Wonderful hosts; A gorgeous, cosy, practical, light and spacy house in a very quiet street in the town centre. Lovely garden. So clean, even the kitchenware and cupboards are spotless; high quality linen. Lots of Airbnb places become dumping places for the owners' old junk, have dirty unusable kitchen stuff and an array of previous guests' half empty shampoos, spice jars, etc. This is place is as spotless and clutterless as a boutique hotel. Love it!

Een leuk verblijf gehad. De woning is gezellig en praktisch ingericht. De communicatie met Lydia verliep vlot. Er was zelfs aan een kerstboom gedacht.

Wij hebben twee heerlijke weken doorgebracht in de Orangerie van Eveline. De accommodatie is boven verwachting ruim en compleet maar ook mooi ingericht. Het uitzicht op de paardenweide is prachtig en vanaf de B&B loop je direct het bos in. Veel alternatieve wandelroutes zijn relatief dichtbij. De twee lieve honden van Eveline waren een cadeautje. Af en toe kwamen ze langs voor een knuffel of een speelmoment met onze hond. Wij zullen zeker nog eens terugkomen.

We had such a wonderful stay. It was so relaxing and the facilities were great. It was a perfect getaway.

Een fijn huis om in te verblijven! Gezellig en praktisch ingericht met o.a. mooie kamerplanten, hou ik van.... Een heerlijke tuin, alle privacy! We hebben veel gewandeld in de prachtige omgeving.

We werden heel vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen en kregen een rondleiding door de studio en een uitleg over de omgeving. De studio was comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Omdat we naar het EK baanwielrennen gingen, was er weinig tijd om de omgeving te verkennen. Hiervoor komen we graag nog een keer terug!

We were three guys traveling to an exhibition nearby. The place was very cozy, clean and had all you need for a quiet weekend. there was a supermarket in a walking distance and the city center is 5-minute drive away. Mie was very attentive and everything was perfect. we hope to visit again in the future!

Nos encantó quedarnos aquí!! La estancia fue maravillosa, la casa esta hermosa y estaba super limpia, la ubicación es perfecta ya que esta conectada a varias estaciones y a 20 minutos caminando del centro. La comunicación con Younes y Samya fue muy atenta y rápida. Nos volveríamos a quedar aquí sin pensarlo!!

Heel mooi gelegen accommodatie naast de historische Zandpoort. Ondanks de locatie heel rustig. Alles is aanwezig en het appartement was heel proper.

We really enjoyed the few days we spent at Stijn & Magali's apartment. The weather was very cold outside but inside it was very comfortable and cosy and had everything we needed. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the central train station, and although it is situated in a lively area was very quiet and peaceful at night. We would happily go back.

Wij hebben een super leuke tijd gehad in Eindhoven. Het huisje is zeer goed gelegen, op wandelafstand van het centrum. Alles is in het huis aanwezig en het is zeer net. Je voelt jou meteen thuis. Je kan altijd terecht bij Awatief indien er iets is. wij komen zeker terug.

We had a pleasant stay in Antwerp. The apartment was very beautiful and practical. The location is perfect: the tram around the corner goes straight to the city center and the neighbourhood is lovely. We strongly recommend it!

Met z’n vieren verbleven we in het huis van Patrick. De locatie is top, tramhalte op 5 minuten en leuke wandelroutes richting de stad. Supermarkt om de hoek. Aanraders: de biertuin bij Seef en het visrestaurant Fiskekur. Die laatste wel even reserveren.

Un tout grand merci. Nous avons passé un très chouette moment. Appartement au top. Merci à Steven pour les attentions, explications, renseignements, réactivité. A recommander et proche du centre d’Anvers. Tram à deux minutes. Top

Van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles aanwezig in keuken en bezemkast. Rustig maar in de buurt van alles wat je nodig hebt. Dikke 10, een aanrader!!

I had a great four month stay at Micky’s property. To start the location is perfect if you wish to commute like I did to the Netherlands and other parts of Belgium. The area is peaceful with easy to access parking on the street. The apartment is well maintained and perfect for an individual or couple! There is a great office with an adjustable desk which is a nice touch. The apartment is fully equipped and if there are any issues Micky is always on hand and is very responsive. Quiet neighbours either side and a lovely family downstairs. There’s a great balcony for some outside space in the summer and plenty of space in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. This was a real find!

Hannes was a great host very responsive and the place looks exactly as listed very clean easy parking i will surely be back here TOP !

I stayed for 5 days for work and I wanted a clean and quiet house. It met my expectations. Frank's quick response made my work easier.

Sascha’s place was absolutely delightful to stay at. We came to Antwerp for an event and really enjoyed having a peaceful place to retreat from the crowds at the end of a long day. The location is perfect and the host is incredibly helpful. It is so well decorated, well stocked with all the amenities.

We had a great time and everything was very clean (which is very important to us) :) It was a bit outside of the city center, which is why we only gave 4 out of 5 stars, but there is the tram close by and by foot you're in the city center within 30-35 minutes. You can tell they took their time with the interior and payed close attention to the information regarding the building, parking, etc. - you are given a whole document and even links to YouTube videos, amazing :)

Centraal gelegen flat met uitzicht op Tunnelplaats & Konijnenpijp. Ruime flat, voor 3 personen, met achteraan een leuk terrasje. Vriendelijke gastheren !!

We had another fantastic stay at Ann’s place! This was our third year visiting, and as always, everything was perfect. The house is modern, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. The location is ideal, especially for attending the fair, and Ann is a truly wonderful host—warm, welcoming. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!!

I had a wonderful couple of nights at Saskia’s place. It was so close to the city centre and I could park my car. Saskia was lovely and very helpful and the studio had all the amenities one could wish for. Very clean and comfortable - a happy place!
