We had an absolute blast on our girls getaway weekend!! The cottage and community were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for and Doug couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was always available by text or phone. The cottage was clean, nicely equipped, and a great location!! We will definitely be renting this cottage again on our next trip!!! Thanks for having us... we loved every minute!! 🧙🧙🧙

It was exactly what my family was looking for. It was relaxing and private. It allowed us to not feel cramped like a hotel stay, but allowed us to cook and enjoy the relaxing day. If you have a small kid, the golf cart is a must!

Maddie and Kao’s place was better than the pictures the kitchen and living room were beautiful with a very nice fire place. It was warm and cozy and there are lots of fun things to do in the area. Kao recommended Wompatuck State Park we checked it out and the trails and scenery were amazing I highly recommend any couples looking for a nice peaceful getaway stay at Maddie and Kao’s place. Will definitely be booking again in the near future!!!

This place truly gave "treehouse" vibes - with being up on a hill and with the big windows, it was a pleasure waking up here each morning to see all the trees with their autumn leaves. This is such a unique house - and it included all the amenities we needed. The location was also great and it was easy to get around and explore the area. 10/10 would stay here again!

My family loves Halloween. We wanted a historic cottage near the water and this was perfect. Bob was accommodating and kind and thought of everything. The home was cozy and inviting! Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Scituate right in town and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Great communication with management. Would highly recommend !

Hosts were very kind and responsive. The house was amazing and the views were incredible.

Ashley’s Hummingbird Cottage was terrific. It was quiet and immaculate. It was close to conservation land for walking and area beaches and wildlife. She was quick to respond and so easy to deal with. It snowed while we were there and we got up to a cleaned off car! We appreciated the box of croissants to great us. We will certainly think of her again when we head towards that area!

This house is a true gem. The home is cozy and welcoming with lots of puzzles and family games to play. The pool is pristine and was so much fun to use. The beautiful trees and flowers provide nice shade and privacy around the pool while also feeling like you’re inside a pollinator garden. The home is an easy walk to front beach and bearskin neck where we enjoyed good restaurants and shops. Trenton and Cassie are great hosts- very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again!

The Little House was very cleaned and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I was in town for work and the house's cozy atmosphere and view of the pond made it a great place to unwind and relax at the end of a long work day. I felt right at home. I would love to return on future business trips and it would be great to stay sometime for a more leisurely vacation. Highly recommend!

We had the perfect stay! The house was perfect for our toddler to feel comfortable playing both inside and outside. The location was great and easily accessible to downtown. Gordon was also such a gracious host and offered flexible check in and check out times to better accommodate our travel plans. We would absolutely stay here again!

Waking up to the sound of the ocean waves is amazing! Sitting in peace drinking my coffee watching them waves was even better! Shopping, restaurants and coffee shops are in walking distance!

This place exceeded our expectations & needs! The host was kind enough to let us check in earlier at a cost & we’re so glad we did. It was a beautiful location & set up. We enjoyed the special touches to make it feel welcoming. Thanks for the “extras” you offered incase we forgot to bring anything. Everything was great. Would most definitely stay here again!

The Maid’s Quarters was in the perfect location to visit Salem from the train station. We loved the beautiful grounds, tennis courts in great shape, and most of all the short trail to the private beach. The beach was a bit of heaven. The house itself was peaceful with lots of old charm. Well stocked kitchen, clean linens, comfy beds. It was clean and had everything we needed except shampoo and hair dryer. It does have old home quirks like bathroom and bedroom doors that won’t close tight. It smells like a dehumidifier is needed, normal for older home. And definitely don’t forget your tennis gear, there is none in the house. The space heaters were much needed since it was mid October and there is no central heat. The host did not respond to our question, but it wasn’t a big deal. Getting in the house was easy. We would definitely recommend this house, so charming with its fabulous location. Perfect for a family of 4.

My family and I had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving at this beautiful beachside home. Spacious, lots of light, really clean, great place for walks, close to a nice supermarket. Had a great time and would love to stay again! AAA+

太喜欢这个小木屋了，它满足了我对海边度假小屋的很多幻想。洁白的木质天花板、木墙，与金色灯具和把手的搭配尤其雅致。二楼两间卧室不大，干净整洁、空间合理，各有单独的衣橱，非常方便。 我们在这里住了三周，非常喜欢这个古老的小town，它的colonial式建筑让我们流连忘返，仿佛穿越回了18世纪。每所房子都标注了它的建造时间、屋主职业和姓名，这真是值得赞叹的工作，谁说三代后那些逝去多年的人们将会被遗忘，在这里会被记住，并铭刻于此！ 感谢我们的房东Amy，她谦和又专业，回复迅速，热情友善。谢谢她让我们的旅途更加精彩！

The Downtown Cottage is a peaceful and perfect get away located right in the action of Rockport. The space is even not lovely in person. The views from the top floor are spectacular and it is a perfect place to watch a sunrise or sunset with a cup of tea.
