This was the second time my boyfriend and I stayed at Casa Tom Tom because we absolutely love it. Casa Tom Tom is ideally located right on the beach and within a short walk of bars, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed having the accessibility from a quiet peaceful location. The room is as described in the listing and the daily breakfast is delicious and provides a really nice space to get to know the other guests and to chat with Sandra. Sandra is an exceptional host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with her. She is a wealth of information on Holbox, incredibly responsive and welcoming. We appreciated the excellent service and more importantly her friendly personality. I highly recommend staying here and plan to go back again.

I love this place. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It is a family owned and run Airbnb and they were so sweet and so welcoming. The room was so clean and had air-conditioning and there is a shared kitchen available to. It is a perfect location with only a 10 minute walk to downtown and the lagoon is across the street.

Staying at this Tulum gem was an absolute dream! The property was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had a perfect blend of modern comforts and Tulum’s bohemian vibe. The location was ideal—close to stunning beaches, vibrant restaurants, and all the charm Tulum has to offer, yet peaceful and private for relaxation. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing helpful tips for exploring the area and ensuring every detail was perfect. Waking up to the sound of nature and ending the day with breathtaking sunsets made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum—10/10 experience!

This is a beautiful home - perfect for large groups. Every bedroom has a private bathroom. The home is located in a double-gated community with onsite security, so our group of girls felt incredibly safe at all times. The hosts were incredibly responsive for all of our questions/needs - for months leading up to our stay. They helped us coordinate the post perfect private chefs, and helped arrange transportation from the airport.

They were very accommodating and were able to get us in within a day notice! Their place is perfect for bringing families together because you are all under the same roof but each family/couple has their own space in their own condo. Mateo was great help too. Thank you guys for the great time!

Excelente experiencia de estadía Nos hospedamos en este hermoso lugar durante la navidad y la experiencia fue increíble. La casa está tal como se muestra en las fotos: moderna, limpia y muy bien decorada. Cada detalle ha sido pensado para que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos. La cocina está completamente equipada, lo que hizo que cocinar nuestros propios desayunos y cenas fuera un placer. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. Nos dio recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en los alrededores y estuvo siempre disponible para cualquier consulta. El check-in fue fácil y rápido, y nos sentimos muy bien atendidos en todo momento. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendaríamos a cualquiera que busque una opción cómoda, bien ubicada y con un anfitrión muy amable. ¡Una excelente experiencia!

Très bon séjour, l’appartement est très sympa avec sa douche extérieure atypique. À savoir l’eau de la douche est tiède voire froide. L’hôte est très réactif, compréhensif et nous a conseillé. La piscine est chaude, agréable. Le logement est à 15 min à pied du centre ville. (Faisable à pied et/ou taxi) Pour venir jusqu’au logement il faut prendre un taxi car les routes ne sont pas praticables avec des valises : grosses flaques/retenues d’eau qui arrivent parfois jusqu’aux genoux. Nous recommandons ce logement très nature.

Our time at Kathy's place was very nice. We were looking for a quiete place to have some time for us and this place really gives you time for that. I loved to sit at the veranda and to watch all the birds flying around in the garden. We could pick oranges and zitrones everyday. Kathy was always there for any questions and helped us organizing things. Thank you so much, Kathy:)

La verdad es que disfrutamos demasiado el tiempo aquí, la belleza del lugar supera lo que muestran las fotos. Los trabajadores eran de lo más atentos, siempre estuvo todo limpio y se disfruta muchísimo la vista de la laguna, obviamente esperamos regresar pronto, muchas gracias Salma por dejarnos conocer este lugar que es un apapacho al corazón

Excelente lugar para hospedarse …

María respondió rápido al llegar. El mapa de Google y Apple no indica la dirección exacta, pero no es difícil llegar ya que es chica la isla y del ferry son 4 cuadras hacia el norte. Desde que llegamos hubo excelente predisposición. muy atenta. Todo fue un lujo. la ubicación es muy buena, el mono ambiente creo que es un poco chico pero para 2 personas va excelente. lo único malo por así decirlo el agua de la ducha, no era muy buena pero es entendible sabiendo que estas en la isla. recomiendo y regresaría!

La verdad pasamos unos días muy lindos... la tranquilidad del lugar y la belleza de la laguna nos dieron la mejor estadía... los espacios compartidos son enormes,la habitación muy bonita, y tiene todo lo necesario para poder cocinar y divertirse en la laguna ( como Kayaks,chalecos , juegos de mesa,libros etc) .. Ramón y Pedro unos genios estaban siempre para lo q necesitábamos... si volvemos no hay dudas q elegiriamos este lugar de nuevo... gracias!!! The home is great to stay in Cozumel. It is in a location that is close to the square and behind the Mega superstore. You can walk almost anywhere you want to go in town. The home was nice and clean, gated and secure. We would stay there again.

Logement fidèle aux photos La chambre est grande avec un bureau et une salle de bain attenante privée avec toilettes - Il y a de l’eau chaude La chambre donne sur une rue donc il y clairement du bruit constamment (ville) Le quartier est excentré (50 min de marche de la station ADO touristica jusqu’à l’appartement par la 5e avenue) et le quartier est typique local donc peut paraître « ghetto » - ça n’est pas du tout le quartier à choisir pour sortir mais plutôt pour s’immerger dans la réalité Petit supermarché et excellent tacos juste en face Et la plage à proximité est belle et peu touristique mis à part le gros hôtel à proximité Raquel est disponible si on a des questions et nous laisse en tranquillité si c’est ce que l’on souhaite Il y a aussi le chat 🐈 (qui parle donc être habitué aux miaulements) et des plantes On monte par une maison commune et le chien d’une voisine m’a un peu traumatisée en en m’aboyant dessus Beaucoup de chiens errants aussi dans le quartier

Spacious and homey with an awesome balcony. Plenty of room for our party of 7. Rental car is ideal for the location. If you forget anything, there is a convenient store right across the street. Host was easy to work with and check in was remote and simple. Would stay here again!
