The description matches the actual place. It is walking distance from quirino grandstand and luneta park for the Eid’l Fitr Prayer. It is spacious that can accommodate up to even 8 pax. Though, there was minor problem but Hyun Sook solved it right away. He was very responsive though we checked in early in the morning. The unit has toiletries available such as soap and shampoo, there is dishwashing soap available and free coffee and biscuits. It may be an old unit but it was worth the price and probably will stay again if given the chance.

The residence was good . Everything is well equipped But you should take your own bath supplies . There are two rooms and one bathroom One of room has double bed, the other room has sing bed with balcony (The balcony door is broken . Can not open) There is a convenient store which is 24hours . It was very good for us. Overall Good to stay for 2 or 3people

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, close to Manila Ocean Park and Philippine Embassy. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The hosts are very helpful, they helped me a lot when they saw i got a broken foot, which i appreciate a lot ! They even suggested to help me with my groceries and food if needed! They were also very helpful when i needed to extend my stay and figured a solution ! I can only recommend them and their apartments that got a breathtaking view.

I highly recommend this airbnb. The room was small as seen in the photos but it was decorated to make it feel spacious and it does not feel small at all, honestly. I like the place because I know for sure they properly maintained the place. The water pressure was great, the bathroom was squeaky clean & the sheets are new. The wifi was fast so I can work without hassle. I suggest to follow the maximum number of guests for this room. I will definitely be booking this room again if I am to visit the area again. Plus the host is very responsive.

I booked this for a friend who had no place to stay in during the recent typhoon. The host was very understanding about it and have been nice even if the booking was for someone else. She is indeed responsive. The place is spic and span! loved it.

The place was very accessible to MOA arena and the other nearby areas. Host catered to my request for an earlier check-in for a minimal charge. No frills check-in and was able to settle in pretty quickly. A minor comment would have to be a few tiny bugs I saw at the bathroom. But everything else was perfect.

As a solo traveler I have a great stay in this unit. The couple hostess were very responsive and helpful of my needs. They’re also very polite and kind. The room was a plus because of its beautiful view outside. Plus it’s clean and it has all the basic things I need during my stay. Surely I will book again with them when I’m here in Manila. I have a great experienced in total. Well recommended.

Your place is truly our lucky charm! Our visa got approved—3 out of 3! The night before our interview, we were so anxious and nervous while reviewing. But when we stepped out onto the balcony, we saw the ‘IN GOD WE TRUST’ light signage right in front of us, and it gave us so much comfort and peace. Even the key to your place had ‘Blessed’ written on it. Everything felt like a divine sign. We’re beyond grateful for having such a convenient and meaningful place to stay.
