I would not hesitate to stay here again! Aaron and Colleen were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to provide super clear instructions and labeling. They left really nice host treats in the apartment for us. Being there for a week, it was absolutely amazing to have a peloton bike, treadmill, and rower. They also had yoga mats and dumbbells. we felt a little spoiled with the hot tub and sauna as well! All the streaming apps were logged in and ready to go. You will not be lacking for coffee or tea options! They were always super responsive and flexible. Listen up, all of you morning shake or smoothie drinkers, they have a Vitamix blender! If you know, you know. We were able to do laundry, which was really helpful upon returning home. One less thing to do! They made checkout way easier than I’m used to at any Airbnb. I’d advise you bring your slippers because it is a basement apartment and the floors carry a chill! That said, there’s a nice gas fireplace to cozy up with!

We booked three nights to accommodate extended family coming from Chicago and Duluth to celebrate my son’s graduation from UMN. This place was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for everybody. The kitchen, open living room area, and deck worked really well for entertaining. We threw a BBQ get together for my son’s friends, a huge success in this great space. The place is very well stocked with everything we needed. We also heated up the sauna each morning to start the day! Emily was very responsive to our every need. Thank you!

Eric’s place was great! The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, seasonings and even a few small groceries items! The hot tub was easily accessible through the back bedroom patio doors. It was the perfect end to our day! Location was awesome as well, just 5-10 minutes from downtown. Would stay again!

We had a great quick stay at Jill’s place for a Mall of America visit with our daughter. Great location, clean home, and hot tub was nice to have for chilly evenings/morning coffee.

We had a great time staying at Miranda’s home. Tons of space, really clean, and had everything we could ever need. I think this is the most well-stocked Airbnb I have stayed at. Miranda provided so many thoughtful items such as all of the essential kitchen supplies, games/movies, and bathroom items. The hot tub was amazing and there were even bath robes for everyone and extra towels. Would definitely recommend this place!

We were a family of 15 crowded around the dining room table for meals and into the living room for great conversation. There’s plenty of room to spread out. 2 1/2 bathrooms only minus for 15 but we made that work. We didn’t use the hot tub or sauna so I can’t comment on that. There were lots of little nice things like a jar of Oreos, nice soaps and good coffee. All much appreciated 😄

Our family of four (2 adults/2 teens) spent four nights here while touring colleges in the area. We had a great stay in a gorgeous neighborhood. We had plenty of room to spread out, especially with several great reading nooks. We enjoyed the hot tub one night, which was already on and heated. The location is within about a block of the lake which had a nice walking trail around it. We also tried a couple of restaurants in the guide and they were fantastic. Also close to Whole Foods and several museums. The house is a home and has a more "lived in" feel than other places we've stayed. But that also means the furnishings were more interesting and generally of better quality. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We now stay at this cozy cottage yearly for a family, mother/daughter trip. My husband and I are also interested in staying for our own romantic get away sometime. It is the perfect blend of city perks combined with a wooded, lake view natural environment. We also loved enjoying the huge hot tub outside right in the middle of winter. It was a joy all around that we can’t wait to enjoy again and keep recommending!

The house was lovely and the leafy old neighborhood even lovelier. A great walk to several cafes and restaurants plus a 2 block walk to a lake with bike and pedestrian path.

Richard’s place was an 11 out of 10! A comfortable, clean, well appointed, conveniently located accommodation! Richard’s communication was proactive and very responsive. As we stayed for over a week, it was so great to have a washer and dryer. It snowed while we were there, and Richard‘s snow removal service promptly cleaned up the sidewalks, parking area, and stairs up to the apartment. The offstreet parking put my mind at rest, too. I look forward to booking Richard’s place in the future!

There was a lack of communication from the start, but once everyone was on the same page, we were fine! The beds were very comfortable and the place was spacious for the 4 of us.

This is a warm, clean and very comfortable space, I felt right at home. Had knee replacement surgery when I first arrived and stayed a month to recuperate, Jerry and Lisa were very helpful and understanding. Lisa especially when out of her way to make my recovery easier. I highly recommend staying here and I look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you Jerry and Lisa!

Our stay was wonderful. It was as expected with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The floors were creaky as listed, but we've always lived in old houses so it didn't bother us at all. For being such an old house, it was warm and cozy with no drafts. I would suggest opening a window when cooking so you don't set the fire alarm off, but it was good to know they were working! All instructions were laid out in a book on the table and easy to follow. Neighborhood is artsy and quiet with plenty to do within walking distance. Josh was very helpful and responsive, and gave us plenty of privacy. They even helped me find running trails since im unfamiliar with the area. We would love to come back!

Shawn was the most gracious host and his home was very comfortable. Although I didn’t stay long, it was just perfect.

This is a super-clean, well-appointed unit in a great location. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable living room and bedroom, and everything you want in the kitchen. Stairs up to this second-floor unit are inside, but are fairly narrow and steep so some may have difficulty navigating. Beth was wonderful at responding to questions. It seems like a safe, vibrant neighborhood and was close to all our activities.

Bev’s place was quiet, comfortable, and extremely clean! I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (I could have cooked for an army and not run out of cookware 😊) Being able to park in the garage and walk to the grocery store were bonuses! I traveled with my daughter and felt very safe during the entire stay.

Myself, my mother and my three children stayed for 6 nights at Sally’s place. We loved our stay. We were a short drive to Nickelodeon Universe, but most importantly the lake views were just as wonderful as I had imagined. We ate breakfast every morning on the patio overlooking the lake. My children loved swimming in the lake off the little sandy beach area. Sally took my three children for a ride in the paddle boat and they loved it. My children loved talking with Sally. Don’t miss out on the relaxing scenery.

We had a great time here! Asha was very kind and responsive with us. The house is warm and comfortable to live in with lots of light and beautiful rooms. Its also practical with a nice layout of separate spaces, a living room that's a relaxing space, and the kitchen was good to cook in. The house is in a nice area as well to take a walk in the city or along the river. I would definitely recommend the jewel box!

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin's. The bed and pillows were *very* comfortable which is sometimes not the case. Kevin and his partner were both very friendly. There wasn't as much privacy as we'd have liked. We could hear them a lot of the time because of an open doorway at the top of the stairs in to the kitchen. Which also made us think they could hear us. Otherwise, we were so glad to be able to bring our dog and be so close to the Minnehaha Creek Trail. We were also able to easily utilize the light rail. Overall, we had a very nice and comfortable time.

Our family’s stay at The Minnie House was exactly what we were looking for. The house was in a great location, the neighborhood was quiet, and the space had everything we could have possibly needed, and more. Jaclyn reached out multiple times to ensure that our stay was perfect. We definitely plan to stay again on our next trip to Minneapolis. Thanks!

There are so many special touches that it's hard to remember them all. We stayed over Christmas and were given the option of decorating the tree ourselves or having it decorated for us. We chose to decorate and were provided with hot chocolate and so many decorations. We are all cooks in our family and the resources in the kitchen were incredible--from utensils to cookware to storage--it was more like a well-stocked home than a rental. Communications were a breeze. The weather was typical for Minnesota in December--cold and overcast, but the walkways were clear of ice at all times. We will definitely stay again.
