We had a wonderful peaceful stay at Siggy’s which was completed kitted out including hot tub. It’s a great spot to sightsee many of the things in the Golden Circle and the south of the island. The cottage is cosy and warm even when weather outside was -6C. There are many great hiking trails and nature in abundance. Would highly recommend

We liked the place stayed 8 people. Dmitrii was accommodating to let us book last minute. Vik had storm and we returned back to area to enjoy some good Auroras.

I’m so grateful that I booked this apartment. Maria was outstanding, very attentive, responded always quickly and she even bake us a delish dessert. Cabin is exactly as described. Bed is good, space is beautiful and I was able to see the auroras from the cabin. Cabin is near the restaurant area of the city and lots of the amazing waterfalls that Iceland has to offer. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Thanks for everything!

Stayed as a group of 4 adults for 3 nights in January. Wonderful space. Very comfortable, warm and well appointed with clear instructions. The Hot tub was lovely and loads of space for 4 adults. Great location to explore- we used as a base to explore the Golden Circle, Skogafoss and Hvergerdi- all easy drive. And having the secret lagoon nearby was lovely for an evening unwind as well. Highly recommend

Stayed here three nights to explore the south of Iceland. Great spot for a base to explore the sites and for hikes. Even though the hot water smelt of egg I loved the idea of it all being geothermically heated and my skin and hair felt amazing after, hot tub was a great bonus. Cabin was massive with everything we needed and more, Spotify on the tv :) warm and snug and the hosts left great instructions. Thanks again :)

A special place that I hope to be able to go back to one day! Beautiful landscape and felt very connected to nature. Evenings in the hot tube looking at the stars is a memory for life! Very responsive and supportive host!

Einfach überragend! Die Hütte war perfekt – gemütlich, top ausgestattet und mit einer atemberaubenden Lage. Das absolute Highlight: Wir konnten die Polarlichter direkt über dem Pool und der Terrasse erleben – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Island in seiner schönsten Form genießen wollen.

The place was amazing to stay at. We were only there one night unfortunately but wished we’d stay the whole week! The surroundings are amazing and very reachable if you are doing the Golden circle. The apartment was just what we wanted and the hot tub made it extra special. Hjordis was very responsive and very friendly and we would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you again!

Diese Unterkunft ist traumhaft und idyllisch, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und sehr bequem. Nach einem langen Fahrt von Akureyri nach Süden wir sind einfach in einem Paradies gelandet-so hat auf uns die Unterkunft gewirkt! Versteckt zwischen Bäumen und viel Blumen , wunderschön ausgestattet und mit eine großartige Terrasse vorne ! Wir werden diese drei Nächte lange in Gedanken behalten! Eidur ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat sofort geantwortet und ein paar gute Hinweise gegeben was wir noch sehen können. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können nur dankbar sein und weiter empfehlen! Wirklich ein Paradies!

We absolutely loved staying at Hjörtur’s property - peaceful, private, cosy, welcoming and exactly as described. The hot tub with geothermal water was the highlight, as it allowed us to observe northern lights from the warm embrace of the healing water, leaving our skin and hair super soft and our bodies and minds super relaxed. The location of the cottage is perfect for exploring the Golden Circle and we couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience in Iceland. Hjörtur was fast to respond to our messages and was extremely helpful. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, private retreat, with options to hike and explore stunning Icelandic landmarks. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our time at Lydur and Elva's place! It was clean, cozy, charming and filled with everything we needed. It was fantastic to be able to come back to a hot tub and warm, welcoming home every day. Lydur and Elva were kind and flexible when meeting us early in the morning after our early arrival--we were so grateful for that and for being able to stay at their wonderful place!

Fantastic place to stay. The area is beautiful, and the cabin come with everything you could need. The host were helpful when needed, with clear instructions around the house.

This little cabin in the woods was so cute and in the perfect location. The bed was a cozy nest and we didn't want to leave. The host had great communication and clear instructions on how to get there. We forgot some eyeglasses and were able to retrieve them with no issues. I would highly recommend staying here!

Le logement proposé n'a pas de cuisine. C'est une grande chambre avec une salle de bain et un salon. malgré tout, l'hôte nous a prêté des ustensiles de cuisine et un accès à son barbecue

What a special spot! Gísli was a responsive host and the accommodation was simple but perfectly situated to take in the beautiful surroundings. It was comfortable and complete with everything we needed.

het huisje was perfect. alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig en het huisje was al lekker warm toen we aankwamen. we hebben 7 dagen in het huisje gezeten en het was zeker het geld waard.

The place was amazing. Hannes was responsive and extremely helpful. He checked in when there was very bad weather which we really appreciated. The place was also beautiful. It truly made my trip so much better. There’s also a great tomato restaurant right by the place which was awesome. Would highly recommend!

Tolle Lage und tolle Sauna! Wir waren absolut zufrieden

L’emplacement est discret, paisible, appartement était propre, il y avait un jacuzzi à proximité. Tout s’est bien passé, je recommande.

Beautiful area! Home was exactly as pictured. Little bit of a learning curve on the appliances for an American, but everything worked properly. Home is hidden in a little patch of woods, quaint and quiet! Great experience and would stay again.

What’s lovely cabin!! Clean, cosy and amazing location for example 25 minutes drive to the secret lagoon or 20 minutes drive to the great Geyser!, possibilities are endless Valla was a great host, she assisted us and helped us when we needed some advice! My children really loved the cabin sometimes they just wanted to stay in and use the hot tub instead of going out!! It was our first time in Iceland and we had a great time!! Thank you V
