We celebrated our 14 year anniversary at Amy’s place and could not have chosen a more perfect location or a better host! Amy was thoughtful, went above and beyond what we expected, and provided a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful and pristine. The hot tub and sauna in the secluded backyard made our trip! And all the little extra details Amy thought of for our stay made it more than perfect. I highly recommend Amy’s to anyone looking for a luxurious stay just outside of Fredericton!

Susan was delightful; friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She made us feel right at home. Very clean. Lovely green quiet locations just on the outskirst of Sussex. Great breakfast and very good apple juice.

Such a lovely place to stay! Very loving home and the hosts went above and beyond and at the same time were very easy going, relaxing and great company if desired! Will absolutely stay here again!

This is a really unique experience - your own private point gazing at the lovely St John River! The house design really optimizes the views, and it’s great to be a short drive to the delicious restaurants in downtown St John. Highly recommend!

Our two night stay at Laurie’s was brilliant. Really comfortable and big apartment and Laurie is an excellent host. We loved the gorgeous cats too. 10/10 a perfect place to stay in Saint John.

Our stay here was just great—Hao was very welcoming. We loved the sound of someone playing piano in the parlour as we arrived—it felt like entering someone’s gracious home. Our room was impeccably clean, with thoughtful design touches and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast pancakes and eggs were top-notch. We would definitely stay here again. 🍳 Bread & breakfast 🍳 This is my amazing experience in New Brunswick. Ines and Doug welcomed me with open heart to their stunning 1905 home. Huge house with lots of lovely antique furniture. Every piece of furniture tells a story and if you are an antique lover, you will enjoy and love to stay here. The house has many doors and I enjoy discovering every other doors. It will lead you to different side of the room.The veranda, with breathtaking views of the Washademoak lake. And it’s for me to know and for you to find out the “secret garden”. Clue: There’s a female sculpture in the middle of the garden 🪴 This place is a “go to spot” to relax, unwind and recharge yourself. Have a break from City life. Take a moment to think, reflect and make positive changes in life. This place will give you peaceful ambiance. I fly from Vancouver to New Brunswick. my car won’t be available until 2weeks. Ines helped me to get around , I am beyond grateful. She prepares great breakfast too 🍳.

Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. Warm greetings, personal & thoughtful touches, my daughter and I had the best little getaway. The breakfast was delicious. The hosts were so genuine and sweet. The Christmas decor and charm felt like we were in Stars Hallow for the holiday season. We already know we’ll be staying again for all of our Fredericton stays.

We had an amazing experience staying at Ines's B&B. For the past ten years, we stayed at a lot of places but this one is unique. The house itself is a history and you can become a part of the luxurious life of the beginning of the 20th century. The house is situated on astonishing grounds including a short walk to a lake through the hey fields. The breakfast is fantastic and made with a lot of love from the locally sourced products. And finally, Ines herself is an amazing person who loves to share with you a lot of local histories and places to visit. I think it is a must-visit place. :)
