We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, being located near the airport made touring easier we were able to access all the destinations we wished to see without traveling through Queenstown . The unit was as listed exceptionally clean, very comfortable , we would not hesitate to book again.

The accommodation highlight of our month in New Zealand. This apartment is an absolute gem - the views, layout, amenities, heated towel rails and all the little things which have been carefully considered and put in place to enhance the guests experience. We slept like babies and after long days of exploring we indulged in a comfy sofa each with all the blankets you could ever wish for. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a few meals from home. Every morning, opening the curtains to look at the views from our bed was a major “wow” moment. We would be back in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

Très bien situé, à quelques pas du centre de Queenstown, de toutes les commodités (commerces, activités …). Logement très soigné fidèle à l’annonce. Petit bémol : supplément à régler pour la 3ème personne utilisant le canapé, ce qui n’etait pas annoncé.

Pristine rental with a view of a lifetime!!

We had a lovely stay! The place was clean, tidy & had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay. We found the location great with a short walk into the town.

We loved our stay in Queenstown and Lyndal's place was a great base for our adventures. It's just outside of town, as advertised, and we were able to walk down to the waterfront for our tours and to eat out. We did have a rental car but our sense is that it would have been quite difficult to drive downtown with very limited parking options. We even had a bit of a hard time finding a place to park near the apartment! I share this just for others to take into account in their planning especially if you have any mobility issues/aren't able to walk into town. Overall though, the apartment was clean and cozy. We loved the king size bed and the balcony for afternoon drinks, and we were grateful to have a crib provided for our baby. The kitchen was impressively well stocked for its small size and we were able to do a bit of our cooking in the apartment (very handy to have a grocery store across the street). I would definitely recommend this place!

The space was well located up in Fernhill, about 5-10 min drive from Central Queentown. It was an easy 30 minute walk downhill, then we would take Ubers back up the hill at the end of the night, which were inexpensive and plentiful. The space was split into two attached units (each w/their own key)- the first contained a bedroom, a bathroom, laundry, the living room, and the kitchen. The second unit contained a large bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Each had their own balcony with a fantastic view.

Patricia's place was so comfortable, had everything we needed.....comfy bed, great shower, and was in a great spot, walkable to everything we needed!

Loved this home for our last evening in New Zealand! Comfortable and relaxing and incredible views! Definitely recommend for your next pass through Queenstown, especially if you’re looking for great accomodation close to the airport and outside the hustle of town.

I stayed at France's place prior to and after my wedding in Queenstown with my family - the place is beautiful - the photos online do not do it justice - it is truly breathtaking! Besides the view, the house is spacious, clean and is a close drive to Queenstown - it caters for everyone! Frances, thank you for allowing my family and I to stay here to celebrate my big day - I could not ask for a better place!

The house is very attractive and easy walking distance from the waterfront and shopping. The downside is that it is on a very busy road with lots of traffic noise, but it was made worse by a road closure so that may not be everyone's experience. Sharon was very helpful and responsive. her area recommendations were thorough and we used a few of them while we were here.

this House is awesome. Great location. Great Andrew and his Team. always ready to help. the house was clean and tidy. they offer us 1 bottles of Wine which perfect gift for us. feel so special, when we entered into the house. Great lake view from Kitchen and Living room. actually, words will be enough to express my feelings about this house and location. just 1 little problem I face is, there are no locking systems for Bathroom and washroom, because I stay with my Family, we feel uncomfortable about that. if Andrew's and his team slove this problem, if they think it's little issue then It would be awesome

Savannah’s place could not have been better. It had all the benefits of a hotel with the luxury of family living which is not always the case with Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The space was the perfect size for all 4 adults and 2 children I traveled with. Savannah definitely pays attention to detail when outfitting this Airbnb for guests; from the bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival, to the luxurious large bath towels. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean, lovely place. Close to everything. Good mattress, pillows and crisp clean linen. Loved the Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother 👌

I spent two nights with my family here and the whole experience is amazing. The property is a corner unit at top of the hill. The view is unbeatable and place is quiet. The facilities and furnitures are arranged with care. They are Spotless . Lastly the communication was smoothly. Highly Recommended this AirBNB !

Wonderful space for a large group! Excellent view and very accessible by foot to town and all of the hiking we wanted to do!

The place is great and near to the city. Easy drive to different lookup point and various sightseeing locations. Super convenient and nice view around the place as well. Highly recommended.

We loved this Airbnb! It’s located in a tranquility neighborhood, with privacity and silence. Even so, in 15 minutes you can go to Queenstown downtown by car, and in 5 minutes you have restaurants, supermarkets. You can park your car in front of the building. The apartment has everything you need, with a good bedroom, a clean bathroom with laundry, and the kitchen has all utensils. You have either a amazing view to the mountains. We recommend 100%!!!

A wonderful location with stunning lake and mountain views. Pleasant and easy walks to local coffee shops and eateries. Great lakeside walk into Queenstown. Excellent accommodation bed extremely comfortable. Great communication with host who was helpful and timely in responding. Would highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

Need to be an expert driver to reach. No restaurants nearby, but an excellent accommodation with a view to kill for

Loved this place especially the magnificent view. Very modern and comfortable. Bed extremely good and loved our balcony. The Frankston walk was also a great bonus which we did most days ending up at a lovely cafe! Nicola made sure we had settled in well for the week.
