My son plays baseball at Quincy University. We came for the weekend with our dogs to watch him play. The house was perfect! Great location to the stadium and very clean. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs too.

We stayed for a family Christmas get-together as the house was large enough to accommodate all of us. The area is very private and safe, and the view is wonderful. Given that we stayed in December, all of the leaves were off the trees which allowed for even more panoramic views from the bluff overlooking the Quincy Bay westward toward Missouri. Also, as a given during December, we were not able to utilize the screened-in porch. This would be a wonderful place to sit in the spring and fall, or if you were lucky enough to catch a cool, low humidity, summer evening. The location is on the north end of the city, so all entertainment and shopping is a drive into town, though not too far. The beautiful neighborhood would lend itself to nice walks, weather permitting. Penny is a great host, and was very responsive to us for questions we had during the stay. Overall, this is a great stay if you don't mind the price, or can share it with family or friends.

My wife and I are travel nurses and Peggy’s place has worked out perfect for us. She has been so understanding as we have had to extend our stay a few times. Would definitely stay here again.

Stevan’s place is a little bit out of town of Quincy, but it is really nice. The whole place was wonderful. We loved the huge living/dining room and the great kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing. We were very thankful.

We loved our stay. This was a great house with lots of room. Lots of parking. Wish it had been nicer out so we could have enjoyed the patio. Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out.

Our stay was great! We needed a spot to have Christmas with our family and it was perfect. The house was clean and spacious and we felt right at home. We did lots of stuff around Hannibal and it was a super easy drive. Thank you for having us!

Beautiful historic home kept up with love. It was nice to stay there when visiting the Mark Twain history and be back in those days . The house was very clean and cozy. It’s close to Main Street.

Place was perfect, worked out well, plenty of room, everything went well. Very flexible, easy to get ahold of hosts if we had any questions.

Conveniently located on the main thoroughfare in town close to multiple dining establishments and only a few minutes from downtown. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Nice and quiet with a reserved, covered parking spot. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice place, clean and comfy.

Five of us stayed here for a girls weekend. The house was perfect for that occasion. Spacious, lots of seating areas, big table for coffee drinking and game playing. The outside of the house is still in need of some love, but the inside is beautiful so don't worry when you pull up and take a first look. Check in was easy and everything was well stocked. Both showers are part of claw foot tubs, so if you are a bigger person know that you won't have a lot of room without the shower curtain touching you. One bathroom is downstairs and the one upstairs is accessed by either going through one bedroom or by going downstairs and then coming back up using the back stairway, so if you have multiple people who make overnight bathroom visits you'll want to strategize who sleeps where. Beds were comfortable. There is a fair amount of train noise overnight but otherwise the neighborhood is quiet. We would stay here again!

This s a great place to stay especially if you are visiting the university as it is close by. Sam was responsive with our requests. With 3 full beds upstairs and 1 full bed downstairs everyone had a comfortable place to sleep.

This home and the views are stunning. We were in town for homecoming at Quincy University and this house fit our needs perfectly. The house is exactly as described with plenty of fresh linens and a fully stocked kitchen. We truly enjoyed the beautiful views and stunning sunsets.

Fantastic stay over the holidays here! Having both sides of the duplex allowed our big family privacy and spaces to hangout. The house was very comfortable and well thoughtfully designed. Nice living room, dining room, and kitchen spaces for time at the home and great central location for activities in Quincy. Was a safe cute neighborhood and quiet at night! Will stay again!
