We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Gwynn made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The pool is amazing and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Can't wait to stay here again.

Had wonderful stay—it was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with well-maintained amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, though it was a little chilly. The space had everything we needed and perfectly suited our accommodations, including all the essentials, especially for those who enjoy cooking!

The place is pristine, very comfortable, and peaceful. The location of the house is a big plus as sceneries are so beautiful, day and night. We have never felt so comfortable staying in someone else’s home, until we found this place. We enjoyed staying here even for a short period of time. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay while in Poway.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Carol and Tony’s place and would absolutely stay here again. My husband and I were traveling with our 18 month old toddler. Carol set up a pack and play with clean sheets for us before we arrived, and also had a small high chair, and some toys available. Staying here felt like old school Airbnb.. Carol and Tony live right next door and genuinely cared that we had a nice visit, giving us local recommendations and asking if we needed anything (without in any way being invasive). Not all the streets in the residential parts of this neighborhood have sidewalks but it was an easy 15-20 min walk to coffee shops / food / beach, etc.

The place was roomy, comfortable, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Spotless bathroom and comfortable beds. Leanne was fantastic! She went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place. The home is comfortable and welcoming, and the property is easily walkable and offers many amenities. I would definitely go back.

It was a great place to stay and we may be back next time we are in San Diego. The only thing that would have been nice to have was a coffee table in the living area. Other than that, it was just what we wanted.

Our stay in Michael’s guest house was just what we needed while visiting family on Rancho Bernardo. Two bedrooms were great for our family of four. Having access to outside spaces made it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was walkable, and the access to the horse trail meant urban hikes were right outside the door. This is a great place to stay while exploring greater San Diego, and we would stay again!

Great location! It was close to so many restaurants and things to do. I would most definitely book his place again.

Our family of three enjoyed the stay! Some positives were: Comfy bed and comforter, shower pressure was great (enjoyed Trader Joe’s shampoo), cute garden and outside sitting area, Keurig coffee machine and coffee., beautiful and safe neighborhood. Wed stay again!

Our family of four enjoyed a lovely stay at Brooke’s place. Coming from the city we enjoyed the quiet. Saw deer, wild turkey, a hawk and lots of rabbits. Brooke was very quick to respond to my questions about local recommendations. We visited Anza Borrego which is about an hour away. Winding roads so be aware if you get car sick. Volcan Mtn trail is a must if you’re a hiker. Close by and beautiful views. Julian Beer Company has great bbq. The house was as described. Kitchen amenities as described. Missed the fact there is no toaster/toaster oven but we made do with the stove. Also glad we brought our electric kettle. The cookware is pretty slim but again we made it work. The no Wi Fi was not an issue for us. We have AT&T with unlimited data. Service was good. Would definitely stay here again if we visited the area.

Super awesome experience. Immaculate apartment with spectacular view, hosted by nicest host possible. Will come back for sure next time in San Diego.

Quiet, private guest house nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood and a perfect location for our visit with family just a few miles away.

Wow! Every detail had been thought about inside of SDCannaAirbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more). Both Zina and Craig were responsive when we had questions. The hot tub was kept in pristine condition. We appreciated the extra munchies and canna treats left out for us, as well as the welcome on the board inside. We will be raving about our stay to all of our friends, and we will definitely be back! Thank you for making our anniversary memorable.

If I was "much" younger and moving to San Diego, I would want to live in Cosmin's guest house. It was spotless, recently remodeled and spacious for 3-4 people. The view from the deck is magnificent! Thank you for a great stay!

BOOK IT! Aesthetically well done, extremely comfortable, perfect location. Really enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. Unit has everything you may need during your stay. Love this neighborhood, so many great restaurants and shops. Parking was always available. Space is squeaky clean and bed is comfy. Next time I’m in SD I will stay here again.

With two girls under 4 this was the best place weve stayed at in Carlsbad and we've stayed at a few. They're stocked with all the amenities, the AC and heater work extremely well and they have toys for the kiddos. The neighborhood also feels super safe because there's kids that are running around playing basketball and riding bikes (definitely not loud at all where you hear it from in the house). Id highly recommend this spot if you're in the area

My girlfriend and I loved our stay here- extremely close to the beach, friendly host, comfortable, quiet, and private accommodations from the main residence. Great local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again- highly recommend!

This was such a perfect stay for my boyfriend and I! It was the perfect size.

This property did come as advertised! Quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery, and in a perfect location less than a 10-minute drive from the La Jolla Cove. Kevin was very easy to communicate with and we do appreciate his flexibility with the check-in. The property fully matched the pictures, it had a very comfortable king size bed, and there were an ample amount of linens which can never be taken for granted. Kitchen was well stocked, another thing we really appreciated. Wi-Fi was great for doing some work there too. Highly recommend!

Stayed here over Valentine's Day weekend with my girlfriend and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The unit was very private and had a patio/terrance on the 2nd floor that had an amazing view. TV on the patio was also a nice touch. We also had the pleasure of using their jacuzzi, while watching TV at their bar area. The cleanliness was also unmatched! We had to ask ourselves if we're their first ever guest, that's how clean they keep this unit. Lastly, our host Zach was incredible and made sure we had everything needed for our stay. 5/5 stars, thank you Zach! Hope to come again soon.

My 3 year old son and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was his first big trip and we had an incredible time. The location was perfect, it was close to many beaches and parks for us to go to. We could easily get to SeaWorld, the Zoo, and many other places we visited from our rental. It was especially nice to have the garage for our car when we came back so we did not have to worry about parking. The neighborhood was quiet and my son loved that we just had to walk a couple blocks to the beach. It was perfect that they had sand toys for us to use as well because my son loves playing in the sand! We used them a lot! It was nice for me as well to have a living room and kitchen space to use once my son went to bed in the bedroom as he goes to be early.

The place was great - property was mostly as described or better. One concern to note is that although the property is fully fenced, if you have a smaller dog, or one that is determined to roam, there are places where it could get out. Also, the latch on the front gate doesn’t work perfectly, so when anyone uses the gate and doesn’t latch it all the way, your dog could escape if he’s like ours and naturally curious. This happened to us 3 times - the first time was our fault, but the other times weren’t. When I raised this with the host, she didn’t seem concerned, and instead told me I should teach my dog the “come” command, so I doubt it is being fixed. If my dog is outside of earshot, “come” isn’t really helpful. Other than that, the place was fantastic and the host was very kind, friendly, and helpful. We might be back, but likely won’t bring our dog (although he did absolutely love it, the stress of him getting out wasn’t worth it for us).

My husband and I were in town to visit family and honestly we felt like we were staying with family while we were at Joe and Dee Dee's Casita. From the time we were interested in booking until the time we left we felt right at home. Joe met us when we arrived to personally tour us through the property and explain how everything worked so we would be most comfortable. The property is stunning with amazing views. We were especially impressed with how clean and modern the casita is. We were blown away when we entered and that feeling never ended. Anytime there was a question it was answered immediately. Anytime we looked for something we needed, it was right there. They even checked on us to make sure we were happy and comfortable. It was truly a worry free, most relaxing experience. We spent time walking the beach of the lagoon as well as the surrounding neighborhood. It is close to restaurants and the village but far enough to be completely peaceful. We cannot wait to return!
