I was visiting my son at Macalester and this was a nice walk-- not too far and very safe. The bed was *super* comfortable, and although the space was cold because of the chilly spring weather, the wall heater warmed it up fast. Also a really excellent selection of books, which I enjoyed.

We were 4 adults plus German Shepherd. Lots of space to spread out. The deck & yard are perfect for a friendly dog. Lots of passers-by and great neighbors. Loved being a block off light rail, Fresh Thyme (groceries), & all the bustle of University. And, in the other direction, great walking along Mississippi River for humans and dogs. We loved it!

Enjoyed our stay! Was as expected and comfortable for the two of us. Cozy & quaint. Loved the location!

This was a beautiful apartment. Lynda goes above and beyond in thinking what a guest will need. Starting from the coffee/creamer/water and everything you may need in the kitchen. The apartment was beautifully decorated and full of colors/birds and flower prints. The kitchen has a little sit in area that faces the sunrise. And the cardinal pics were a favorite. The place was very secure to come in and out and the neighborhood is very pet friendly. We truly felt at home and we are thankful for the stay. This is close to both cities and there is lots to do.

Apartment was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Lots to do around the area. Host was super responsive and friendly. The apartment was extremely clean and welcoming. Parking was easy to find/access with plenty of spots available. Would definitely stay again.

Great design, not cluttered. Comfortable bed, quiet street, walkable to many places. Asha sent recommendations for breakfast and was responsive. Loved the movie selection!

My husband and I were in town to visit our two kids who live in St. Paul. As their apartment is tiny, Hannah's place gave us the room we needed for the 4 of us to hang out, share dinner and play games together. The location was great as well being close to pretty much anything we wanted to do! Hannah was a communicative host and we will consider staying again!

A cozy home, beautifully decorated for Christmas, in one of St Paul's most coveted neighborhoods. Roxanne was both responsive and helpful!

We had a great stay at Lewis’ place and will happily book again next time we’re in Minneapolis! The house was very cute and clean, exactly as described. We stayed for a week and found it very helpful to have in-unit laundry and a well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is peaceful and easy to get to both Minneapolis and St. Paul from. The house was very comfortable and plenty of street parking is available. Thanks again for a nice stay!

The place was great, and Brian was incredibly accommodating. The space itself is actually bigger than we expected, which was a welcomed surprise! Street parking only, but very open and never had an issue. It's walking distance to St. Paul's Taproom and about a 5 min drive to downtown St. Paul. Would definitely stay again!

A great space for our Minneapolis getaway with two teenagers and a dog. The property was as described, a quick drive to UM campus, downtown, Mall of America, and hiking spots. Located on a quiet street with easy parking and a short walk to several neighborhood restaurants. Joshua was super responsive to questions and we would stay here again on a future visit. A terrific spot for our family getaway.

We loved our stay at Jessie's place. The location was outstanding; so many restaurants we could within just a few blocks and super convenient just a few minutes off I-94 to get anywhere else in the Twin Cities we wanted to go. Having a designated parking spot in the alley is really nice. As other reviews have said, the ceilings are low but not a problem (I'm 6'1" and I didn't have any issues) and the place is really cozy. The bedroom was great with a comfy bed and a convenient fireplace style heater. Jessie's instructions were spot-on and made it super easy to find the place and check-in. This'll be our first look the next time we head to the Twin Cities.

Great location. 20-30min to Mall Of America and Art and science museums. Great space for families and clean.

Andrew and his wife were nothing short of amazing!! We had a complicated weekend of having a trailer to haul around and they let us check in early and leave our trailer there a bit late to accommodate us in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We can’t wait to return! ❤️

This place was very nice and comfortable for my family’s stay. Ample space and clean bathrooms to use. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in MN!

The building is nice and secure. Walking distance to a lot of different restaurants in the neighborhood, and all of the basics you'll need. In unit washer and dryer was nice. Everything was new and fresh in the apartment. Balcony for fresh air. Parking can be tricky. It's first come, first serve street parking. If you try to park after 8, you could have to walk a block or so. Description of the unit says there is on-site parking for a premium. It's not accurate. Overall, it was a great deal for a nice unit in a new, secure building.

Came to town to check out a concert at the Uptown Theatre. This spot was a 10 minute walk away from venue. The neighborhood also is full of diverse cafes and restaurants. Would def recommend this spot 👍

Great place to stay great area will book again

The unit was exactly as described: very quiet, cozy, artfully decorated and neat as a pin. Others have reported it as chilly, but we never needed to use the provided heater, and it was perfect for sleeping in a very comfortable bed. We walked to - a delicious and eclectic restaurant that includes many vegan options, which my daughters appreciated, - the Midtown Global Market, a fun place to shop, - and the Greenway biking/hiking trail. I've never been on an urban bike path and was very impressed and appreciated the opportunity to see the city from a unique perspective. We stayed for three nights and never had trouble parking on the street in front of the house. As indicated in the listing, there's no stove/oven or TV, but for our purposes the toaster oven and microwave were more than sufficient and we had a laptop to stream if we'd needed to, so no big shakes. We would definitely recommend this unit and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

We had a great time, it is a beautiful condo and has a beautiful view! It is spacious, clean, we honestly had zero complaints!
