Cute, comfy, cozy. Great communication and Jennifer made sure we had everything we needed. She's really thought of everything, making it so easy and fun to stay here. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, close to lots of restaurants, etc. Also, delicious brownies! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this quiet upper floor rental. Comfortable beds; excellent curtains and shades to keep out the light in the mornings, but beautiful windows to let the light in during the day; I especially loved the chair in the living room. Lots of great places to eat just a few minutes walk away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay. We were 3 couples & a dad/5yo in town for a family event at Macalester. There was ample room for us to be private in our rooms or socialize in living room and at meals. House has beautiful sun and is decorated tastefully in an eclectic style. Neighborhood and house are super-quiet but groceries/pharmacy/great restaurants/public transport are nearby (loved Punch for pizza). Beds a tad soft for my liking. Ample sheets and towels. Good wifi. Kitchen had all the staples--coffee, spices, oil, cleaning goods, paper goods. There were a few toys and books for the 5 yo. Our host was super-responsive and flexible about meeting our needs.

This was our 4th stay at Mel and John’s place. One our favorite Airbnbs. Very friendly hosts who are super responsive. Apartment has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Lovely neighborhood with great access to a large park with lots of great trails and access to other parks. Easy access for the Minnesota state fair

It fit our family needs perfectly. We felt safe and comfortable in the space.

This place has it ALL! I have never been to an Air BnB with absolutely EVERTYTHING you may need. Kember is very kind. She’s an artist and her home is decorated with all her creative and beautiful work. She has streaming services, DVDs, and records for you to enjoy. There are extra blankets, pillows, towels, robes, and house shoes. The kitchen has a Kitchen-Aid mixer, drink mixer, all kinds of good quality pots, pans, skillets. I usually have to bring my own knife and pans. I didn’t need anything. She has a gorgeous bathroom with a bidet, and the toilet seat is warm. The bathtub is huge and two showerheads. Three large, beautiful bedrooms with at least one chair in each. There are restaurants, grocery stores in walking distance, and a park. Kember responds in a reasonable time and every time I am in Minneapolis I will be booking with Kember!

Had a great stay! Just as listed. Nice touch of complementary waters and chocolate bar. Was perfect for my needs.

Had such a comfortable stay here. I loved the balcony and the bathtub quite a lot. Host is extremely helpful as well. I would recommend this place and I hope to stay here again

This place worked great for our group of 12! We had plenty of room in the dining room to eat, and everyone had a place to sleep. It’s a beautiful old house with all the uniqueness of older buildings - our kids had fun opening doors and discovering new things. As the advisor of a group of kids, the creaking stairs made it easy to know when they were all waking up. I thought parking on Grand Avenue would be a nightmare but it was just fine. Crystal was amazing to work with and super cooperative - she was a dream to communicate with. I would recommend!

Everything was great! My son and I felt very comfortable and safe. Home was very clean, labels on household items very helpful, host very responsive and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall very nice home would highly recommend clean,kid friendly/activity’s like board games ect… all 3 beds are very comfy simalar to the photo all though there is a fence you still have neighbors very close on both sides and parking on the street I wasn’t to fond of but had no issues while during stay hot tub is amazing honestly my favorite part me my son and fiancé had a great stay for the week safe environment for kids and adults!

The hosts were very nice and answered any questions we asked very quickly. the house was very lovely and had lots to do very close by and in walking distance. overall a lovely neighborhood and lovely house.

Adam’s place was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the nice dinning room table for family meals. Kitchen was as stocked with plenty of cutlery and culinary items. Perfect place for the kids and I for the weekend.

I absolutely loved my stay, this the best Airbnb I have ever been in. It was super clean and had lovely, modern fixtures. I loved having the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. It had a super comfy bed and was very well furnished, especially with kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lots of good shopping, restaurants and walking paths nearby. Lucy and her husband were very kind and responsive, respected my privacy and put so much care and thought in hosting this space. I was genuinely sad when my stay came to an end.

This is a very comfortable apartment! The beds and couch were comfortable. The heat was excellent on cold days. The kitchen has good supplies, and the view from the living room into the park is lovely. There are excellent cafes in the neighborhood, and a good grocery store just 2 blocks away.

Jerome and Maria were excellent Hosts. Excellent location very quiet neighborhood and close to every thing. The house is beautiful and very clean and comfortable beds. Will definitely be looking for to staying there again.
