Great spot for a ski weekend at Sunday River! Lovely home with nice attention to detail and amenities!

Sweet Tart Orchard What a lovely stay! The place was so cozy and comfortable :) We requested a S’mores kit and apple cider, and they were both amazing—so refreshing and just what we needed! Unfortunately, we lost power during our stay, but Peter kept the communication smooth and helpful. The water was clean and crisp, and we enjoyed a peaceful walk to the swimming hole. We had so much fun playing with the dogs, Pepper and Tater, and feeding the goats, Bacon and Avocado. It was so nice to stroll around and take in the beautiful surroundings :) Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay! ❤️❤️

We love staying at the Brownie. It’s a great home for any active family that appreciates a quiet surrounding. Great home and so close to SR. It can’t be beat.

The house is exactly as described, comfy and cheerful with sun streaming through the stained glass windows. As a bonus it’s on a very quiet dead end street in a little town with restaurants near lots of downhill and cross country skiing. Jamie was quick to respond and eager to help make our stay wonderful which it was! Note it’s a charming old house with 1 1/2 baths. We had to stagger showers.

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

We enjoyed this stay very much. It was very conveniently located close to Sunday River, which made our skiing plans easy to execute. The hot tub was definitely a plus and the house easily accommodated our multiple adults, kids, and even a couple dogs.

My family and I had a great ski weekend! Bonus I got to bring the pups along to enjoy the weekend. It was cozy and the hot tub was a great bonus after a long ski day. The rental company was very responsive, even on a weekend night which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely book again

I stayed here with a friend of mine and her dog, and this place was excellent. Perfect for a getaway weekend: very comfy couch, multiple bathrooms, hot tub. Place was clean and welcoming, Renee was very accommodating and responsive, and it was appreciated! Totally worth it and I’d love to stay again in future!

Great stay. Just as advertised. Kids loved the bunk beds and being able to ski to the lift right out the back door. Added bonus that the pool was in the same building. Overall just what we expected.

Two of my teenagers and I had a lovely stay at Kim's apartment. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to prepare meals. We appreciated having our own space - I in the good-sized bedroom and the teenagers in the loft. We used the shuttle to get back and forth to the mountain, which was convenient. Overall, we had a great experience.

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

Great place to stay if you need lots of room for a group and don't mind sharing an open space. We always enjoy coming back each year with friends. Sugarloaf is just down the road and we will be planning our next stay with Rose when we come back!

This place was fantastic! Very charming, cozy, and well-equipped. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after a long day of skiing. Brett was an excellent host- he truly thought of everything. Our group drove in two cars, and Brett made sure to shovel enough space at the base of the driveway for both to fit. He also provided sleds to help transport our things up- a great idea! We really enjoyed it here and would love to stay again in the future. Thanks, Brett!

Beautiful mountain cabin in a great location thats close to Sugarloaf and Saddleback mtn as well as atv/snowmobile trails.

Patricia’s apartment in downtown Kingfield was perfect for a quick ski trip to Sugarloaf and to catch the lunar eclipse while we were there. The kitchen was very well equipped for a nice dinner and cozy hang with her sweet cat Lucy, who was also a great guest! Would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic condo 4 minutes from Sunday River. Perfect place to stay for a few days of skiing/riding. Condo was clean and well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to return next season!
