy I want to buy some like that for my own bed! Another thing we loved was after a busy day we could come back to a very quiet peaceful neighborhood home and rest. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. Lighthouse roasters made amazing coffees and have a really great vibe. We cannot recommend Amaris and her property highly enough. Will be staying there again.

Our family of 6 stayed here for the weekend to do your typical Seattle stuff and loved this home and neighborhood. This is a very quiet, safe, and walkable neighborhood. It was really clean, and we especially loved the top floor with the hot tub, balcony overlooking the sound, and the living room which was the perfect place for family game night! This place was everything the listing claimed to be and a great place to stay!

I can't thank Laura enough for providing a lovely home away from home while in Kirkland. After several weeks spent in various Kirkland hotels, it was blissful to be able to cook nice meals again and sit out on the back deck, while enjoying the great views. Laura's communication throughout the rental process was exemplary. Thank you for a great stay!

The listing was exactly as described by Paula. We enjoyed the hot tub and private patio. While it’s a small detail I still loved the fresh ground Starbucks coffee and organic half and half waiting for us.

Very cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was a PERFECT touch for those chilly drizzly nights and the bus stop being so close was very handy :) Errin was easy to talk to and always had everything we needed! There was also a lot of places to eat and a grocery store really close. We’d highly recommend this place and Errin.

Our stay began with a personal note and pastries from a local French bakery. The space was charming and homey. Renee was very responsive yet respected our space. We enjoyed the patio and garden area which was beautiful. Neighborhood was peaceful and walkable to nearby coffee shops. We left feeling like we made a friend.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just a short walk from the bus stop (we took it to Pike place) and some cozy cafes. Kelly was responsive and everything was as described. Would definitely book again!

Nicole and Josh's "cheery and sweet" apartment is exactly that, cheery and sweet, as well as spotlessly clean, well appointed, and quiet. It was the perfect size for one person. The Madrona neighborhood is beautiful, great for walking, with many secret paths through the woods and proximity to Lake Washington. Nicole and Josh both responded promptly to a few questions I had at the start of my stay. I would happily stay here again.

Thank you Jeffrey for possibly the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. For starters the house is beautiful and spacious, I could have stayed in the guest suite all weekend and never even went to the other floors. Jeffrey and his group quickly responded to my one message over the weekend but there really was no need for any clarity because everything we may have had questions about was addressed prior to arriving. I 10/10 would recommend staying here and would return.

We really enjoyed the little Farmhouse. Very private and cozy with the heated floors and the fireplace. Everything you need for a short visit to the island! We will be back ;)

Overall thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The location is great, both to public transportation and easily walkable to some good restaurants in the area. Parking can be tricky and the streets are narrow, but Miriam was communicative about that and I take public transportation when I visit. Both hosts were prompt to answer questions/messages before, during, and after my stay. I would stay here again! Cons: VERY narrow shower and small bathroom-- for a larger/wider person there's not much room to maneuver. I also had to move the toilet paper so I wasn't touching it every time I sat down. Pillows-- terrible, not for me, slept poorly Pros: LOCATION! Good amount of space and use of space Great yard A lot of natural light despite being a basement Great wifi Everything you'd need in the kitchen Fan!! I love that they provide a fan for air flow and noise.

Our ceilings were being painted, and we needed a place to stay for a few days. Anne’s loft was exactly what we needed. It was reasonably priced and in a good location (near Bay Hay & Feed, Jiffy Mart, and Via Rosa). Additionally, Anne was responsive and flexible with our needs. All-in-all a good stay!

Stayed at Devin’s place for our last minute weekend trip to Seattle and we loved it. Very quiet and nice neighborhood, designated parking spot right in front of the entrance, very responsive and helpful host, well-stocked, clean, and pet-friendly space! Would definitely stay again when we visit Seattle for sure.

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Lovely condo in Belltown near all the attractions! Loved the included parking for one car. Super secure building! The condo itself was great, plenty of space for four adults! Nice amenities including gym and pool and hot tub! Very walkable location! Would definitely stay again next time we are in Seattle!

My daughters and I truly enjoyed our stay in Seattle, and staying at Emma's place very much contributed to our enjoyable trip! She was so responsive throughout the booking and trip planning process, and was incredibly flexible with our checkout process. The condo was comfortable, in a great location for walking to various activities, and close to many restaurants. Emma was a great host - would definitely stay at a property of hers again in the future when I'm in the area again.

Peter is an excellent communicator! When we drove up to the home's gate we were very pleasantly surprised!!! The house is beautiful, very clean, and has an amazing view, plus we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There's also a two-person hammock, pergola, various outdoor chairs and tables. The kitchen was very well-stocked and we loved all the art and cookie jars throughout the indoors. We've stayed at many Airbnbs and this property is the very best! You will not be disappointed. Near there is the Wild Felid Advocacy Center (book a visit online) that shelters tigers, mountain lions and other large and small cats. If you go there make sure you watch road signs and addresses since our navigation took us elsewhere. The only marker for WFAC is a cat paw print at car-height. What heartwarming memories we built there during our vacation. Paradise, simply put. Thank you, Peter.

Everything was AMAZING! House was fully stocked, super clean, beds were comfy and nice corner view of the water. A greeter was outside waiting when we arrived and helped us get all checked in. Location couldn’t get much better, walking distance to just about everything. Building itself felt very safe for being in downtown. On the note about downtown it is very loud, but that is to be expected. We had such a pleasant time. Gale was very responsive and helpful in every way. We would recommend to everyone!

The view was amazing and the location easy to find. If we had the time and the weather was nice we would just sit out on the balcony and just watch the marketplace bustle. The space was clean and many essentials were provided. We utilized the pool/hot tub/gym daily which was super nice after all the walking we did during the day. Target being downstairs was also very convenient especially since I needed to grab another luggage cause I ran out of space in the one I brought. The only complaints I might have is that it can be quite loud at night and I was woken up quite a few times. However, ear plugs are provided though I didn't use them because they get uncomfortable after a few hours. We had no actual issues but it can also feel a bit unsafe at night if you're out late due to the homeless population though that is not a fault of the hosts. Despite that I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Just the view and convenience outweighs anything else.
