Fantastic home with everything we needed, the views are breathtaking, will book again

Wow - this house is absolutely amazing 10/10. The views over Queenstown are spectacular All finishes finishes inside are of very high standard and rooms of good size All living areas have an amazing views over the lake and open up onto a deck via bifold doors to show the most spectacular view It also has a full size billiard table that was well used by all It is close enough to centre of town to walk and avoid parking A definite must when in Queenstown and would stay there again

This is definitely a special spot to stay and we will be staying ago, though ideally for more than a week. The spaces across the four levels are really well designed, sound proof and aesthetic. We were working in the house with extended family, including 2 kids, and it caused no issue at all. The views are spectacular, particular from the top floor. Access to Queenstown Hill is also a nice addition that we weren't aware of; there is a walking track immediately above the property for an exceptional hike or a challenging trail run (emphasis on "challenging"). Walking into town is fairly painless and quick, but walking home is not particularly enjoyable - those views come at a price. We did it multiple times when the car was in use, including with a pram, and it was doable. Renting a car is our recommendation (there is a double garage). A great property. You know where your money is going with this one.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view was truly outstanding. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the host's flexibility with the checkout time. It made our last day so much more relaxed and enjoyable. We really appreciated that! Impeccable stay in this stunning apartment, I cannot recommend it more highly. Incredible views, beautifully appointed, the whole place felt very new and clean, located in a quiet location about a 12 min drive to Queenstown and half hour drive to Arrowtown. We were five adults travelling to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday. One night we made a four course meal and it was so helpful that the kitchen had everything we needed - even down to good quality cutting knives etc. Thank you for having us, Bridget 😀

We probably stayed in about 8 airbnbs throughout our NZ jaunt…. All were good, this however was great. A postcard perfect view from the main living space and bedroom! Out of the main business of the town centre but we loved the quietness of it after busy days in Queenstown. Well equipped and modern. Responsive host. Would def recommend.

Staying in this incredible home was the highlight of our trip. Mathurin & Jesse have a warm and welcoming home in an unbelievable setting. Hope we can come back one day.

One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely gorgeous and every amenity was first class all the way.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Giverny house is amazing! The house was so clean with comfy beds! We had a party of 7 adults and there was plenty of room to relax and spread out. The grounds of the property were beautiful in every direction. We were a little worried about the location relative to our Queenstown activities but it was just fine. We had a car and actually really enjoyed the “country” feeling of the Otago neighborhoods.

Our stay was awesome, the home itself is more amazing than the pictures. Everything is modern and looks new. A few things to note, the two main bedrooms are located right next to each other on the lower floor (middle if reserving all three floors). Although the home is walkable to town, you are on Queentown Hill which has extremely steep roads and sidewalks, it was not walkable for our elderly parents nor would have been doable with young kids. Luckily taxi rides are cheap and just a few American dollars will get you down into town. Beds were super comfortable like staying at a luxury hotel, plenty of Hotwater (we never ran out).

Amazing airbnb with an incredible view. Perfect for a stay with my family. Very clean and comfortable. Has all you need if you want to cook your own food. Would stay again, worth it for the view alone!

The location was perfect as we had a beautiful view with an easy walk to town. The hot tub was excellant, especially after skiing. It felt private and we had a view. We felt right at home cooking many of our meals, happy to stay home and enjoy monopoly and chess!

Olivia was a super host. Amazing communication and efficient. The villa was exactly what we needed for our stay in Cardrona and I will definitely be booking with Olivia for our next stay.

My husband and I spoiled ourselves for our 30th anniversary to stay in this beautiful house with amazing views. Watching the changing light on the mountains and lake was so restful we didn't want to leave. It was only a $11 Uber into the centre of town on the days we didn't want to drive. The neighbourhood is very quiet - we couldn't believe how well we slept! Very comfortable bed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped along with having plenty of cups and glasses. From the lovely welcome gifts to swift responses, we couldn't have asked for more.

Carla and Chris were excellent communicators, very nice and kind guests and jumped to anything I didn’t know how to use ect. Very kind people. Thankyou Carla and Chris! 🙂

Keith’s house was perfect for our extended family, 3 couples plus 2 children. The house is spacious so there was privacy for each family plus a very large living/dining/kitchen area with a wonderful deck out the back with a hot tub and outdoor eating table. A large back yard provided space for running around or playing games. We could not have asked for a better reunion space. The views to the mountains were spectacular with nightly moon rises and star gazing. Keith is the ultimate host who made sure that we had all the information we needed to check in and settle even though a death in the family required that he be out of the country. He was generous in answering questions about the area and sharing extra amenities for water activities. We could not have had a better vacation.
