House was perfect for our stay with 6 people, very quiet location, short drive to the town centre and marina with a supermarket a 5 minute walk away. The house was beautifully presented and the welcome basket was much appreciated. As we had 4 young adults in our group, the second bathroom and third toilet meant no queuing at any time. Definitely recommended and will be staying here on next trip

The place is amazing and the location was great, only 10min walk from the beach and Margaret River town is only 10 min drive. The house is beautiful and had all the amenities. Very peaceful and quiet. Both Reed and Ariana were great hosts and I would like to thank them for opening their place and hosting us. I highly recommend their place and worth staying.

Thank you Susan and Peter for a wonderful, relaxing break away for the weekend. Your place was perfect - so close to the jetty and walking distance to so many great cafe, bar and restaurant options. The house was so lovely to spend time in and my son and I loved playing cards and games on the balcony. We would love to come back some time!

The location is great. Short walk to Busselton Jetty and shops. 5 min walk to the fabulous Dusty Buns bakery. Lots of travel brochures and local menus in the house. Also has a selection of books, toys, games and puzzles. The cottage has clean and spacious bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We have stayed at the cottage at least six times and will be back.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön Ei gerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr gut. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit hochwertig Geräten und Produkten. Von der Terrasse ist das Meer zu sehen und am Abend der Sonnenuntergang. Der Strand ist 3 Minuten entfernt, ein Laden mit dem Nötigste und sehr gutem Kaffee ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich!

I had a nice stay at Gemma’s place. The accommodation was clean and as described. Gemma was friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any questions I had. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend staying there.

A little slice of heaven! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The cottage was charming, clean and in the most wonderful location - within walking distance to the beach and a very short drive to Dunsborough centre. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. Leith was so lovely, provided us with a lot of great recommendations and checked in with us before and throughout our stay. We would usually stay in Margaret River, but have now been won over by this area!

A great place to stay for a beach side holiday in Gracetown. Five things we liked: 1) very well equipped kitchen and pantry and clearly a place where the owner and his family actually stay and enjoy it. Just felt right for our family Xmas (the knives were sharp too :) ) 2) top end Internet (multiple devices and streaming all fine) 3) separation of bedrooms meant 2 (then 3) adult couples could share and be out of each others way. 4) fenced back area was safe for dogs and included a grassed dog run if needed. 5) toys, pool table, etc. lots to do if you were there and had to stay in. As noted. A genuine family holiday home. Some other things: Tony v reasonable about an extra couple joining us for a couple of nights (thanks!) with just a small extra cleaning cost. Maybe could have had a few more towels but pillows, linen, etc all great. Is close to beach as advertised if you use the little path to the north of the house rather than the road to south. All in all, great!!

We enjoyed staying in an old Queenslander type property which combined its charming character with modern facilities. It was lovely sitting outside on both the front and rear decks with the garden views. Indoors, in particular, the kitchen was very well equipped. We would have welcomed some additional clothes storage in the front (main) bedroom and also towel rails in the bathroom. Unfortunately one of the bedside lights didn’t work as the electric lead did not reach the plug.
