Absolutely fantastic. Everything is clean including bathroom, kitchen, bed. Room is comfortably warm 24h. It was great room to wind down and recharge yourself for the next day.

Doug was easy to get along with and a hospitable host. His lovely dog Lucy also was quite affectionate. His house is in a peaceful, tranquil neighborhood equidistant from downtown and the airport. We shared some quality time watching football on Sunday. He even drove me to the train station in the wee hours of the morning so I could catch an early flight. Definitely would look to stay again with Doug if the opportunity arises.

Susan was a great host and I look forward to returning to St Paul and staying again. I found the house very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Susan was very hospitable and I enjoyed the little conversations we were able to have amongst my very busy weekend. Thanks again for a great stay!

Shubham's place is in a great location, and the room is a comfortable spot for the casual traveler who doesn't mind sharing the space with other renters. Heads up: guests share the bathrooms; while I was there, I had to wait a few times for access. Good location—check out the food court nearby!

Our stay at Peter’s place as a family of 4 was great! We had many plans over our time there and the location is great to be between Minneapolis and MoA. Art institute is close, lots of great eateries around, and Peter was responsive when messaged. The apartment itself is just what we needed- clean, simple, and accessible. The amenities were great as we utilized the roof, fitness room, and coffee room. Thanks for a great stay!

Peter was an exceptional host throughout our stay. He was very almost immediately responsive and a great communicator. My elderly parents stayed with me and had some mobility issues, and Peter and the building manager made generous accommodations to help them during their stay which. We enjoyed the place so much we decided to stay an extra two nights and Peter made it very easy to modify our booking. the downstairs amenities and grocery store next door were great, but Peter and the staff at Good Dwelling are who made our stay memorable. Book with Peter the first chance you get!

Great location for us to get to U of M, MCAD and restaurants. Peter was super responsive and helpful!

We had a good stay. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place close to the city but still peaceful and quiet. Wish the bed was more comfortable though, as my wife couldn’t sleep well. But, for the price we paid it’s still a great deal!

We had originally booked another stay and it was not what we thought. We needed a place asap at 7pm and Stephen was amazing and took us in! We loved his space. We are a family of introverts lol so it had plenty of space for each of us to get our space at the end of a hectic day. It’s an old house so there are squeaks and creaks but we loved it all the same. Being that it is old it’s a little chilly but we didn’t mind because he had plenty of bedding. The locks were moody but we always got in eventually. The neighbor upstairs was super helpful. It’s close to everything! Great stay we were in town for business so we had to run all over the place several times and it was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

This stay was just what I was looking for! I didn’t have a lot of time to hang out and enjoy the space but it was clean, comfortable, and in such a convenient location for my trip. I’ll definitely stay again if it’s available when I need or want to be in Minneapolis again for a few days!

Great place to stay in Stillwater! After touring around the beautiful town, the room was an amazing place to relax, especially with the nice bath. The house was very close to the town with ample parking space. The hostess was nice and easy to communicate. The place also offered complimentary chocolates, coffee, and breakfast in a nice hotel which was about 5 minute walk from the house.

stayed here with our family. loved all the king beds for adults had baby bed, pack and play high chair perfect for babies games and entertainment for middle school kids. never stayed at rental before with so much food included too. close to and easy to get to mall America, zoo and Ikea

This was my first Airbnb experience on my own as I usually travel with someone else who handles the Airbnb - and this was a great experience from beginning to end! Lisa was very responsive from the time of booking until my departure. The space was excellent - clean, well laid out and with everything I could need. The hot breakfast was excellent. Lisa even invited me to join her family for dinner after my arrival. The whole family was lovely! A wonderful stay that went beyond my expectations. I would definitely book another stay if my travels bring me near there again!

Great host. let us check in early due to our fighting landing early. clean house, comfortable beds, close to food, groceries ,etc. close to downtown, the mall of america and airport only 20 mins away. nice quiet place to stay.

Loved the home! The architecture is beautiful, loved the historic decor. We LOVED the jetted tub! Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to extreme weather conditions, but absolutely plan on rebooking for my birthday!

I was able to work from the kitchen table- where there was cereal, lots of cut up fruit and homemade mini muffins- which were delicious! They made the availability of the kitchen area open which was really appreciative. Super nice people. The bed was very comfortable and the tub was super deep- which was nice soak in. The neighborhood was beautiful! Walked many miles. easy access to the very inexpensive public transportations systems. Thanks for the opportunity to stay with your family.
