The condo was very nice and comfortable. The host was responsive and provided good instructions ahead of time. The location is great, just a short slide to the condo lift. It is true ski in ski out, and provides a great Sugarloaf experience!

Christopher was a great host and the place was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back. Cozy and warm atmosphere with everything you need for the perfect ski trip. Christopher was accommodating and very helpful during our first trip out here.

Amanda’s place was so comfortable and such a great location! She went above and beyond to reach out beforehand and while we were there if we needed anything. The driveway was plowed before we arrived and even once the weekend we were there after a big snow storm. She was a great host and that alone is enough to make us want to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Cheryl and Ambers place. Prompt response always. Great view of sugar loaf mountain. The pool was a bonus. There place had all the essentials you need. I only have a few minor complaints it was very hot with no AC. There was only one fan and no screen doors. Also it could use a deep cleaning. Other than that our stay was great very quiet and relaxing.

The house was very nice, really good size, and right down the street from the Franklin County Fair that was going on at the time.

We loved our stay! This location exceeded our expectations, as it felt very remote but was also 5-10 minutes from skiing, or getting a meal. We cooked at least of the time, & found everything we needed in the kitchen. Each room was so comfortable and lovely. Jenn's plants were an inspiration! Very private and restorative. Don't miss the hot tub!

Great stay at the house. The house was very clean! If you have little kids, be aware that the house has a lot of fragile items and decor. Also, if kids want to play outside, they are limited as to where they can play and what they can do outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I would come back here in a heartbeat! Super cute but had tons of space for lounging. Not far from Sunday River and was easy to drive back and forth.

this house is awesome! super close to Sunday River right up the road within minutes. we had a group of 10 men for an annual guys ski trip and it fit everyone comfortably. house is as advertised, was very clean and had all the amenities in pictures

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! Darryl was an amazing host, super responsive and full of great local recommendations. The place was spotless, cozy, and just a short drive to Sunday River where we skied. We loved using the sauna, hot tub, and game room, it was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, and we spent evenings by the fireplace with a glass of wine, enjoying the beautiful view from the terrace. It was the perfect getaway, and we’re already looking forward to coming back! Thank you Darryl!

The Cozy Home in Wilton worked out perfect for us! We were in the area for 3 weeks for work, and this was a perfect little home for the time we were there. I had all the amenities to keep us comfortable during our time. It does not have a washer/dryer, which would have been nice, but there is a Laundromat less than a mile from the house. Also, one of the best breweries in the area is just a short 3 minute drive down into town. Kyle is also super great and responsive! One of the fire detectors was low battery and beeping, and Kyle came over right away and fixed it for us when we told him about it.

A cozy, fun chalet right on the river! A few of us stayed at Amy's home for a ski trip to Mt. Abram (40 mins away), Black Mountain of Maine (10 mins away), and Saddleback (1 hour away) - it was a perfect middle-ground. The sauna was such a treat! The place feels larger in person than in photos, which made it even better! We trekked into the back yard with 3 feet of snow and were stunned by the beauty of the frozen river. We would absolutely come back!

On est venus en famille et on a adoré la maison! Elle est authentique, très chaleureuse et confortable. Le jardin est super mignon et tranquille, on a profité des chaises de jardin pour prendre le soleil. Aucun de nous ne captait internet, mais il y a un classeur dans la maison avec plein de recommandations de choses à faire dans les environs, j'ai trouvé ça génial. On a exploré Farmington, et bien sûr les lacs alentours. c'est une région incroyable, un rêve pour les randonneurs!

I've been going to Rangeley/Saddleback Mtn for many years. Steven's place was located in a very nice quiet area, great for walking my dogs, just a few miles to the mountain and downtown. I appreciate being able to have dogs with me as well. I'd enjoy staying here again.

Such a peaceful retreat! The cabin was spacious, super comfortable, and tucked away in the woods, which made it feel really private and relaxing. Loved how quiet it was - perfect spot to unwind and recharge. Would absolutely come back!

Beautiful property! We had a group stay for spring skiing. The house was more than spacious enough for us all. Was an easy ride to Sugarloaf. We had a fire outside and enjoyed the hot tub. A couple of friends actually took a plunge in the freezing cold river. Who could resist with it right in the backyard! Will absolutely be back again! Great host and house

Adams place was a great stay for a week of skiing. Minutes from Sunday River and many restaurants. Place was clean and comfortable. Adam was super responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Craig's place. There was plenty of room for our group, which consisted of four couples. The house is close to Sugarloaf which was so convenient for the skiers. We stayed inside one of the days as it was bitter cold and were all comfortable hanging out in the living room playing games. Craig was flexible and allowed us to check in a little early and pay to stay longer through the last day. The view of the bog and mountain from the kitchen is gorgeous and we were able to get a small walk in following the little trail that borders the property and bog. All in all it was a convenient and cozy stay.

A beautiful location to spend the start of April. We were looking for quiet and we got exactly that. But there was still plenty open for us to get out in town for meals and entertainment. The house is beautifully and simply decorated and offers plenty of games, books, and all the amenities we needed. I would absolutely do this exact visit, same time of year and same place, again if I had the opportunity.
