This is a truly magical space. Our group of friends created forever memories over our annual weekend gathering this year. Words and pictures don’t do it justice. The chorus of the frogs from the cedar tub was fantastic. Thank Mathew!!

We had a great stay at Jim's Airbnb. The place was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed...a kitchen for making breakfast and a couple of dinners, laundry facilities, and comfortable furniture to relax on in the evenings. It was also very quiet as his place was not shared with anyone else above or below. We absolutely loved the location. Fremont has many great places to eat or grab a coffee or drink. On Sunday morning there is a market with some great vintage finds. It is a short walk down to the Burke-Guilman trail where you can walk or run along the shipping Canal. Having a dedicated parking spot for our rental car was very convenient. We also used public transport to go downtown and the stop was very close to the AirBnB. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Seattle.

What a great place. If we could, we’d move in tomorrow!! Well appointed, lots of attention to detail, a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The grounds are lovely. Had weather permitted we would have grilled and then eaten on the deck. Next time we visit we’ll definitely stay here.

We enjoyed our stay here very much and felt comfortable and safe. The house is within walking distance of Green Lake and nearby tasty restaurants. It is also an easy drive to I5, downtown, and other Seattle neighborhoods.

I felt so at home in the Great Heron House that I did not want to leave! The standout wall sized double pain windows overlooking Lake Washington from the living room were an obvious plus, but I especially loved the convenience of the secure garage, so easy to come and go! The main house is a perfect blend of old craftsmen bungalow meets mid-century modern. We had friends over for dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed and was so easy to keep clean, and there is an uncluttered elegance to the house, while feeling very warm and cozy during the light snow that fell during our visit. This home had everything we needed and nothing we did not. I’m already looking forward to staying here again, I can only imagine how nice it would be in the summer months with the outdoor patio overlooking the lake! I already miss watching the bald eagles feed and soar over the water…

Great place to stay. Lots of room to relax after a long day of being a tourist. Board games for the kids which is much appreciated. Starla was very accommodating when my spouse left her wallet behind after check out. Wonderful host with a wonderful property. Thanks again.

This trip I enjoy the house much since ever I ve been traveling. The house is pretty clean and tidy with perfect location waterfront and peaceful environment. Host is very kind, friendly and helpful. Definitely come back to book his house when have trip to Seattle and will recommend to friends . Thank you for a wonderful stay in Seattle!

Excellent stay, not too far from downtown.

Coming to Seattle for my boyfriend and I’s 3 year anniversary was spectacular. Lisa made it even more spectacular. She was so sweet and made sure we have everything we need. We saw that it was raining and I asked for some umbrellas and she gave us some! My boyfriend’s favorite part was the bed, he said the bed was so comfortable he fell asleep so quickly lol. I recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Lisa! ❤️

Easy stay in Seattle. Walkable neighborhood and plenty of room inside with comfy beds and cute outdoor space. Would stay again!

Lovely, private indoor and outdoor space and close to Lake Union and the Burke Gilman trail. Walkable to restaurants by the lake. 2 blocks up to a bus line with easy transfers to downtown, U district, etc. We hope to return!

My stay at Thomas' was amazing! I loved spending time in his well-tended garden. I walked to Lake Washington every morning to watch the sun rise. I even enjoyed walks through the nearby park to the grocery store. The bed was very comfortable; the space was clean but still had a warm energy. And it had everything I needed! I would definitely consider a repeat visit here! Unfortunately we did not get to cross paths as he was away during my stay.

Ricardo: Thank you to Bruce and Yohan for giving Anna and I a chance to stay in the Canopy in the Clouds. From checking in, and meeting Yohan. I felt like you took the time out of your life to make us feel welcome not only to your Canopy but also welcomed us to Seattle. A private entrance guided us to stairs to the upstairs unit. There are beautiful floors, rugs, and furniture. Clean kitchen, bathroom and plenty of towels. Bright and dimmable lights everywhere to guide you to sleep. Crankable skylights let in fresh air, soothed us to sleep with gentle Seattle raindrops, and greeted our mornings with natural light. What I liked most was sitting in front of the two windows looking at the front yard and people walking their dogs. I also liked falling asleep on the huge couch in the evenings. Anna: It reminded me of a cozy treehouse I dreamt about when I was a kid. One highlight of this trip was looking forward to hanging out inside the treehouse every evening. =)

Robert has a lovely, convenient place with 2 spacious bedrooms. You can walk to all you need.

Had a great stay! Safe area! Clean! Loved the bathtub, thermostat, and tv set up. And seeing the goats morning and night was a plus.

Great and quiet place right in front of the lake. Getting on the hot-tub while looking at the lake is definitely one of the great perks of this house. We spent a weekend with our 2 kids and everyone had a lot of fun. We’ll come back during summertime!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The lake house was very cute and cozy, and it was well-stocked with all the basics you'd need for a stay. The property and scenery were beautiful, Rainier was visible and the lake provided a lovely and relaxing view. Lot of places to hang out and eat or stare out over the water. Shelly was a great host and we'd be happy to stay again!

The Keystone Cottage was the most adorable little beach house! Has amazing views, comfortable homey feel and a everything we could have asked for! I personally loved the colors and theme of the Cottage, little pops of yellow or teal really made a great addition that made me smile every time I walked into another room. Everything was so clean, the beds were very comfortable and the tank less hot water heater was such a wonderful addition! Not needing to worry about washing dishes and someone showering at the same time was magical and saved us time, too! We all would definitely stay here again!

Perfect tiny home! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They were super easy to communicate with and gave me fantastic recommendations. The place was equipped with all essentials plus more. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. I will definitely be booking again on my next trip!

This place is so wonderful! Hawaii themed with a great outside tiki lounge. Right on the water with lots of chairs to sit and enjoy and a nice dock. Inside has a king bed and small kitchen. Little bathroom but doesn't seem so small. Has motion lights for nighttime all over. Bed is comfy and has a view from the bed to the water but still feels private. It has a Keurig with lots of coffee choices. There were snacks and s'mores and some drinks in the fridge. Overall probably one of the best air BB we have stayed at! Highly recommend!

Wow, there are not enough words on the planet to describe how wonderful and perfect this little beach house, slice of heaven truly is. My little family and I stayed here for a week and it was THE MOST relaxing, gorgeous, fun and memorable retreat we have ever had. This is truly the place to stay if you are visiting. Michael is SO incredible, responsive, happy, and he is incredibly friendly! Cheryl helped us with check in and answered all our questions throughout the week. She made some AMAZING suggestions and we did most all of them!! This was truly such an amazing place to stay. You can't match the peace that comes with this private beach, the gorgeous views, lots of wildlife to watch and enjoy and just the bliss that comes with the beach house. Truly THE PLACE to stay💕 Best AirBnB out there I promise. Thank you again for the wonderful week!!

Jennifer’s cottage was incredible! Located in a very peaceful neighborhood, it was quiet and serene. The view of the lake was wonderful to wake up to. We had everything we needed for full comfort, including the grill and hot tub! I stayed here in February and enjoyed it very much with the light snow. I will definitely be looking to stay again when the weather gets warm. Jennifer was super responsive and clear about instructions, too. This cabin has everything you need 😊
