My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this chalet for over a month.  The location was beautiful, the sunsets were amazing, and the house was very clean. Upon arrival, it looked even better than the pictures!  We enjoyed strolls around the property (particularly to the secret creek), making bonfires, and sitting on the deck into the evenings to take in the expansive view.  The space itself was ideal for our needs, with two master suites providing comfort and privacy and a cozy loft space that was perfect for reading and streaming shows.  The full eat-in kitchen and big dining table were also well used. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again to see the seasons change and further explore the area!

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The property was beautiful and very private. The house was large and for the most part had everything we needed with the exception of towels. We traveled with 8 adults and 3 kids and there was not enough bathroom towels, and absolutely no kitchen towels to do dishes. The house was also very cold in the bedrooms and the thermostats were all locked so there was no way to adjust. They said they were set at 69-70 but it was more of 66 in the house at all times according to baby monitors. The washer also smelt really had of mold. However, despite these we had a great stay.

Our stay Brandy’s was great! We had no complaints at all, great house, hot tub was awesome, beds were comfy, showers were hot, everything was noticeably cleaned well, there was also s’more stuff left for us which was awesome. The house’s location was very private which was also great. Very nice place I’d definitely recommend to anyone interested in the house or area, we went to the caverns and stake parks and down town areas near by and it was all very lovely!!

Moonlight Trail is a magical getaway! The house is gorgeous and beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and offers the perfect mix of group fun and solo relaxation. Our group of friends loved the variety of activities—ping pong tournaments, soaking in the hot tub, cooking family-style meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and unwinding around the fire pit with books and conversation. The location is so ideal for nature lovers and hikers/trail runners, with a Shenandoah National Park trailhead just steps from the house. A group of our crew tackled the Broad Hollow/Pine Hill Gap trail (about 1500 ft ascent!) and were rewarded with stunning waterfalls and breathtaking views of Hot Mountain and Short Mountain. The combination of seclusion, endless activities at the house, and easy access to breweries, distilleries, and charming Sperryville made this trip unforgettable. Already dreaming of coming back!

Connie is a great host and the 6-person house in Castleton was a wonderful retreat, just what we were looking for. The house was as fantastic as the photos show. Be sure to see their additional 'Grounds' photos on their website. The hottub was hot, clean and worked great (even in winter). During our visit, the donkey, miniponies, goats and ze-donkey were fun to watch grazing in the fields in the field on the other side of the backyard fence. Stargazing was great at night. A bbq grill was on back deck, and a propane tabletop social 'firepit' which was great for morning coffee hangout. A woodstove (& everything I need to get it started) was in the living room. We walked the paved 4+ mile loop to see more of their animals.

We had a lovely experience here, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The host, Connie, was very kind, helpful, and responsive. I would highly recommend this spot to others looking for a pleasant getaway.

Beautiful countryside and lovely renovated farm house that captured rural life. Peaceful and very relaxing with a stream flowing near the edge of the property along with cows feeding beyond a wooden fence. We enjoyed several evenings by the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs. We also enjoyed the hot tub on a couple of occasions. We fixed all of our meals on property including using the gas barbecue grill one evening. It was great having a dishwasher and a walk-in pantry to store all our groceries. We hiked 4 days in the Shenandoah National Park and appreciated having a washer and dryer on site. The three beds were quite comfortable. The two full baths, each with a shower, were quite nice and my wife enjoyed soaking in the large tub one night. Would definitely stay at this location again.

A beautiful home in a very beautiful and peaceful setting. If you need to get away to recharge, this would be a place to do it.

This experience has to be the finest in the Airbnb system. Certainly the best I have experienced. Handy to multiple wineries. Short drive to Syline Drive, Blueridge Parkway, and Shenandoah National Park. I am going to encourage my kids to include it as a weekend getaway place. Looks like he is working to add a sauna. Best host experience I have ever had.

Beautiful villa in private peaceful surroundings. We loved chatting to Jack who was very welcoming, friendly and generous. We enjoyed our room very much and the breakfast that was cooked by Jack himself. We got a true B&B experience which is more and more rare to find these days. Good location to explore the Shenandoah from - we went to Luray caverns, skyline drive and Monticello - all within not too far driving distance.

What an incredible stay! The home was spotlessly clean—truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was pristine, which made it feel so welcoming and comfortable. It was also beautifully and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere throughout. The outdoor space was just as impressive—peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the fenced-in hot tub area, which made it easy to unwind while our dogs stayed safe nearby. And the sauna was such a cool and unexpected bonus! The location is secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close to wineries, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We had the most relaxing weekend with family and friends—this place is a true gem. We can’t wait to return!

The house was beautiful and beds were very comfortable. My family enjoyed the game room and the backyard. Great place to stay with family to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Great way to end our Spring Break!

Great, quiet house by the river. The room and the bed are very comfy and the breakfast is fabulous! Jack is a very kind and nice host. Would recommend anyone to stay at his home for the weekend.

The Skybridge house is spacious and huge for our group’s reunion. The kitchen is a full size and has all necessary items. The living room is good for the group, but the TV was a small for the size of living room. Out group spent most of the time in Sun room and back yard all the × it’s quiet relaxing and private backyard is gorgeous. There is nothing wrong to spot it out , plus they have lot of parking space to accommodate at least 8-10 cars. Overall. We love the house.

The absolute best of AirBNB - amazing cabin, gorgeous views, everything worked perfectly, clean and cozy, and a very gracious host who could not have been more responsive to every question, combined with an onsite manager who was over-the-top helpful. What a beautiful place! We will be back. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Daniel was the most commutative and friendly host! he answered all of our questions and the stay was absolutely astounding! when you ride into the place on the gravel road, once you get to the private fence in the front that leads to the tiny home, you are totally captivated. it looks like a picture out of a magazine. The space is incredibly large and the trails were so calm and peaceful to walk with our dog. we really enjoyed ourselves. the home itself was comfortable. have all the amenities that you need. we would definitely be coming back again. we enjoyed our experience and the hot tub, start getting that done early so you can enjoy it for the whole trip that you were there.

This was a great find. Peaceful and secluded with all the amenities you could ever need from a jacuzzi tub to a fire-pit to a grill to a hot tub to a fully loaded kitchen! Upon arrival, we were stoked to find the cabin looked exactly like the photos and it was impeccably clean! My wife and I really enjoyed the serenity while still being close enough to the Shenandoah National Park with amazing hiking trails and mountain views. Corey was an amazing host; super friendly, responsive, and quick with local recommendations upon request. 10/10 would visit again!

We had a great stay, the view from the cabin is beautiful. The road is very rough leading up to the cabin but they do offer a vehicle if needed. The cabin itself looked recently renovated and was very clean inside, we enjoyed using the wood stove and hot tub. With no leaves on the trees, it does feel a little more exposed as there is newly constructed houses above and behind the cabin, but it was still fairly private.

The only part of the stay that didn't get 5 stars was that it wasn't quite as secluded as I'd hoped for. There are a number of homes on the road to the cabin, and a thin line of trees breaks the view. Admittedly unless you're looking for the other houses you don't notice them, so I got past that quickly enough. That said, the cabin was perfect, clean, cozy and everything worked as stated. Having grown up in the country, but living in a city now, I felt the stress melt away as soon as I stepped into the massive yard where my son and I spent a lot of time playing soccer and other sports. My son and wife really enjoyed the hot tub. The location is 15 minutes away from Luray which meant that the stars were amazing for the brief break in the clouds we got, but that it was close enough to get groceries and take out as needed. Plus it's about 20 minutes away from Front Royal so there are places to go and enjoy like Skyline or Luray Caverns. Jackie was a great and responsive host!

We absolutely LOVED the cabin and didn't want to leave. It was beautiful, a great mix of rustic and modern. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms. We enjoyed having the hot tub and the fire pit. The beds were comfy. It was a peaceful and a fantastic trip. We plan to stay again in the future.

we had a great experience. it's very tranquil and a very nice get away. I needed it and had a quiet night enjoying the hot tub, playing board games and just relaxing away from the real world.
