Большое спасибо Уве и Тукте, за наш отличный отпуск. Дом замечательный. На самом деле, он выглядит значительно лучше, чем на фотографиях. Прекрасная гостиная с настоящей деревянной мебелью. Отличная спальня с большой кроватью. Как указано в описании, дом не оборудован кондиционерами, но так как весь дом, можно сказать, состоит из окон ))), в нем всегда прохладно. Его укрывают большие пальмы и он всегда в тени. В доме есть два мощных вентилятора, если кому-то станет жарко. Есть замечательная веранда, на которой приятно завтракать и ужинать. Очень понравилась кухня на улице))) Для самостоятельного приготовления пищи все есть (посуда, кастрюли, сковорода и т. д.), вплоть до моющих средств. Раз в неделю Тукта убирает дом, меняет белье и полотенца. Я жила в гостиницах 5 звезд, но такую прекрасную уборку вижу впервые. Дом стоит в прекрасном саду. Тишина, слышно только пение птиц. Loved staying, loved the pool, we wanted somewhere just to chill as we have done a lot of sight seeing. Alan And Nuch's place was perfect and they were very approachable, great to talk to without being intrusive. Even though you are staying in their back yard you still have privacy. Alan was very helpful in arranging a driver for excursions and drive to airport and places to visit. We walked to the markets, restuarants, laundry, Rawai Bch.(seafood mkts).

Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber alles ist vorhanden. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Kommunikation klappte wie am Schnürchen. Dennis und sein Team waren sehr hilfsbereit inklusive Privat-Shuttle zum Bus und improvisiertem Fahrrad-Verleih. Die Anlage ist ansprechend grün und nicht weit vom schönen Yanui Beach. Man braucht irgendeinen fahrbaren Untersatz um mehr zu sehen als den Strand.

Lovely villa with a tranquil pool, playful cats, and plentiful opportunities to make new friends from around the world. Jens is a knowledgeable host with many recommendations for good things to do in the area. This is already my fourth time here and I will definitely be back for a fifth.

Great value, kind host. The bed was much comfier than all the other places we stayed in Thailand, although the pillows were too thick. 711 one minute away is a huge plus. the laundry downstairs is convenient, you use a machine to pay. The restaurants nearby are really tasty. there is a dispensary downstairs nextdoor too with a cafe, so it gets loud when walking past the lobby, but the sound doesn't go to the rooms.

The stay was awesome! Samalda was really nice—on the first day, she was already there to help. They even offer laundry service at a very fair price. The service was great, and she was always helpful. The Airbnb was really clean—probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Everything felt new, and once again, it was incredibly clean. I felt comfortable from the very first minute. For this price, it’s highly recommended—everyone should book it!
