Perfect, Peaceful home surrounded by mountains and yet just a quick drive to hiking or restaurants. Heather is very helpful and quick with responses. The house has everything you need including a great outdoor space. My family and I enjoyed hiking during the day and sitting by the fire at night. Would 100% recommend and hope to stay again soon.

Very clean, well thought out with kids games, arcades, double bunk beds and a separate space for entertainment. We loved the location and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. 5 minutes to downtown shopping and restaurants. Clayton is a great town. Our family of 6 will be back.

My Friend of 30+ years brought our girls and a son's fiancé here for the weekend. We booked Ziplining, walking around Clayton, dinner at MamaG's, followed by a quiet girls night IN. Plenty of spacious sleeping and plenty to do even if you're staying IN. We had everything we needed for a short weekend. Check-in/out was easy. When she says her cleaners are prompt, she's not kidding. We met them on our way out.

The other reviews speak for themselves, so I will just reiterate: this is everything everybody says it is. Clean, comfy, convenient! John and Melissa reached out to me WAY ahead of time and made sure I had clear instructions to get to the VERY private house on a VERY private road! Bonus was all of the board games in the living room closet for those rainy visits or family nights! We will be back! Thank you John and Melissa!!

We loved our stay in Clayton. The place is in a great central location right by all the restaurants and shops as well as Lake Rabun, Lake Burton, Tallulah Gorge, and Black Rock Mountain State Park, and tons of hikes and water falls are all a short drive away. We fell in love with the area. The location allows you to pack a lot in to each day - and we did so with a baby, so others could probably do even more. The place also has a lot of games, amenities, and cool antiques on the inside to look at. Terry was also very responsive and helpful. All of his instructions were clear and he had a amazing recommendations of places to visit on his guide.

We absolutely LOVED this house. We were visiting on a girls trip and had such a great time at the house and the surrounding area. It was a great location for us to visit Tallulah Falls and downtown Clayton. The house was very well cleaned and so comfy. The view from the back porch was amazing, as well as the fire pit out front! Sarah was a great host! We will definitely be back!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed Eleanor’s place. The kids loved the bunk beds and we all enjoyed how close it was to walk to restaurants and shopping.

We had a great experience at Ross’s place! The apartment was extremely clean and well taken care of. It is within walkable distance to downtown Dahlonega, which made for getting something to eat or stopping for coffee very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Mountain View was fantastic! Lynda & Bob are so sweet, their rental space was extremely comfortable, pristine and cozy! It was such a beautiful space with beautiful views. I will definitely plan another trip with this airbnb.

Roy’s place was super cozy, my boyfriend and I loved it! Quiet and simple. Everything seemed to fit nicely for our comfort.

Very nice, and knowledgeable. Loved the eggs, and the fresh coffee. Worked outside on patio with my dogs, without any problem

Mike and Karen were wonderful hosts! They greeted us upon arrival! Made us feel right at home. Even though they live above the apartment they were never intrusive and gave us our space and our privacy. They even gave us fresh eggs as we were leaving. Love the frog garden!

My husband likes to explore and we couldn't have chosen a better spot for his birthday. We had plans to drive around to various nearby waterfalls (we made it to a couple) but the mill offered so much to discover, we didn't want to leave. We loved the waterfalls, history, and trails around the site. The bed was super comfy. It's definitely quirky, we were glad to not have a TV, etc. Groceries were close by as well as parks.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in a peaceful location close to downtown Franklin, look no further! Up a quaint, winding road, nestled in the trees is a wonderful two bedroom ground level apartment waiting just for you. Once you arrive you will be warmly greeted by your hosts Dave, Barb & Beans who are always available but never intrusive. Their view is wonderful! The property exactly as described. You Can’t ask for more! And I can’t wait to go back!

By far the best airbnb host we’ve ever had super fast to respond to questions and the accommodations were better than described. Beds were absolutely marvelous woke up every morning feeling better than new. This airbnb is a nature lovers dream. Highly recommend Sandy and the unit

We enjoyed our stay at this little place , the location by the river is peaceful and beautiful , but it’s also an easy walk to downtown Helen. Place was spotless and smelled good, very comfy king size bed. Stacy is very responsive and helpful.

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful place. Amy was really great, and the condo was perfect for our group. Would definitely love to come back for another stay!

This was a great tri-level condo. Loved the quiet location away from everything. Go in either direction on main road and find lots to do and see. The views are exceptional. Loved the restaurants close by. Their food is great. Coffee/ hot tea in the morning and off we went. Did not feel like cooking on vacation. We love this area and all that it has to offer.

I really loved the decor throughout and the kitchen was perfectly laid out which made meal time easy. The location is a really pretty spot and we even had Thanksgiving at the club! I would definitely go back again.

We had a great stay at Melissa and William's place! It was perfect for us, and cozy in the winter weather. With leaves off the trees, the views of the lake and mountain were awesome!! We were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We would love to stay again sometime!
