Bjorg and her son were great! House was clean and accommodating. Got to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the Northern Lights - awesome trip!

This Airbnb was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly flexible and accommodating, making our stay seamless. One of the highlights was witnessing the northern lights right from outside—an unforgettable experience! The location was great, making it easy to take day trips while still enjoying a peaceful stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a well-located, well-managed, and truly special stay!

This was a lovely stay in quiet surroundings. Nestled in a grove of trees with a few other houses. We watched the northern lights from the jacuzzi on the deck. The house is very well equipped for cooking and comfort. Lots of space, everything you would need. About 15 minutes to a grocery, nice local crafts, lava museum and a great ice cream store. Close to the ferry to Westman Islands, which you can see from the house surrounds. Within an hour of great geological features and folk museum. We had just finished the Ring Road, staying in five other Airbnb’s along the way and this house ranked at the very top.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti durante il mio viaggio in Islanda e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale. L'alloggio è esattamente come descritto: accogliente, ben riscaldato e arredato con un gusto che richiama la semplicità e l’eleganza tipica islandese. La posizione è perfetta, a breve distanza da panorami naturali mozzafiato e dalle attrazioni locali, ideale per esplorare le meraviglie dell'isola. L’host è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, offrendo consigli preziosi su escursioni e itinerari per vivere al meglio la magia del territorio. Il check-in è stato semplice e senza intoppi, e la pulizia dell’alloggio è stata impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia immergersi nell’unicità dell’Islanda e godere di un soggiorno confortevole e autentico.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Dagny. Cette maison était la dernière escale de notre séjour en Islande alors nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort et les équipements (machine à laver, lits confortables, etc). Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié le bac à sable, les nombreux jouets disponibles dans la maison et l'aire de jeux située un peu plus loin à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse ! An amazing place! I must say, the actual space was even more amazing than I imagined! Everything in the house is fully equipped and thoughtfully prepared. The arrangement of the furniture and the decoration of the interior are in excellent taste—it is obvious that much thoughts has focused into every detail. Thanks to the owner for renting this house to us.

距離我們要去的幾個有名的瀑布開車都非常近，算是一個很不錯的停靠點，特別注意室內有樓梯，上下行李需要有點力氣，位置雖然偏僻，但打開窗戶就是風景，圖片與實際情況吻合，我們度過了美好的夜晚！

The apartment is absolutely sufficient for 2 people and corresponds 100% to the description. It really has everything you need for daily life. An ideal location to see the northern lights without light pollution. Important: as you can see in the photos, it is in the middle of nowhere, so an SUV is recommended. And the nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive away, as I said you are in the middle of nowhere. However, you can reach many interesting destinations on the south coast and the Golden Circle very easily (max. 1.5 hours by car). So we can recommend the apartment 100%.

Extreem proper en volledig uitgerust huis dat uiterst mooi en stijlvol is ingericht. Zeer vlotte communicatie met eigenaars. Perfect gelegen vlakbij de N1, maar toch rustig achterin. Ideale plek voor een rondreis. Wat een plezier om hier te mogen verblijven!

Amazing place. We sat in the hottub at night with - 10 degrees while it was pitch black. A moment we will never forget. The place looked even better than on the pictures. We cooked at the place two nights, the oven is amazing and all the equipment is there. Linda responded very quick and was very nice. Thank you Linda!!

We had an amazing stay here, the apartment was clean, organized, and had beautiful views. We were even lucky enough to see the Northern Lights on our last night there! Would definitely stay here again!
