Matthew and his team were phenomenal. The house was also great and matches the description. Our stay was private and peaceful. A beautiful quiet location but still only a 5 minute drive to downtown Jaco. For the price I don’t believe there is a better choice. Plenty of towels, hot water and the air conditioning worked well. Some of us needed to access emails etc. the wifi worked well and the speeds were fine as well. The living room and master bedroom have tv’s. The pool vibes were awesome while drinking a cold beer looking at the surrounding mountain ranges. They made the transportation very easy for us to and from the airport. We also had a rental car waiting for us when we arrived to the house for a reasonable price. Go book this place you wont regret it. Pura Vida!

Un excelente lugar, cerca del centro de Herradura y de Jacó, con facila acceso. La anfitriona excelente, super amable y atenta a cualquier duda, con un tiempo de respuesta rapido. Además, la casa super bien equipada con todo lo necesario lara la cocina, piscina, cama y baño. La zona de la piscina super hermosa.

Liana's rental was beautiful in a lovely gated community, noise carries a little but nothing extreme. The house was beautiful, lots of recommendations available. Liana was very responsive, exceptionally kind, patient. We were so grateful to stay here. The beach is about 2 blocks away, great for morning walks. The pool area is perfect. Comfortable. Anyone would be fortunate to stay here

This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Kimberly was a fantastic host and helped us get settled in after a long day of travel. The house was amazing and cozy. Everything was clean, worked, and the pool area was amazing as well. Lots of outlets as well. It’s also perfectly located between Quepos and the beaches. In addition to all of the above; the wildlife around the house was abundant and made for great entertainment while floating the afternoon away in the pool. Cant wait to return and stay longer. Perfect size for two couples or a family. Pura Vida and thanks for everything Kimberly!

very beautiful, centrally located home! was cozy and comfortable, in a safe, lovely neighborhood!! right across the street from Soda Garabito where we ate some of the best food we’ve ever had!! we will def return and rebook!! 10/10 trip to Jaco!!!!

Siempre nos ha gustado Palo Seco y buscábamos un lugar "Pet Friendly". Esta casita ofrece todas las comodidades, frente al mar, y super tranquilo. Nos encantó la estadía, el servicio excelente y atentos a lo que necesitábamos. Definitivamente pensamos volver.

I'm conflicted on writing this review because I want the house to be available next time I come back and anyone that stays here will definitely stay again! The location is at the south end of Jaco on the main road. We had a very short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the immediate area. Everything else was within a less than 5 minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 guys and could have held even more. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of privacy but did not feel like we were too far from anywhere. The pool is a must and it was perfect for our stay. The air conditioning in each room worked great to keep us cool during the warmer days. The team was very responsive with any and all needs. We received recommendations for local places that we can say were great recommendations. I have no regrets staying at Fishbonz and would GLADLY book this stay over and over. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

El alojamiento es precioso, la casa es mucho más linda de lo que se ve en las fotos, la vista es espectacular, se ven muchas aves y el mar hermoso. Todo excepto algunos utensilios de cocina estaba muy limpio, el baño, paños y ropa de cama impecables. Es cierto que está al lado de la calle así que si suenan los carros pero no es algo tan molesto si no estás enfocado en ello. La piscina si se ve más grande en fotos que en la vida real, es bastante pequeña pero está bien para refrescarse, lo malo es que tenía exceso de cloro, lo cual fue bastante molesto. Las sillas para acostarse que aparecen en fotos no estaban, pero si hay una hamaca muy cómoda! Airbnb muestra una ubicación distinta a la ubicación real, está bastante cerca de donde muestra airbnb, solo que una zona más cerca de la playa sobre la calle principal. A los lados hay casas muy humildes, así que no es tan privado pero si está cercado y con bastante espacio. Las camas estaban muy cómodas. 8/10

Excelente opción, muy cerca del parque Manuel Antonio. El hospedaje es tal cual muestran sus fotos y descripción. Fer siempre muy atento para responder cualquier inquietud que tuvimos. Hay restaurantes y supermercados cerca.

We absolutely loved the Bali Tree House. Service and coordination from our concierge Jorge was the best I've ever experienced. It seemed as though everybody we encountered just wanted to make our Costa Rica Dreams into reality. The location of this property is quite special and unlike anything I've ever experienced. It really is tucked into the rainforest canopy and wild exotic animals can be seen right from your own private porch!

We stayed at Christopher’s place for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! We saw so many cool birds, iguanas, geckos and insects while hanging outside. It’s located in Playa Hermosa, just outside Jaco, and centrally located with so many great beaches and restaurants! It’s a very beautiful and peaceful area and nice that it’s just outside of Jaco if we wanted more restaurant options. Christopher recommended some delicious food in the area and masseuses (Askel) to come to the house for a couples massage. There was also free pizza delivery and grocery delivery. Be sure to ask Chris for local beach recommendations and things to do!

This place worked great for our family! We loved the location, it was close to all the restaurants and markets and even a little playground right in town for our littlest one. It’s a nice quiet little neighborhood. We felt safe and secure with the gates being closed and a guard on duty 24/7. The guards at the front were always very friendly and even gave us some local recommendations since we didn’t want touristy restaurants to eat at. The pool was great, our kids loved it! And being able to walk right out onto the beach was great too. The hosts were very responsive. We did have an issue with the internet staying connected, we had to reset the router a few times but other than that the space was great!

The little house was everything we needed. It certainly matched the listing description. Seconds away from the beach and a short walk from many restaurant options!

Séjour exceptionnel à la Casa Cariad! Bien située à proximité de Parrita, accessible avec un 4x4. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Pacific central. Logement très propre, arrivée flexible avec la boite à clé et nous avons pu bien communiquer avec les hôtes, et leur amie présente à proximité du logement. Très beau logement, des oiseaux visibles depuis la terrasse, hamacs, climatisation. Tout était vraiment parfait. Nous recommandons à 100%!

We immensely enjoyed our time and experience with Monkey House. Hosts were friendly and responsive. House was a great place to interact with the local wildlife of costa rica for a very fair price.

El alojamiento es tal como se describe en el anuncio. Nosotros nos quedamos en la casa verde y entendemos que el lugar se convertirá en complejo, pero Hosam respetó nuestra reserva y pudimos disfrutar del lugar de manera privada. La casa es muy cómoda, con aire, ventilador y tv en todas las habitaciones. La cocina está bien equipada con microondas, licuadora, hornito eléctrico además de la cocina en si. La piscina es preciosa, súper bien cuidada con isla para niños pequeños, reposeras y sombrilla. El rancho tiene su parrilla con un equipo barcito de lado. Tiene un parqueo para 4 autos al frente. Debo destacar la atención de Hosam y, tuvimos la suerte de coincidir con Sonny quien nos brindó una excelente atención mejorando aún nuestra estadía. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos con Hosam

Matt, Richard, and Nic's place was great and fit our needs. Our family of four adults was comfortable with the well laid out two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The back patio, pool, and yard offered a great end of day place to gather for dinner, drinks, reading, and catching up on work. Everything worked great (WIFI, appliances, etc). Location is ideal as it was 2-3 minute walk to major activites (market, shops, pubs, resturaunts), and a few more minute walk to the beach, but located just far enough away for comfort and privacy. Ideal location as a base to enjoy the great range of activities. Instructions were simple, and Matt, Richard and Nic answered the couple of standard questions we had, quickly. Overall a great lodging experience in a great place.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The beach right out the back door was a dream—soft, fine sand perfect for skimboarding, and the pool was the ideal refreshing temperature. The house was spotless, with air conditioning in each bedroom, making for perfect siestas and restful nights. Wildlife lovers will be in heaven here—we saw iguanas, basilisks, and even had a capybara stroll by carrying a coconut one morning! The location is fantastic: just a 20-minute walk along the beach to Dominical or a quick 3-minute drive. While this is one of three identical houses, they are each completely private. A big shoutout to Vivi, who was incredibly sweet and took care of anything we needed during our stay. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back!

We are a family of six and three bedrooms was perfect for us. Clean and pretty house-Exactly as described. It’s relatively new so everything in good shape. Beds are comfortable and mattresses good quality- which is very important to me. All dishes and appliances are new. Agent quickly responded to questions when I had them- pool is beautiful and there’s also a lap pool. You walk a few blocks to beach. Since beach chairs are not provided, you need to rent chairs on beach. We Would definitely rent this again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pinar’s place!! We were so sad to leave. Pinar and Kenny greeted us upon our arrival and showed us around the house. They were super nice and gave some great local recommendations. The house was a very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The AC’s in every room were life savers as we were there a few particularly hot days. The pool was also a welcome relief! The garden was beautiful and the area peaceful. Pinar gave clear instructions on how to get to the house (which is tucked away in nature). Uvita is the perfect town with beautiful beaches, good food, supermarkets, kind people, and world class nature. We can’t wait to go back! And we’ll definitely stay here again next time we do :)
