Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

Antonio place was very cozy! clean and comfortable.

I felt that Allison’s place was very clean, neat, and had anything that I could’ve needed. She also sent me a message, letting me know that if I didn’t need anything to let her know. Since they did such a good job with making sure everything needed was there I had no need to contact her. The next time I come to New York, I will definitely try to find her place.

This is an amazing beach house airbnb I would recommend to anyone and & absolutely I would recommend his beach house to anyone. The beach house is great, it has everything you need and very kid friendly. This is my first destination when it comes to air bnb. Geet truly does work with you if you have questions about anything. This place is awesome for what it is - a large home that can accommodate many people with a ton of space. It also doesn't have the Airbnb special room of 4+ beds that sleeps 8 to pump up the amount that can sleep there. This listing is straightforward. The keyless entry is awesome, everything in the house works, and there is plenty of parking and amenities. It is older and dated, however, and lacks a few finish details but for what it is, this house is very, very worth it. Each room was separated enough to have privacy, the kitchen was functional, and the dining room, living room, and entry/sunroom all offered enough room for everybody in our party to feel comfortable. I would stay here again, especially with a large group. We were 7 adults and 6 children (all under 8) and this was 1000% better than a hotel or other living arrangement. Thank you Ashley! You were a great host!

This Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice! It was beautifully decorated and had every possible amenity that a person would have in their own home. The host was very friendly and she thought of every detail to include in the Airbnb for her guests' use. It's right on the water and had stunning grounds... the furniture inside and out were beautiful and could accommodate a very large family. It was like staying in a resort. You can tell that the hostess took great pains to decorate, furnish, and equip the house with everything possible. It was a beautiful, wonderful stay. (and most notably, it was incredibly clean - specifically the linen and towels, and the entire kitchen, refrigerator, oven Etc. I stay in many airbnbs and this place was spotless. Worth every penny!

Place was better than the pictures. Perfect location for us family of 4. Had everything we needed within walking distance and such a cute coffee shop right around the corner. The beach was beautiful and we were able to do all the things in the surrounding areas as well. Barbara was quick to answer all questions and we hope to be coming back again !

Our stay in Sea Bright was better than expected. The house was large and very clean. The distance to the beach, stores, shops was excellent and easily walkable. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and helpful. This was hands down our best Airbnb stay, yet!

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

Nick's place is really special - clean, conveniently located and really well decorated as well. Nick himself was super responsive, proactive whenever anything came up and helpfu.l The family and I all had a fantastic time and it was as close as we could've imagined to being at our own house while visiting NYC.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
