We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

Douglas’s house was absolutely amazing, and way bigger than expected, it held our little group of family and friends perfectly, more than enough even. Everything you need is right there, in a cozy home. The kitchen is amazing and the backyard is beautiful.

The house was amazing. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils… anything needed. The bathrooms were all clean and well supplied. The bedrooms all had towels and washcloths set out for everyone. The garage was clear and usable, the extra fridge/freezer was really helpful. There was plenty of parking. The basement had a great pool table and a couple of video games that were fun. The whole house just made you feel at home, and it was clean and beautiful. The privacy was also great. The hostess was extremely responsive when contacted. And there is plenty of room and can sleep a ton of people. I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for letting us use your home.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

The property is everything as described and more! We immediately felt at peace and appreciated the wonderful amenities (fully stocked kitchen, sauna, comfortable beds, window views). Duane was a ray of sunshine and incredible host. He stopped by to give us a history of the property and suggestions for enjoying nature. Our walks were relaxing and we enjoyed all the wildlife: birds playing in the morning, a groundhog running about, and busy squirrels. We would certainly stay again when in the area!

We had the best stay. Maggie and Scott were very communicative and friendly — even helping us acquire a parking pass which allowed us to park on the streets near the house. The house is charming with skylights and an awesome back patio. Our dog loved sitting in the sun out back and also enjoyed meeting other dogs on walks around the neighborhood and in Stanton Park just to the north. We adored that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The location is stellar for anyone who wants to be in the adorable Capitol Hill neighborhood and easily walk to The Mall, Eastern Market, and Navy Yard. We look forward to staying again!

Jennifer's place was perfect for a DC trip! It's a 2 minute walk from a bus stop that will bring you downtown. The neighborhood is safe, and the home is private. The kitchen was awesome, it had everything you would need (including 3 different ways to make coffee!). Jennifer was very proactive with the check-in and check-out instructions, and she was there if we needed anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for an affordable stay in DC.

The house was spacious, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the best surprises was the large collection of jigsaw puzzles — we had so much fun working on them during our stay! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

I really enjoyed The Flight Deck!” Beautiful home and the lights inside and outside were awesome (just like the pictures). The sofa was comfortable! Beds felt great, a gooood sleep. Bathrooms were clean. I love the heated floor too in the bathroom. My guests enjoyed the jacuzzi and we also enjoyed our s’mores at night, over the fire pit. Mike’s Crab house was great as always (about 15 minutes away). Thank you Cameron for a great time. My family is very thankful. 😌

Angie's place was perfect for a wedding my group went to on the island. Cooking in the kitchen was slightly difficult due to the limited pots and pans, but we made do. I reached out to Angie about the dishwasher not drying properly because we needed to re-wash the dishes that were from the prior renters because it smelled funky. She assured me that she was going to look into that issue. Overall the beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. yet still peaceful and quiet for a restful stay. Meka was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We truly appreciated the little extras, like complimentary coffee and wine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Tony’s place was warm, cozy and comfortable. And Tony was responsive and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was well stocked and lovingly maintained. All in all, a great place for our family.

Franco was always very quick to respond and accommodating to our requests. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which was important to us as we were celebrating Christmas there. The house is in a very quiet area with a large yard.

We stayed at this Airbnb while in town for a friend’s wedding, and it was the perfect spot for our group. The home was charming and spacious, and Adam was very nice, helpful, and accommodating to our travel schedule. We only wish we had more time to fully enjoy all the great amenities the house and town had to offer. Thank you!

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Great place, clean, had a little issue with the washing machine but Carlos responded fairly quickly. The House was a little far from the monuments but worth the stay. The stair are a little steep would not recommend anyone with a disability. Other that that I enjoys my stay.

It was really easy to book with John; the home was very relaxing to enjoy while visiting our family. The place is beautiful and spotless. John is a great host-we”re looking forward to booking again.

This townhouse is very conveniently located in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants and bars minutes away. The back of the house is adjacent to a cute and peaceful park. There is also great off street parking behind the house. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group, the showers were hot, and the kitchen perfectly functional. The interior has a few quirks with uneven floors and a steep, narrow staircase that could be challenging for some but fine for us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.
