We had such a wonderful stay! The view was incredible and the sunsets are breathtaking! Our kids loved the bunk beds and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to see both Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear since this is located between the two. Thank you for a great trip!

Beautiful home. Close to Bear Mountain and various shopping centers. Comfortably accommodated out group of 7 for three nights. Game room was a hit with the boys as they played ping pong til all hours. Hot tub in the fenced in backyard was perfect after a day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Our family had such a great weekend staying at Brad and Alice's house. It was the perfect layout and size for 6 adults and two toddlers. The location is prime as it's just a few minutes from town but also located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The place was spotless and felt so cozy from the moment we walked in. And so many amenities! The super automatic coffee machine was a big hit with our family. Also, the photos do not do it justice as the great room/kitchen on the second floor is massive but look much smaller in the photos. Plenty of space for our little ones to run around. And, the hosts were able to provide a baby gate and high chair for us, so nice! We would love the opportunity to stay here again. Thanks Brad and Alice!

This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time! It truly feels like your home away from home. It has everything you could need and is very family friendly which is important to us! Awesome location, clean, and great communication from host. We can’t wait to come back again next year! Very cute and cozy home. Kid friendly! Clean and organized. Had all the essentials in the kitchen. Nice area to sit outside. All in all great place the only set back was the water pressure/temp in the showers. Everything else was perfect!

my boyfriend and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and had the best time! Doug is an excellent host - super friendly and helpful. This is a great, cozy place to stay while you’re in Big Bear so I highly recommend it to everyone!! will definitely be back soon 😊

The house is beautiful with a breathtaking view! This was our second trip to it, we will be reserving it again in the further. The management team that is handling the reservations is the most professional and responsive team. The house is always clean and spotless, we always enjoy our stay!!
