Place was perfect for snowmobiling trails are right there. Lots of space and fun for the kids. Definitely will stay there again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at The Birch House! We had another fantastic stay at The Birch House by Nichole & Steffan! This place is everything you could want in an Airbnb—clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing between adventures. The neighborhood is peaceful, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The home is well-stocked with everything needed to cook a couple of meals, and the master bath shower is amazing—a perfect way to refresh after a long day. It's also a short drive to Ely, which made it super convenient since most of our trip was planned around that area. We've stayed here a few times now, and the hosts are always incredibly organized and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming home base. David’s place was perfect for our group. Lots of options for sleeping, great kitchen set up, two bathrooms, and lots of items stocked throughout the house that you may need. We had a question when checking in and David was very responsive and helpful! We already look forward to staying here on our next trip!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. We had a great time fishing, eating at various places and traveling the North Shore.

I was so very happy with the home. I was really surprised with all of the thoughtful touches that Erin put into the home such as three options for coffee, extra blankets, nice quality towels etc. It was quiet and cozy and exactly what I was looking for after a long day of fishing, hustle and bustle. It was small but clean and I wasn’t looking for a place to entertain, just a place to unwind and sleep peacefully. The next time I come up I will cross my fingers that the home is available to stay at again.

Great place. Very close to where I come to town to work. Has everything you’ll need. Nice and warm. Usually quiet but if the upstairs neighbors are movin around you’re definitely gonna hear them. Otherwise it’s perfect!

The Deer Lake Apt was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed taking our boat out on the lake. The host was very accommodating and friendly. So nice to find dog friendly places to stay. Our dogs were very happy and content there.

We are in awe of Debbie’s peaceful haven! It is beautifully artistic, very cozy, and in a great location. The beautiful coffee station was a treat. We found wonderful hiking trails close by and loved being able to walk downtown to shops and fun restaurants. We love Ely and would love to return to Debbie’s place in the future.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. It is somewhat small—but it did not feel cramped at all—cozy and smartly designed for optimal space and efficiency. We enjoyed all the lovely art and up north decor. Nice hot shower, comfy beds, the kitchen has everything —simple and easy—fantastic location —and the view of Lake Superior—PRIMO! We skied at Lutsen and it was a 7-10 minute drive. We loved the amenities—the hot tub, sauna, and the small pool— so perfect….the kids loved the ping pong table. We loved playing cards in the living room with the fire going and just felt so at home. We hope to stay here again on our next journey to this amazingly beautiful part of Minnesota. Zach and Abby —you’ve got a real GEM! Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay. Todd & Tessa were incredibly responsive and took care of every little detail to make sure we felt at home in their cabin. The property itself was beautiful, with stunning views all around. It was the perfect getaway for our family, and I would highly recommend it!

Eric and Jenny’s cabin shows a lot of history when you’re there. The place is beautiful, the views are incredible, and the cabin is so cozy. We spent a lot of time in the sauna and loved every minute of it.

This is a wonderful off grid get away. We did a winter trip and pulled sleds with skis. Brought in water, coffee, and food. Made fires in the stoves for heat, and had a couple great saunas with cold plunges in the lake. Everything required work which is what my group was looking for. Wood to split, fires to feed, and lanterns to see at night. Close enough to ski back to the car and head to Ely anytime we wanted. Would recommend for unplugging from the busy world. Still had cell service if needed, but we stayed on airplane mode for the most part.

It was my second time making a trip up to Josh's place. Such beautiful and peaceful cabin and in a great location. All the amenities of home and right down the road from Red Lake. Would highly recommend to those planning a trip to fish Red Lake.
