Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Quintana Roo

We had a great time in Puerto Morales. As a family of four and traveling last minute, we were looking for something basic and simple , and Gladys Airbnb definitely worked out for us. Area is walkable, but if you are not a fan of walking, I recommend renting a car , and or of course you can take collectivio. Its a 10 min drive to the beach. At night, kids were relaxing in the swimming pool and we could walk around the neighborhood. Thank you Gladys, for your hospitality!

La casa es linda, tal cual las fotos, cómoda, limpia y con las amenidades mencionadas, ya tiene vecinos por la parte de atrás y solo separa una malla, aún así.. todo bien! al rentar la casa te ofrecen rentar vehículos con ellos, evítense la perdida de tiempo y no los renten, son vehículos viejos, con muchas deficiencias, no aptos para salir a carretera SEGUROS. Afortunadamente Rodrigo que fue con quién me dirigi, llegamos a un buen acuerdo y me regreso casi el total de lo que había depositado para apartarla.

Wish I had more time to craft a review befitting of Leon's awesome place. We spent a month there and it was just lovely. My favorite part of the house were the brick dome ceilings. unique and beautiful. If / when we go back to Cancun I'll be trying to stay here. Before I got there I couldn't figure out how the house could sleep 9 people, but it totally can. The main house has one large ensuite bedroom and two other large rooms with lots of comfortable loung-y furniture that could easily sleep 6 people. Then there are two separate apartments with their own ensuite bathrooms. You access these two apartments through the beautiful central courtyard that connects the main house and apartments. Of note, the main house has a second full bathroom that visitors or other guests can use. Location. The house was close to restaurants, the gym, the main mall (Plazas Americas), large grocery stores like Walmart and Chedraui, and a lab - random but super convenient when I got sick. Most things are walkable and taxis are easy to flag. You will be in real neighborhood with a park just up the street. There was a Taco stand just up the block so it was easy to get a breakfast taco if we wanted. We were in town for personal reasons that didn't involve going back and forth to the beach, so I can't comment on that. Speaking of real neighborhoods, there was some kind of club or bar that played music at night. It was noticeable but not loud. I'm a light-ish sleeper and was able to sleep just fine. Responsiveness. There were a few small issues that came up during our stay but Leon was SUPER responsive and got things fixed immediately. For example the water in Cancun is really hard and crystallized in one of the shower heads so the pressure got weak. Leon came right over and fixed it. Same for the washing machine. He had someone come in the next morning and when they couldn't fix it, he took our laundry to a professional laundering service and covered the cost. I could say more but I think you get the gist. I loved it and would stay again.

Charlotte is an amazing host. Her and her local team took extra care to make sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The house and grounds were beautiful, but our crew of friends loved how close the house was to so many fun things. We walked from the house to beach and lagoon and were a quick drive from beach clubs, amazing restaurants, and cenotes. Some of us dove Dos Ojos and Charlotte made sure we were connected with the best dive shop. We can’t say enough good things about this house and this special place! Great vacation!

We loved our stay at Casa Arena! Christian was very kind with us and made us feel right at home! He gave us the recommend for Walgreens express to buy groceries and it is really a great option for a grocery store! The quietness and serenity of Casa Arena is wonderful, and you really can’t beat the location. Thank you Karla and Christian!

Patrick went above and beyond by escorting us from a supermarket in town to the house. From there, he gave great instructions and suggestions for how we might enjoy our stay. He was always responsive when we had questions throughout our week. The house itself was pretty perfect for our needs- off the beaten path a bit, very safe, spacious and stocked with plenty of towels & linens. The hammocks were an awesome plus, as were all the many spots in the house to rest and relax. The only thing we might hav liked were a few more cooking pots and measuring cups. Other than that, it was perfect!

The whole vacation experience was super easy thanks to Nayi. Nayi was present during our check in and explained us all the amenities about the place . She recommended us so many places at Tulúm and helped us get trustable transportation . Everything worked perfect at the villa . We had a power outage but it was not the villas fault . Good A/C, water heater , cleaning supplies and entertainment equipment was present and functional. Checkout was super easy thanks!

The area is in the jungle gives off wonderful vibes. The only thing was that the power went out from time to time, but did not mess up the trip.

Bon logement avec des services proposés comme la piscine, ou le petit déjeuner buffet pour 35$ par personne ou 95$ en tout inclus avec les repas. Logement dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, avec une belle vue, mais l’appartement lui n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, avec surtout la propreté de la salle de bain et des moisissures. Un coup de peinture serait nécessaire. Après c’est une chambre a prix réduit qui est proposée sur Airbnb ce qui explique que la chambre soit moins bien entretenue que les chambre à prix standard plus élevé. Bonne réactivité des hôtes au moindre soucis !

Parfait ! À 20 mn à peine de l’aéroport. Résidence sécurisée et agréable. Appartement spacieux et lumineux.

For long stays, you will not find a better deal than this location. The location, safety, and size of the apartment are perfect. Eran and Yuya are extremely friendly and accommodating. Anytime I needed assistance, Eran responded immediately. You're in the heart of the action on 5th Avenue if decide to stay here. This will be my first option when I return to Playa del Carmen.

Excellent place for both short and long-term stays. The host is very responsive and always available to answer any questions. The full kitchen is a great bonus, the AC works perfectly, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. I felt at home right away. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

10/10 would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive - booking taxis, private yoga classes, and a private chef dinner for our group. I came with a large group and it simply wouldn't have been possible to organize everything without their help. They always responded within minutes. Our large group of 16 was very comfortable with the sleeping and room accommodations. The complex itself is beautiful. Very high quality and looks like the photos. Pretty centrally located - almost equal distance to the beach hotel zone and downtown. The neighborhood had some cute shops/restaurants and was walkable.

We loved our time here. It gave us peace and privacy, was well equipped and has beautiful gardens and pools. The beach club recommended by Luis was fantastic, as were the restaurants within the complex. There didn’t appear to be Uber used PDC taxis which were just as easy as Uber.

Excelente estancia El lugar es hermoso, tranquilo, con todas las amenidades. El ambiente es muy agradable Piscina y jacuzzi hermosos Excelente ubicación ya que de un lado tienes acceso al pueblo de Tulum y del otro lado a boca paila donde encontrarás todos los clubes de playa y restaurantes. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Otro punto que me fascinó es la mini piscina privada que tiene !! Increíble

Maison très sécurisé, place de parking devant la maison ce qui est très appréciable. L’emplacement est idéal pour tout faire (resto etc.), literie très agréable avec de grande salle de bain. Une piscine et un jardin très jolie. Nous reviendrons ici si nous revenons à Tulum.

let me tell you we felt like movie stars in this place. the house was beyond beautiful , it was 8 of we split up into two and each couple had there own space with their own bathrooms & there was still a lot of space unused ,it was private ,secure ,with beautiful lagoon in the back yard beyond our expectations. Bartolo the house manager was extremely helpful, kind and received us with a smile he was there for whatever we needed , then there is Mirna she is in charge of cleaning the house she kept the house clean everyday and always showed up with a smile she was extremely helpful ,having a clean space everyday made the house enjoyable even more than it already was . They got us in contact with a private chef and his crew they were amazing food was great and worth the price . We accidentally left a wallet behind and between Bartolo Diego and Pedro they got it back to me Al the way to Tulum with everything in it can’t be more thankful for the best experience of our life .

El lugar es super tranquilo, te sientes fuera del ruido y movimiento de Tulum perfecto para relajarte. Estuve trabajando durante mi estancia y el internet es bastante bueno, ningun problema con eso. Cada ventana es un cuadro de paisaje! Llenas de plantas tropicales y arboles exteriores verdaderamente te sientes en medio de la selva! Eso y la vista de la luna en la noche desde la terraza fueron mis partes favoritas. El lugar era idéntico a las fotos. Ubicación excelente muy cerca del Super Chedraui donde consigues cualquier cosa que pudieras necesitar durante el viaje, y además rodeado de restaurantes y bares hermosos. Gracias Lety! La pasamos de lujo en Tulum!!

A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).
