Wonderfully cozy apartment on the Queen Anne hill! Relatively easy to get around town with many buses stopping nearby. The Space Needle and monorail are also within a walkable distance. It served as the perfect basecamp for our family trip!

My best friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Nicole and Kurt’s! It was easy to check-in/navigate to the lower level. They turned on the heat prior to us checking in because we got in a little later than originally planned. We felt super comfortable during our stay, and everything was within 10-20 min walking distance. Our second night, we got dinner at Kimchi House and checked out Single Hill Commons after, which was right down the street from the airbnb. We ended up bring a wine bottle back. One of the cork screws from the wine bottle opener broke off in the cork, and Nicole and Kurt came to our rescue to get it out! They were more worried about our safety than the broken wine bottle opener, which we 1000% loved. HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re in Ballard!

We had a very comfortable stay here on Alki Beach! The space was clean, welcoming, felt safe and had a lot of great local spots within walking distance. The parking space was also great to have for our rental car. Like the listing says, it’s just steps from the beach and was great to enjoy at the end of a long day exploring Seattle and the surrounding islands. Kim & Chuck have clearly put effort into maintaining and making the apartment comfortable for guests. Highly recommend if you are looking for a spot on Alki or for a close enough stay to the city while still enjoying the beach life! We hope to be back soon!

Our stay was short but Kevin & Michael were such excellent hosts. The place was immaculate, spacious, and as described in their listing. When we had some concerns, Kevin immediately responded to resolve the matter, going above and beyond his host duties. We couldn't have asked for a better host. if we're back in Seattle - we will definitely book their place again.

Thanks to Jonathan and his family for sharing this cozy little nook for my family and I. It was everything we needed to crash out after visiting with extended family nearby.

Just as amazing the second time! This is our second time booking this place, and we loved it just as much as the first. It’s clean, has a stunning view, and offers quick access to the ferry. Joe is a great host—responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Jan & Greg were excellent hosts - extremely friendly and helpful. The space was so cozy and was amazingly well stocked for such a small space. The views were incredible.

This is a truly magical space. Our group of friends created forever memories over our annual weekend gathering this year. Words and pictures don’t do it justice. The chorus of the frogs from the cedar tub was fantastic. Thank Mathew!!

This place was beautiful and clean and Mila was so responsive! The location was about a 20 minute drive to downtown which is where we spent most of our time. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location to do all the tourist attractions. Garage is not large enough for a large suv so we did street park. That was a downfall. Although, it ended up being fine as parking always available right next to the house. Lots of stairs. Which we were fine with, although that is something to be aware of. We enjoyed the open, clean floor plan. Able to DoorDash and Instacart anything. Never felt out of the way to go to Pikes, T-Mobile Park, Woodland Zoo, or The Aquarium. We had a blast & it was a great stay.

We loved this place! We will be back. Beautiful and relaxing. We even had some otter friends visit the porch.

Anne was very very helpful and had very clear instructions. We really appreciated the videos of how to use the hot tub and of the house rules The back yard was perfect for our animals Would highly recommend! We’d love to come back! :))

We LOVED our stay at Julie’s place. The house was cozy and full of nice touches. The views from the back deck are stunning. The kitchen was fully stocked. Perfect place for a family to gather! The host was very flexible, allowed us to check in early which was great when traveling with an adult with a disability and a baby. We will definitely want to come back in the summer to enjoy all the home has to offer.

Gorgeous home, unbeatable views. Our stay was so enjoyable and comfortable, the house was spacious and well apportioned. The beach was fantastic. Amazing neighborhood, both quiet and within walking distance of restaurants. Super responsive hosts and super helpful as we forgot a few items.

This trip I enjoy the house much since ever I ve been traveling. The house is pretty clean and tidy with perfect location waterfront and peaceful environment. Host is very kind, friendly and helpful. Definitely come back to book his house when have trip to Seattle and will recommend to friends . Thank you for a wonderful stay in Seattle!

The unit is nicely appointed - attractive, complete amenities for our 2 month stay, and impeccably clean. The view and the adjacent waterfront attractions are as advertised. The southern and western views provided for both colorful sunrises and sunsets. And the views of the Ferris Wheel and its lights at night are fun entertainment. The parking place is a real asset if guests choose to bring or rent a car to explore other areas. Suvil, our host, was always responsive to our needs and requests. We would recommend a stay at this property to others and would book another stay for ourselves.

Robert went above and beyond! from the minute we landed to the minute we flew away! The directions given were very detailed and easy to understand once I actually read them.. 😳 The accommodations were comfortable and cozy! Using the balcony as extended space made a huge difference. So many restaurants within walking distance. I highly suggest walking to Farmers Market and getting a bouquet of flowers for your stay! Even 1 day! Walk to the pier and people watch.

We were really impressed with the location . . . more so once we arrived and realized how accessible Pikes Place Market, all of the pier activities and the Space Needle were to the property. Easily walkable to all. Plus the views of Elliott Bay were stunning! I appreciated the on-site garaged parking that allowed for full sized SUV. Though the directions to check in seemed complicated at first, they are very clear if you just follow along step-by-step. A few small hiccups on both ends but easily corrected through great communication with host. Property was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Especially the beds! Only slight negative is that the carpet, though clean, is a bit older, worn and had a few minor stains. Marked as a favorite for future travels to Seattle area!

Awesome spot! Was perfect for our group of 7! Ryan was very helpful and patient with helping me figure out how to get to the location. Clean up is very easy as well!

Check-in was super easy as Jeri leaves very detailed instructions for everything. He’s also very communicative and often messages you before you have a chance to ask him something! Make sure to check out Jeri’s list of recommendations as it provided us with plenty of places to eat at.

This is an excellent location! Lots to do within walking distance. The view of the bay is amazing. Elsie was responsive and gave clear instructions with photos for check-in. We enjoyed our time here!

Everything was AMAZING! House was fully stocked, super clean, beds were comfy and nice corner view of the water. A greeter was outside waiting when we arrived and helped us get all checked in. Location couldn’t get much better, walking distance to just about everything. Building itself felt very safe for being in downtown. On the note about downtown it is very loud, but that is to be expected. We had such a pleasant time. Gale was very responsive and helpful in every way. We would recommend to everyone!
