Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Lugar recomendable, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y en buen estado y lo más importante es que todo está muy limpio. Esta cerca del centro y cerca del lugar hay varios lugares para comer.

Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

Great place to stay. Private surroundings, balcony was a great place to sit and relax. Looks of great restaurants on the street, and a fantastic place to grab coffee right across the street. A bit of a walk from right downtown - but taxis were available and inexpensive. Overall a great stay.

Nice location, security, well maintained and clean. Need pots and pans to cook. We had to go and purchase our own. TV in living area would be a great addition to the condo unit. We would stay here again.

la pasamos super bien el lugar está impecable, y todo en muy buen estado, Claudia fue super amable, es recomendable llegar en auto más es igualmente disfrutable en caso de no llegar por ese medio

I can’t say enough, good things about our experience here. The villa was pristine. The grounds were wonderful, all the amenities on site, the quietness and it was never over crowded. The hidden hem is the rooftop pool in the main building, we were the only ones up there and my gosh, gorgeous view and pool was so warm and the hammocks, like our own private place. It was helpful to order groceries ahead of time. Everything was 100% here highly recommended, only downside is no restaurants nearby other than the 1 on the grounds, but that was okay and we knew that going in. We took an Uber 1 night to Flamingos which was great, and dinner eats another night.

We loved the house and pool! The inside of the home is very comfortable and functional. Its a great location within walking distance of the city center and just a few blocks from Convento de San Bernardino de Siena. We really enjoyed our stay. It does have typical city noises like dogs and roosters, but with the windows closed that didnt bother us at all. We'll stay here again.

Un apartamento muy cómodo y funcional, ubicado en un complejo con excelentes instalaciones y con atención de su personal espectacular. Excelente ubicación para acceder a supermercados, tiendas de conveniencia y los distintos atractivos turísticos de Tulum. La atención del anfitrión destacable y siempre comunicativo, lo recomiendo absolutamente.

El departamento es todavía mejor que en las fotos 😊 Me quedé durante tres semanas trabajando de manera remota, y me sentí muy cómoda. Además del departamento, el edificio es muy lindo y está perfectamente ubicado. Todo lo necesario se encuentra a menos de una cuadra. Hay un GoMart 24 hs justo abajo. Sin dudas volvería!

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb is literally right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location to the beach, to restaurants and to shops. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balconies during our stay because of the strong smell of seaweed which was bulldozed into a pile right outside. Not a fault of the Airbnb, and we would certainly book again. We just lucked out and went when the Southern winds were particularly strong, which washed a ton of seaweed to shore.

it was an unforgettable experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The best part was definitely the stunning ocean view from the rooftop – it was the perfect spot for sure,The beach was just a few steps away, making it super convenient to go for a swim or just relax on the sand. Not to mention, it’s situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen, making it super convenient to explore the local shops, restaurants, and nightlife. You’re never far from everything you want to experience, yet the area around the Airbnb remains peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Luis Carlos was very responsive, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I has a beautiful pool & gym.

Lugar muy cómodo, en zona tranquila, muy amplio y limpio. Camas cómodas y en general todo estuvo excelente.

This is an amazing condo, and Xavier is a fantastic host. The condo is located in Playacar, a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. It feels secure because there are guards at the entrances who only allow residents in. The condo itself is well-equipped, with an amazing balcony and all the furniture and essentials you might need. There’s a large pool with a bar, a gym, another pool on the rooftop, and more. It’s also within short walking distance of 5th Avenue, the beach, shopping centers, and more, which makes the location even better. Xavier was a wonderful host—during our stay, we had a request, and he was there within just twenty minutes. He also kindly shared helpful information about nearby beach clubs and other amenities. Overall, I’ve visited Playacar with my family three times. I’ve stayed at high-end 5-star hotels, but I can confidently say that Xavier’s apartment offers everything a 5-star hotel does—and even more. Definitely recommended!

Una experiencia inolvidable! Nuestra estadía en este lugar fue de lo más acogedor. El depa estuvo de maravilla, todo estuvo increíble. Nuestro host estuvo de lo más atento. Mi familia y yo estamos súper agradecidos y felices por nuestra estadía en tan bello departamento. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

As Canadians travelling to Mexico, we wanted to steer clear of the all-inclusive and experience the area on our own terms. AWA Residences is the perfect place for anyone looking for a safe, modern place to stay with resort like vibes. Many of the residents and visitors are also Canadian which makes you feel right at home! Their pool area is stunning and has a very inexpensive onsite kitchen for snacks and drinks which we used often! The air b'n'b itself is very large and spacious. The photos of the 2 lower bedrooms appear much smaller in photos but they were much larger in person - especially the room with the 2 queens. We travelled with teenagers so it was great for them to have their own space with us in the upper master bedroom. The host's team communicated quickly and efficiently. If I had a question or concern, they were quick to reply! Highly recommend this unit within AWA as it is on the main floor with a walkout to the pool area.
