My family and I stayed here for 8 nights, and I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, providing us with local information about Pisa and the surrounding area. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything needed during your stay. The location was a short, peaceful walk into the centre. We loved every minute of being there and didn't want to leave. We would definitely like to come back for a second stay.

This was probably the single best AirBnB we ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed. Eleonora was a perfect hostess. The location was ideal for us--it's just outside the old center of Florence, a 20 minute walk from the most touristed parts of the center, but as a result it was nice and quiet, and residential. The apartment is so well-decorated, elegant...and being so clean and lovely is not a given in Italy (we have much experience and this was by far the nicest in Italy we've ever stayed in). Brava, Eleonora!

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Séjour merveilleux à Florence, appartement très sympa et fonctionnel où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous : bonne literie, environnement calme, de l'espace et de la place pour les affaires, etc. Idéalement situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre donc au calme. Place de garage, à l'abri et bien protégée : un must ! Enfin et surtout, nous avons été bien accueillis et Nicholle a toujours été disponible à distance dans la seconde, nous renseignant à chaque fois avec efficacité et précision. De plus, elle a été amicale et très souple quant à nos horaires de départ et d'arrivée... MERCI. Je recommande ++++

Sowohl die Unterkunft, als auch die Gastgeber waren super. Es war sehr ruhig und idyllisch, der Außenbereich lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Supermärkte und Restaurants können mit dem Auto in <10 Minuten erreicht werden und die Lage ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge in alle Teile der Toskana. Vielen Dank für alles, wir freuen uns auf nächstes Mal!

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

We had a wonderful four-night stay at Leonardo’s place in Bologna! The classic charm and beautiful character of the historical apartment made us feel like we’d been transported to another time and place. At the same time, the modern amenities were much appreciated, and everything was clean and in perfect working order. The private terrace was a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, and our host was communicative and responsive throughout. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again someday!

Prima en ruim appartement in een complex van meerdere gasten verblijven. Goede centrale ligging in de Chianti. Mooi uitzicht vanaf terras van appartement La Capanna delle Barteline.
