Carolina et Pedro sont des hôtes d'exception. Des gens hyper sympathiques, disponibles, flexibles; leur accueil a fait parti de notre expérience positive chez eux. Le logement était juste parfait: spacieux, propre, confortable, bien équipé, superbe, exactement comme sur les photos. Leur guide pour explorer l'île était super bien fait et utile. Je pense dire sans me tromper qu'il s'agit du meilleur des nombreux logements que j'ai loué sur airbnb. Tout était parfait, bananes exquises et plantation d'ananas sur place en prime ! Je reviendrai certainement ici si je reviens un jour à Sao Miguel :) Merci Carolina et Pedro !

Wir haben Ende Februar fünf tolle Tage in Marias Unterkunft verbracht und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Da es zu dieser Zeit auch etwas kühler (ca. 13°C) werden kann, war es super, dass dicke Decken und auch ein beweglicher Heizkörper vorhanden waren. Die Klimaanlagen können auch zum Heizen genutzt werden. Der Blick und der Garten sind unglaublich schön und Maria hat uns auch Feuerholz zu Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation lief super.

We had a wonderful stay here in the Azores. The house is very comfortable and had all the amenities that we could want. The area is peaceful and only a short drive to the coast. Locally there are a couple of restaurants and a convenience store with a supermarket 5 minutes away in the car. Would definitely stay again.

A modern, beautiful place to stay with everything we could need for a short break. We particularly enjoyed watching the stars from the hot tub and on the terrace. A great location to explore the west of the island with everywhere we wanted to go to within about 30 mins drive. Our hosts were really communicative throughout and offered some great tips for our stay. I would highly recommend them and would stay again.

Amazing house with 3 bedrooms and perfect location with a direct view of the ocean. Would love to be back! Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. All descriptions were accurate.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Sie liegt in ruhiger Umgebung mit schönem Ausblick aufs Meer. Ganz besonders toll ist der Infinitypool und die Lagerfeuerstelle. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und beinhaltet alles, was man zu einem Urlaub braucht. Bei Problemen waren die Ansprechpersonen innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar und antworteten sehr freundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gepflegt und wunderschön. Helena+ Felix waren perfekte Gastgeber und haben uns in unseren 3 Wochen Aufenthalt mit selbstgemachte Kuchen, frischen Obst usw. verwöhnt. Gerne würde ich mehr als 5 Punkte vergeben.

My family and I stayed for a week, they left and then friends joined me for a week - so 2 weeks in all. The pool was cool (it was january) but some did try. The hot tub was fabulous and was enjoyed by everyone. The house is spacious and perfectly clean and tidy with good supplies. The owners and the cleaning service were very helpful and responsive to any messages which was appreciated. The island is wonderful and we loved everywhere we visited.

I've stayed in hundreds of airbnbs and this was definitely one of the best. Even though it was just two of us, there was plenty of room for much larger groups. The apartment is centrally located and less than a 10 minute walk to the town and the beach. We had no issues finding parking in front of the apartment. The wifi worked great (~136Mbps) for two digital nomads that needed to have reliable internet. Guido was very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ponta Delgada

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Deinem Apartment, Helena. Die Kommunikation war stets unkompliziert und perfekt; Helena hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage der Wohnung ist toll: in wenigen Schritten ist man direkt am Meer - unmittelbar am Meerwasser-Schwimmbad. Wenige Meter entfernt befindet sich der tolle schwarze Sandstrand, wo man toll den Surfern zusehen kann. Vom unteren Balkon kann man das Meer ein Stück sehen, vom oberen Balkon aus hat man einen noch schöneren Meerblick. An der Promenade kann man kilometerweit entlangwandern. In der Unterkunft gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Die Unterkunft eignet sich hervorragend, um sich zu entspannen. Es war in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles, Helena!!

Анна чудова господиня- в усьому допомагала, підказувала і готова завжди допомагати. Чистий дім , в центрі міста. Близько кафе та ресторани і локації. Я щиро рекомендую дім Анни та господиню. Наступного разу також бронюватиму лише тут житло

This place was great! It was walkable to the main square with lots of restaurants along the way and in walking distance. The place was spacious for 5 adults and 1 child. The bathrooms were clean and big. We had some issues using the dryer of the washer/dryer- host was responsive- but it did not work well so we used drying rack. Kitchen had all amenities. Of note, there are 10-12 stairs in the entry way and stairs to the second floor. Host was great about sending us things to do in the area. Great location!

maison organisée en deux appartements reliés (un à chaque etage) donc deux cuisines deux salons salle à manger... logement entièrement équipé et avec tout ce dont peut avoir besoin que ce soit produits d hygiène produits ménages quelques denrées alimentaires qui nous ont bien dépanné lors de notre arrivée tardive, serviettes de plage a disposition... on s y sent bien. literie très confortable. nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. merci pour votre gentillesse vos attentions et votre communication.

What an amazing location for a stay in the Sao Miguel island. Extremely conveniently located less than 15 minutes from the PDL airport. Lots of parking available and even a garage for smaller vehicles (we had an SUV so it was a bit too big to fit). The neighborhood is up on a hill and very peaceful so you will get the best sleep while you're here. Even though we were in the Azores for the "off-season" the roof top patio is perfectly located that you get full sun all from sunrise to sunset and was a great place to relax throughout the day. The team managing the property are wonderful and extremely responsive, with numerous suggestions and helped our group set-up some much needed spa time while we were here. The home is exactly like the pictures look, but the photos don't do it justice for how spacious it is. Great spot and would happily stay again!

The views from the balcony are stunning, and the place is comfortable. We did have issues with having to re-set the electrical breaker quite a few times , and the wi-fi was transmitting to the 'guest house" so we alerted the management. The home is on a tricky, curvy road around a blind curve so be aware of that. The town is quite small and the 2 restaurants were closed off-season so we drove to nearby villages each day, so take that into consideration, depending on when you are traveling. One more house thing is that if you're traveling with young children, or you like to watch TV, be aware that the TV is in an awkward place (in the kitchen, where there's no real place to sit and watch from that vantage point) so if watching a show is your preference, this isn't a good option. Otherwise, you'll find the couches to be comfy facing the views outside which is lovely.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es stand ein Korb mit Marmelade, Milch, Butter, Keksen usw als Empfangsgeschenk zur Verfügung. Ein Highlight ist der große Garten mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Dank Klimaanlage kann man die Luftfeuchte reduzieren. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass das Dorf etwas abgelegen ist und somit längere Anfahrten zu den Attraktionen nötig sind. Wir würden bei Gelegenheit wieder in diese Unterkunft.

L’appartamento è veramente caratteristico. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente. È vicino a un mini market piccolo ma in caso di necessità utilissimo. Top!

Nous avons eu un séjour formidable à la maison bleue. Elle est très bien équipée et confortable. Elle est magnifiquement décorée, avec une vue exceptionnelle et parfaitement située pour bien rayonner sur l'île. Nous avons aussi apprécié visiter les environs à pieds, c'est un coin charmant. Nous avons reçu de bonnes recommandations de restaurants . C'était un séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous n'avons qu'une envie c'est d'y retourner plus longtemps. À très bientôt, merci pour un accueil chaleureux et bien garni (le panier cadeau était gigantesque et délicieux, nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié).

Casa completa, amplia y limpia. Camas cómodas, y el exterior muy agradable. Está céntrica pero es muy tranquila. El coche lo puedes dejar a la puerta y puedes ir andando a comprar,. Nos encantó el detalle a nuestra llegada.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben über das Neue Jahr ausgiebig gekocht und die Küche ist dafür perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage eignet sich wunderbar für Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel. Orte wie Furnas, Sete Cidades oder Nordeste sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Filomena & Miguel sind tolle Gastgeber und haben uns sehr warmherzig Empfangen. Bei Fragen waren beide stehts erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Danke euch für die tolle Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen definitiv wieder:)

Great location right by the sea and near the swimming baths. Communication was great and proactive. Everything we needed for hiking in Azores.

Très belle maison, propre, bien équipée et entretenue. Les espaces extérieurs (grande terrasse côté ouest avec barbecue, idem côté nord avec une extraordinaire vue mer, jardin...) sont EXCEPTIONNELS. Les contacts avec nos hôtes ont été parfaits, même si la procédure d'accès pourrait comporter moins d'étapes.

Aardig huis met alle benodigde spullen. Fijn overdekt terras met mooi uitzicht (jammer genoeg geen voorbij springende walvissen, wel dolfijnen). Heerlijk om er te zitten. Contact met de eigenaar verloopt goed. Snelle reactie. "Problemen" (tv die niet werkt, kapot wasrek) worden snel opgelost. Het huis ligt centraal, zodat alle bezienswaardigheden niet ver weg zijn. Restaurants en een supermarktje zijn in het dorpje zelf te vinden. Voor het dichtbij gelegen strandje zijn waterschoenen aan te raden. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
