A beautiful stay in Riva, perfectly situated apartment away from hustle and bustle but close enough to all amenities. Private parking was a massive plus, Anna was a gracious host and easy to get in contact with throughout our stay

Definitely one of those Airbnbs that I will save for when I come back. Very clean and new apartment that still has a cozy mountain cabin feel. Mattress was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Finally the host sent very clear indications on how to check in making it all super smooth.

We had a wonderful week at the tastefully decorated maisonette, which was quiet, very well appointed and contained everything one could possible need. The dedicated parking space was extremely useful. The bed was large and comfortable, the high water pressure shower in the bathroom was glorious, as were the spectacular views from the garden across Lake Garda, the valley and up to the impressive mountains. Plenty of information provided by Cristian and Giovanni as well as a very thoughtful welcome pack. Easy access to surrounding facilities. Thoroughly recommended.

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Veronica insieme alle mie figlie e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Accogliente, pulito, ordinato e ben attrezzato. Comodo per raggiungere il centro e gli impianti sciistici senza dover utilizzare l’auto. Alla prossima!

Siamo stati ospiti de ‘La Casa di Leo’ in occasione di un weekend sulla neve. Già dal primo contatto, Carlo si è presentato come una persona amichevole e disponibilissima. Prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha mostrato con dei video le modalità di ingresso per accedere allo stabile e all’appartamento rendendo il check in in autonomia una vera comodità. In casa, l’ambiente si presentava pulito ed in ordine. Avremmo gradito una maggiore attenzione igienica per il kit biancheria perché non odorava di pulito anche se non si presentava utilizzato nè sporco. Un po’ scomodi i due materassi singoli della seconda camera. Nel complesso, a nostro parere si tratta di una struttura accogliente, in una posizione comoda agli impianti sciistici della zona e gestita da un altrettanto valido host.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern ausgestattet wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön nur man ist ein bisschen abgelegen. Aber Luigi hat uns gleich ein Restaurant sagen können in der Nähe und das hat auch sehr gut gepasst. Also von uns eine klare Empfehlung.

Un ottimo soggiorno, in un appartamento molto accogliente, spazioso, luminoso e pulitissimo. Utilissime le biciclette a disposizione per poter spostarsi rapidamente nei dintorni e raggiungere facilmente il lago di Ledro. La spa ha tutto quello che serve per poter concedersi un po’ di relax, dopo una giornata tra bici e camminate! Bella e originale l’idea della colazione recapitata fuori dalla porta con un cestino! Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Eine absolut exklusive Lage kombiniert mit einem liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichteten Haus. Der direkte Zugang zum See ist perfekt! Kommunikation mit Nicole war auch sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

Sehr sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das einzige Manko ist das Hotel nebenan, welches eine Hochzeit gefeiert hat und wir dadurch extremer Lautstärke ausgesetzt waren bis spät in die Nacht. Dafür kann die Gastgeberin nichts, aber dies sollte man beachten bei der Buchung dieser Lage.

Haus Seline ist ein „home away from home“. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Das Haus ist mit Sorgfalt und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig. Die Anlage drumherum ist wunderschön mit verschiedenen Plätzen, die zum Verweilen einladen. Wer gerne gut isst, der ist im Trentino bestens aufgehoben. Selbst in Laufweite gibt es eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Restaurants. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es unzählige schöne Wanderwege, die sich auch für Spaziergänge mit Hund hervorragend eignen. Helmuth ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber, der für die unterschiedlichen Anfragen, die wir hatten, beste Empfehlungen hatte. Besonders schön fanden wir auch die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die im Haus als Willkommens Gruß bereit standen. Es sind diese Kleinigkeiten, die oft den großen Unterschied machen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder, um den tollen Blick über das Nonstal zu geniessen. Vielen Dank für einen Urlaub, der uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird!

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

I've stayed at many accommodation with Airbnb and this condo is possibly the best. It had everything we needed and more. Had that proper 'home' feel. Also Beatrice was extremely helpful giving us recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. I highly recommend this condo

I was in town for the Ice Swimming World Championships. I would recommend this place to anyone with a car. I felt very isolated from my friends because I didn’t have the energy to walk up and down the mountain to visit my friends after swimming in ice water every day. It was very quiet, so I was able to catch up on work stuff in the evenings. The view is gorgeous, but I was down at the lake for most of the daylight hours. My hostess was wonderful. My GPS kept taking me in circles, on foot, near the lift. I called her because I was losing daylight, on foot, and saw bear signs. She told me to stay put and she was coming to get me… no cabs. She then took me back to my friends’s hotel to gather my things and pointed out everything I would need. That really helped! I enjoyed my stay, but overestimated my energy to walk up and down the mountain multiple times per day after ice swimming. Car is highly recommended and parking is available.

C’è poco da aggiungere alle recensioni precedenti perché soggiornare da Donatella, a Bormio, è qualcosa che auguro a tutti di aver la fortuna di provare! Tutti scrivono “sentirsi a casa”…è così! La naturalezza con cui si viene accolti, che non è da poco, in una casa da “rivista”, bella, pulita, curata, dove non manca nulla…e mi permetto di dire, da amante dell’ interior design, dove quell’inspiegabile sensazione di “star bene” … arriva dalla ricercatezza delle finiture interne, dall’organizzazione degli spazi, dall’illuminazione studiata e dai dettagli decorativi, spesso trascurati nelle nostre case! Un momento di relax o una vacanza, che tutti ci meritiamo, meritano di esser vissuti e goduti in un ambiente che va oltre le nostre aspettative! Wanda’s home! Bravissimi…perché regalate qualcosa in più e di inaspettato!

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Garten und Pool. Unser Apartment im 2. Stock (inkl. 2 Betten unter dem Dachboden) war für uns als 3-köpfige Familie perfekt. Was man mit sehr kleinen Kindern beachten sollte, ist die doch etwas steile Treppe hinauf unters Dach/Galerie. Ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon genossen wir den traumhaften Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die kleine Küche ist ausgestattet mit reichlich Geschirr und Küchenhelfern, Kühlschrank mit TK-Fach. Herd und Mikrowelle. Backofen und Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden, haben wir aber auch nicht vermisst! Christiano bietet einen Brötchenservice, kostenloses Tennis , City Bikes, Parkplätze auf dem Gelände und einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Trampolin. Fazit: Etwas abseits von Riva findet man hier eine schöne Anlage mit klassischem, italienischen Interieur und einen sehr bemühten und herzlichen Gastgeber.

La casa è molto carina, pulita e confortevole. Situata in un ottima posizione per raggiungere Pinzolo o Madonna di campiglio per andare a sciare. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile con l’host Giacomo, e Fiorenza e il marito sono stati super gentili e ospitali. Alloggio molto consigliato.
