My family and I were in town for a basketball tournament at UNC and the location was perfect for us. The house was also very spacious and had everything we needed, especially for our little ones. They had so much fun in the play area! We were able to cook our own meals and relax at the house!The hosts of this wonderful home were always responsive, very thoughtful, and so accommodating. Overall, we had a great stay in this home! Thank you to Kristy, Ryan, and Jack the Dog!

Rowan’s place was a perfect fit for us. Loved the decor, the bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were very nice! Loved having the fenced in yard for our dog too! And, the location was great, so close to Old Town.

This is hands down the best place to stay in the Denver metro! The home had everything we needed and was surrounded by stunning natural beauty, making it feel like a peaceful mountain retreat. The scenery was breathtaking, with lush greenery and fresh air that made every moment feel rejuvenating. Yet, despite the tranquility, everything we needed was just minutes away. The neighbors were wonderfully friendly, and Myles was an outstanding host. A truly unforgettable stay—highly recommend!

Home was very clean, spacious and cozy. Thankful for the fenced in yard, our dogs got to burn out some energy running around after a long carride. There's a little noise from the road but nothing bad; this home can easily fit a family comfortablably, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was great. It snowed while we were there and it was shoveled before we woke up on the morning. I would stay there again.

Holly’s guesthouse was great! It was exactly what we needed for our trip to Boulder and it checked all the boxes. Holly was super responsive and helpful. The guest house was completely clean, updated, and in great condition. Beautiful views of the Flatirons and super convenient location to get to Boulder and Denver. We will definitely look to book this Airbnb next time we are in the area!

We had a very good stay at this house. Highlights are the comfortable couch, tv w/ Super Nintendo, well stocked bathrooms, laundry supplies, and kitchen with coffee and sugar. The house feels hospitable, like you’re staying at a friends house.

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

A great place to stay in the mountains and is pet friendly. It was perfect for the wife and I and our pup that we brough along. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied (extra towels and cooking supplies and such). Each room was climate controlled for heat, which was also nice. Along with the gas fireplace, its a cozy stay. Tim also has a about a 3 acre fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog who of course loved it also. All in all great stay and we will be coming back.

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Bonnie’s place provided us the perfect rest spot while we visited family in Erie, Colorado. We were pleased to find delicious muffins at checkin, as well as a generous selection of hot drinks for the Keurig ! Wonderful shower, towels, and mattress for a good nights sleep. Be sure to watch your toes around the base of the metal bedframe! Spacious kitchen and bathroom . Bonnie is so approachable , and a plus is that her own home is right next door . Walkable to downtown and terrific restaurants ( in good weather😊). Do NOT miss “ Stacey’s Kitchen “ or the “ Erie Social Club”!!!! Be sure to double check closing times, as they are earlier than on the East coast. We Look forward to returning to Bonnie’ s Place!!!

This was the second time we stayed at Kelsey's place. We love it. It is clean, roomy, and peaceful. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable. We recommend Kelsey's place!

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!

Easy walk to the lake and to the shops.

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for, and just as described! Cozy and quaint. Comfortable space to be, both inside and outdoors. Ideal if you want to be slightly removed from town and see the beautiful starry sky. Convenient drive to most places you'd want to go. Host provided recommendations based on what we were looking for from the trip. Would certainly return!

If you are looking for an affordable place that is close to downtown without being in it, this is a great choice. The house was comfortable for us 4 guests and my dog, easy to find things in the home, in a quiet spot, and right behind a creek which added to the atmosphere. There's a pub right next door as well. The hosts sent a lot of communication and gave us a heads up about the weekend weather, and were always friendly and responsive. I dont have anything but great things to say about the rental and hosts. This will definitely be an option for lodging again in the future.

The unit is spacious and nicely decorated. Short drive to Winter Park resort for skiing. Instructions for access and house rules easy to understand. On the more expensive end compared to the other options we considered, but having 3 bedrooms set up for adults vs bunk beds was worth it to us. We will stay again!

Great place! We booked this place with 5 friends to go hiking at RMNP and it was perfect! Everyone was comfortable and enough space for everyone. The kitchen it’s small but still worked to prep sandwiches and breakfast for our trip. The only small thing it’s that the wifi is a little slow.

Julie was a great host. The location of her condo cannot be beat. It was directly across the street from a park which is wonderful for those traveling with kids. It’s located in the heart of Winter Park so walking to restaurants and breweries was so easy. There’s also a hiking trail immediately gem behind her that made walking the dogs and getting fresh air so simple. The kids loved the pool which was heated and inside her place was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you’d ever need. We stayed for a week and our family of five enjoyed every minute!

Definitely a wonderful host and made it very easy for us to find everything we need. The location was perfect between all the activities at winter park. The host was very nice and provides instructions that were easy to understand. Will definitely book again!
