Amazing vacation spot! 🏝️ location is great, with a beautiful beach and peaceful environment. Clean spacious house, including a private clean pool made the stay even more enjoyable

Joyce was very responsive, warm, helpful. Her home was comfortable, clean, as described, and minutes from the airport. The pool, outdoor area, and BBQ was a lovely bonus. Can’t go wrong! Would easily recommend to anyone visiting Rarotonga.

We really enjoyed staying in the home. Fantastic communication with the hosts, very close to club Raro to use as a base for activity pick ups and a handy easy walk to a 24 hour grocery store. As he home is on the main road this is also on the bus route that goes around the island. The home was comfortable, well set out with plenty of space and contained the listed amenities. I would recommend this as a place to stay in rarotonga.

Nice location with a elevated view over the lagoon, pool was an added bonus, house was exactly like the pictures, the property was well looked after and the host was very informative with a book of information supplied on the bench upon arrival and exciting messages guiding and helping me arrange other aspects of the trip before I arrived to the island. Very enjoyable time in Rarotonga would recommend this place to people looking for a more affordable option to other smaller places on the island.

Affordable accommodation, a home away from home. Perfect home for the bigger family. Air conditioning in the bedrooms which are a life saver 🤣 Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

What a location and property - right on the beach and with a pool. We had clear instructions on how to find the property and were met and shown around. There is plenty of comfortable seating outside in the shade and the pool was extremely clean and tended. My only suggestion would be for additional air condition units for all the bedrooms. Thank you so much to Shona, Paul, and Manine for all of your help to make this an excellent holiday experience for our family!! We travelled as a group of eight from two countries (Aus and NZ), with an age range of 6 to 70yo. The villa was very well presented and although one of four in fairly close proximity, we felt that we had our own private space with great neighbors! The pool is shared, but that was never a problem as our 6yo enjoyed the company of other kids, or with just us in the pool as well. The location was fantastic, very close to a great snorkeling/ swimming beach at Black Rock, and a 10 min drive to Aro'a Beach for more awesome swimming and snorkeling. We look forward to the opportunity to come back again!!

A really nice home located on the best side of the island, close to amenities and restaurants and some of the nicest beaches and snorkeling on Rarotonga. The house is really well appointed with modern appliances and is clean and tidy, with great views. Don't expect to walk anywhere, you will need and car or scooters to get around. the pool and large deck area is perfect for an afternoon cocktail and to watch the sun go down.

This place is absolutely fantastic!! We had a family group of all ages, everyone had their own room and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us not to be under each other's feet. The house is beachfront, and a short walk to delicious restaurants. Plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc. Kelly was a great host who made us very welcome. We would highly recommend it.

we had a great stay at Clearwater Lagoon. we spent most mornings exploring the island activities, and afternoons relaxing on the beach. Perfect holiday.

This accommodation was perfect. We were attending a family wedding at a near by resort and we were able to walk up the beach. Linda was amazing and always on hand to help. The beds were very comfortable. If I’m ever back in Rarotonga I will definitely be looking this place up again. Highly recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Amori Villa. The house is spacious, wonderfully decorated and well situated, with a short drive to a number of wonderful snorkelling beaches, town for groceries and anything else you could want. Our family absolutely loved our time here. Communication from the hosts was excellent and they were always eager to help and point us in the right direction. Thank you for an amazing stay! We hope to be back one day and would love to stay here again!

The ladies managing for the owners are wonderful and they give us free passion fruits daily, always asking if there’s anything we need. It’s so peaceful and off the main road so best night sleep on the island for sure.

Evangeline’s home was exactly as described—if not better. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host did an exceptional job maintaining cleanliness and ensuring everything was perfectly in place. We actually wanted to extend, that’s how happy we were with the place. Thanks Triffie / Lhia and Tony - booking was an ease and communications and response to messages - information and needs where great. The microwave died and the very next day there was a new one to use for remainder of our stay. Really good location for local amenities and snacks and eat in or takeaway foods. Our shared beach front was great to explore and as we also had fences between this gave a great mix of privacy and connection to our neighbour travellers. Would only say that the fans in the living room area were a bit small to handle the heat of the island in Feb. It was a great stay and would hire again for next visit !!

We had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth's beach house. The place was well equipped, clean, and spacious, plus the snorkelling right outside our doorstep was incredible (there's also a place to rent all the equipment right there too) The bus stop to go in either direction was easily accessible, and there's a cafe right nearby as well which do great toasties.

This place truly felt like a home away from home! The house is prestige, stunning, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was a fantastic bonus - we loved being able to swim whenever we wanted. We loved our stay here! I had an amazing time staying here with my siblings. The house and neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which was a huge relief for us. The location was super convenient. just a short distance from the airport, a 24-hour shop, and Nikao Beach. It was the perfect base for our family getaway. We were also just a short trip away from the town, which we visited often. We were tucked away from the main road, making it peaceful and private. I highly recommend this beautiful home to any family - it's a real gem! You'll have just as great a time as we did. Rebecca was an amazing host! She was always quick to respond to our messages and went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed it. Her hospitality is top lvl!

This was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and have quiet space away from the busy trip we had. We were able to drop our bags and medication off early, check-in was a breeze, the house was well equipped and great for our needs, I am sad we had to leave! Looking forward to heading back there. Wow, what an absolute treat. We have whanau living on the Island who said that this was their dream home. No wonder! We were incredibly surprised at the size of the property. Worked perfectly well for our whanau of nine. The perfect location with easy access to the beach, each room with its own ensuite, the whare had everything we needed. Air conditioning in the main bedrooms. Amazing views to wake up to every morning. We used the BBQ area one night, kitchen had everything we needed. There were a couple of minor things with the home (a sliding door not working properly, and a little worn in some areas) BUT that did not affect us enjoying the Villa at all. Jo and Mike were an absolute delight, being available if we needed them and letting us know if they were out. And big thank you to them. There were bikes, kayaks, reef shoes and snorkels if we needed them and we enjoyed the puzzles that were provided. Overall, a must stay if you're ever in Rarotonga. We will hopefully be back.

We had the best time at Pauline's villa. It was perfect for our large family group, and just stunning. There were lots of different areas for us to gather in, both indoors and outdoors, and we especially loved the pool. The house had everything we needed, including for cooking at home several nights. Pauline and Pete were great hosts, very responsive and proactive, from communicating several weeks ahead of our arrival, and then all the way through our stay. She responded quickly to our messages and questions, gave us really handy tips and advice, and even provided beach towels when we realised we were short a couple. This was a fantastic experience and we would recommend Pauline and this beautiful villa to anyone travelling to Rarotonga. Thanks so much :)

We had had an amazing stay at Wayne and katya’s. His sister who stay in the house next door was lovely and very kind. Beautiful views over the water and of the sunset. Close to the supermarket and airport. Relaxing and private. Wayne gave very good clear instructions and map to find the house. Definitely would highly recommend 😊
