Perfect get away. She has everything needed from a multitude of games for adults and kiddos to beach/yard toys (from frisbees and balls to kayaks/SUPs). The fire pit was perfect. Kitchen, although small, was well stocked, and we had no problems cooking/grilling. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the big deck and on the lake. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks Angela!

I stayed at David & Amber's house for 2 months while I was working in the area. Their home was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. Any questions I had were quickly answered. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting for an event in the area. The cabin is nicely remodeled with modern updates and comfortable space for our family of three, plus pup. We loved the open kitchen and living area with lots of windows overlooking the river. Two huge TVs in the main area if you have a rainy day like we did. Everything was well stocked with anything we needed. Very comfy beds. The one bathroom is small, but nicely remodeled, and what I expected in a little waterfront cottage. Great communication and easy check in.

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and we felt very comfortable there. Having our dog welcomed was a new thing for us. We hope to stay there again sometime soon. Thank you, Sean.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Had a great view of the lake, very quiet and peaceful. Was very close to downtown and eveywhere we wanted to visit during our stay!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Everything you need for a peaceful stay and getaway in my instance. Hosts were responsive and directions were great for everything. Definitely looking forward to another stay!

Abey is an amazing host, so responsive, friendly and helpful. The home is quaint but the backyard is big, great for outdoor get togethers. Also, an unexpected surprise - you can see Lake Michigan from the kitchen and can hear the waves crashing. Thank you for a great stay Abey! We look forward to booking another stay with you in the future.

This was a great stay right in downtown Racine! Check in went very smoothly and communication throughout the stay was excellent. Parking was a breeze and very affordable for being right in the center of downtown. Apartment was super cozy and comfortable! Host was very welcoming and accommodating! Would definitely stay again!

I simply could not have asked for better accommodations or a more gracious host. Because I was coping with a family emergency, I had to keep revising my plans, but Angela remained considerate and patient through that process. She was also extremely responsive when a couple minor issues required addressing. The apartment was beautifully appointed, especially the kitchen, and I felt very cozy and comfortable. And at the last moment, I had to extend a further day and this also was accommodated without any problem. Thank you for taking such good care of me! :-)

Very cute, comfortable, and great for all ages. We enjoyed a wonderful family get-together/Thanksgiving. All the amenities were there, and our questions were address promptly as needed. Would recommend. (And may even shoot for another visit ourselves in the summertime, if we can swing it.)

We had such an amazing stay in Patrick’s RV!! We rented a spot at Yogi Bear Caledonia and when we got there everything was perfectly set up, chairs, picnic table, small griddle, we literally didn’t have to do anything for set up and it made our experience amazing! They left s’mores for us to make over the fire pit & over all very responsive! I forgot my brand new glasses in the RV after check out and they were kind enough to notify me AND mail them. Overall great experience and will stay again! Great bang for you buck also!

We loved our daily walks on the beach! The house was perfect for us and Calvin was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Angela's place is a real gem! The decor is stylish, comfortable and interesting. The quality of the renovation of this vintage space was excellent, as was the quality of the furniture, dishes, glassware and appliances. Several nice restaurants, a bakery, an art museum and beautiful Lake Michigan were all an easy walk from the apartment. Would definitely stay there again!

The road leading to the location had stunning lake views. We loved this place from the moment we walked in! The cottage was super cozy with beautiful renovations and lots of space. The kitchen and laundry room had all amenities needed, including games & activities. The living room area has the cutest breakfast nook that overlooks the lake- perfect for morning coffee relaxation! I was amazed at how many beds were available to accommodate a nice family vacation. The bathrooms were beautiful and the “water smell” wasn’t really an issue- there’s a water softener to improve lake water effects. The town and neighbors were super quaint- we even made friends with a little team of people who came to help shovel the sidewalk and driveway with an unexpected spring snow. We were very happy here and would plan another trip to Waterford just to stay here again! Thank you, Ming, for your responsiveness and attention to detail! This place is perfect!

Great overall stay would rent again

The house was gorgeous and so comfortable. We had everything we needed and then some. The hosts thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable, the house was sparkling clean, and Danny was very responsive and nice. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We are already planning a return trip.

It was comfortable and everything was clearly labeled. There were tons of amenities that were not expected from the games in the closet to the extra seasons for cooking and counter top ice maker. This place really truly felt like a home, not one complaint from this group of 10 women. I would highly recommend this place.

I think this was my favorite place I’ve rented. I’m glad I found it just an hour outside the suburbs of Chicago. It’s a country feel with a ton of activities as described, plus a few extra. My boys really enjoyed the game room. There’s a TV so we played music videos while playing darts, billiards, and I enjoyed throw back video games like Donkey Kong, Centipede and Dig dug. It was cooler outside so I definitely want to return in the summer to enjoy the pool, bonfire, fishing pond, but we had one nice day so still got to enjoy the large property, paddle boat, swings, bocce ball and hot tub. The house has very comfortable furniture, like the beds and couches. We watched movies at night and slept well. Robert was a great host and I appreciated all the helpful notes around the house. I almost felt guilty it was just me and my boys, but it was a perfect getaway. Plenty to do, or do nothing and enjoy the views.

Great place for a family. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, appliances and tools for our stay. Beautiful location, right on the river with a huge lawn for yard games, fire pit, and to have the kids run around.
