We have stayed in many places across the states and I must say that this is the first and only home we have stayed in with good beds. In fact, they are great beds. The location is very quiet very peaceful and very secure. The courtyard are beautiful. Everything we needed was supplied. The house was very clean and such a peaceful place to be and to come back to and relax very spacious. We will definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend this place anytime.

over all the house was the size we needed. although the pool didn't heat for us, Laura was promt in refunding our deposit for that. the grill needs to be updated with full propane tanks. the rooms were spacious, and there was enough space for everyone.

This home was Great! Clean! My friends and I are already planning to book again in the summer so we can enjoy the pool!.

We highly recommend staying at Julie's Guesthouse. Pool for the summer and a beautifully decorated three bedroom house. IT was perfect. The linings, bed and temperature controls were awesome. We slept like a bunch of logs. The house was even decorated for Christmas. A very nice touch by the host Julie. She was fantastic.

The place is just as described. It was clean and cozy and had all of the things we needed. The host was very friendly and gave clear instructions. Definitely recommend.

The house was absolutely perfect! We needed a placed for 8 people for Texas Tech graduation weekend. Plenty of parking for three cars. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. Beds were comfortable. Linens were luxurious. Quiet safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay and would rent again!!!

We'll be back! We visit family in Lubbock every few months and have found our final location to call our home away from home. Perfect in every respect.

This property was in the perfect location. We were close to pretty much everything and family was just minutes away which made our visit so nice. It was the perfect location if you like peace and quiet. The home was perfect for our little family. Tyler was great. Our first day leaving the house we couldn't lock the door but Tyler was quick to responding and had plan B all ready so we were great afterwards and that was the only minor problem which only took about 5 minutes. This will definitely be our spot from now on when we travel to Lubbock, TX. Thank you Tyler for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful property. We definitely enjoyed our stay. 👍🏾

Perfect house for a one night stay in Lubbock for a concert nearby! The house was spacious, extremely clean, had everything we would need, and Ruth was in constant communication with all instructions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Love the location, room sizes bathrooms were very nice. kitchen easily to cook and talk with other guests. If ever needed will request same location. Kristen was very helpful when needed.

Great place to stay while in Lubbock area. Very easy to get to and in central area of town. Easy access to shopping, Texas Tech and restaurants. The property was amazing with plenty of space. The decor of the house was amazing and the cleanliness of property was top notch. Highly recommend staying at this property and would love to book in future visits.

I don’t know where to begin. A private mansion in the middle of a vineyard… the house is Gorgeous, comfortable, well stocked and private! This is by far the best airbnb experience we have had! It was hard to leave! The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful - definitely worth booking!!!!

I loved staying in this home it was very clean and the bathrooms were very aesthetic. And the owners communication was amazing. I had no problems whatsoever staying in this house it it’s very spacious and I love the TV and the fake fireplace overall, such a wonderful home and wonderful airbnb hosts!

Jeffrey's house is very clean, very welcoming and well taken care of. It's in a nice neighborhood. Unfortunately that would be my last visit to Lubbock as my son has graduated but I would definitely recommend his property to anyone visiting Lubbock Tx.
